The dealers are horrible here! Told a dealer we were interested in an FRS that they posted for sale and he didn't even call us back to let us know he sold it! F him! Wasted our time. He wouldn't even come out to meet us and apologize. My be a Toyota dealer thing. Seems that they're all like this. Especially Elmore Toyota.

I've taken my car to Toyota of HB for service since I moved here 3 years ago. The service technicians are always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I've never felt that I was pressed to make repairs I didn't need. I've never had to go back to the dealership to have the same repair re-done. They are done right the first time. Really appreciate that!!

Great car buying experience! Rodrigo was a very helpful sales associate and found us exactly what we needed. This was especially impressive since I said I was thinking of either buying a Prius or a Tundra... Which could not be more opposite or confusing. He took us through all the models and let's is sit in and drive as many as we wanted while he figured out what would be the best fit. Even though we walked in late Friday night just before closing he stayed with us late and made sure we got the best deal and were comfortable with our purchase. Financing was no pressure and very straightforward thanks to Quentin and his many years of experience. I even had a question the next day that Rodrigo answered via text on his day off. We have been kicking the idea Around of getting a new tundra all year long. We had been to a few dealerships in Orange County before making it to HB Toyota in early January 2023 While they didn’t have what we wanted in stock we talked with Ryan Mort and stayed in touch with him all year until finally getting a tundra today 8/21/2023. He sent me countless pictures, videos and window stickers on well over 100 different tundras before we finally pulled the trigger. At no point did he put any pressure on me to buy a truck, just kept sending me any and everything he thought would work for me and this really helped me to make up my mind and made it seem like I had someone helping us get the right truck for us. I can’t tell you how many times I peppered him with questions on countless trucks I never bought and he never gave up or made me feel like I was wasting his time and kept sending me trucks! The actual buying process was an absolute breeze, we had agreed upon a price prior to arrival so when we got there the truck was cleaned , gassed up and they had us in and out in under an hour. Gersain in finance was working with Ryan and between the two of them this was a walk in the park. They even beat the rate and term that our credit union offered us This was hands down the longest shopping period I’ve ever had on a car followed by the best dealership purchase experience I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t buy one add on item, no extended warranty , no maintenance packages, no tire programs, not one single item and even after all of that I didn’t get a hard time from anyone. After we bought the truck they helped me get some parts I needed for my Tacoma at a great price. I can’t say enough good things about this experience here today. I will definitely be back

I cannot complain at all I was iffy about coming here as I am 2hrs away but this is the only dealer that had the best deals! hospitality is good, customer service is good, the guys are always making sure you have been helped. John met me in the waiting area when my car was done and walked me through what needed doing later during my next visit. no pressure at all. I don't usually write reviews, but I think the service we received from our sales agents went above and beyond which created a really smooth and great overall experience. They were professional, helpful, and you could tell they listened to you. I have bought and sold many cars over the years, and I can honestly say that I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of the guys I worked with. They followed through on everything they said they would do. Trevor was the last sales agent we used and he is fantastic to work with! Going to an auto dealership is something I stressed about for many days. I was pleasantly surprised to meet some wonderful people at Toyota of Huntington Beach. First Shane (sorry didn’t get his last name) introduced me to my new car and took me on my test drive, I fell in love with her (Rav4 Hybrid) right away. Next, we moved to the negotiation process. Shane was extremely kind to accompanying me outside when I needed air and chatted with me, keeping my mind occupied while my anxiety grew during the price negotiation. Once the deal was finished, I dreaded the next step...going into the finance office. I was again met with kindness by Nicolos Bowers. I told him "Dude, Carvana couldn't make it happen how you going to do it" He fear not I am a miracle worker, trust me (says the Car Salesman) I said what do I have to lose.... Boom 10 min later he calls me and tells me to meet me at the dealership "8 pm" I got there "8:18" and by "8:54 pm" I was leaving in the car I wanted the color I wanted and fully loaded. Toyota of Huntington Beach did an absolutely amazing job with helping me find my dream car. Everyone who works there is super nice and ready to help with anything you need. I worked with Kam Foo and he made looking and buying the car easy and helped me understand everything. I just got my brand new 2022 RAV4 SE and absolutely love it! I’ve heard that many people are having to wait months or even up to a year to receive theirs but Kam found one that I was looking for and it only took a couple months before I received it! HB Toyota was by far the nicest dealership I visited and it didn’t feel like your typical car dealership where people are pushing to sell cars. The people here especially Kam care about the clients and really made it feel like we were family.

Buying a car from a dealership can be quite the feat, especially a used car! Most salesman are all about making the deal, the more sales the more money in their pocket, not seeming to care about satisfying the client but not Kam! Kam was extraordinary helpful in all regards, I knew I wanted a 4Runner with leather seats and a moonroof, but didn't know much difference between the different trims but Kam settled any worries with his confidence and assurance that I would get the car I wanted, how I wanted it, with the best warranty for a used car and at a great price. This place is extremely busy at times and He's more than willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. Couldn't have had a better experience when buying a car!

Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle here. I purchased a new vehicle. It arrived about a month after the estimated arrival day. Unfortunately that seems to be the standard in today's market. I only had to wait about a month and a half. The salesperson, Matt, was great. I was able to text with him for updates and he always responded promptly. Once my car did come in, Matt was very helpful in explaining all the features on my vehicle.
