    I work at a Starbucks myself and while I was waiting for my drink they weren’t making refreshers in the shakers with correct measurements and I asked for it to be remade and they still didn’t make it right with the correct measurements. I also was seeing drinks being handed out not all the way filled.

    Between the two Huntley Starbucks, because in Huntley we need two of everything, this is "the good one" to most. Faster service, happier baristas, folks that remember your orders, and a store that's always clean. It's a busy store around the clock so you can expect a reasonable wait, even if you Mobile Order, but the baristas are human and there are more orders than there are employees. I've never had to wait so long that it felt out of hand, though I generally don't choose to rot in the drive through which almost always looks like a nightmare.

    Every time I go to this location every employee is typically rude. Not friendly at all. When I order online from store they give you a pick up time and it is never ready on time. I usually have to wait 5-10 mins after I get there. Then when I want to cancel my order I was given attitude for it. Instead of giving a customer attitude, they should apologize that your order isn’t ready when it is supposed to be ready. Instead of just handing over your phone like the customer did something wrong. Every other Starbucks I’ve been has never treated me that way, they are very professional and very nice. But not this location. Train then the right way.

    Everytime I've come here, no matter how busy they've been, my order has never been mixed up. Today was a first and when I brought my order back in... the man behind the counter thanked me for coming back for the fix and said he was happy to make me the one I had ordered. Truly amazing service... Love love love this location and highly recommend!

    This is the worst Starbucks. Always a 20 minute wait. Everytime I come here my order is always wrong. Today I sent my sister to pick up some coffees. I ordered a venti Iced caramel brulee latte and the cup was only filled halfway. I'm pretty sure what happened is they accidentally made it a grande and poured into a venti cup and filled the rest of the cup with foam. Also ordered a Grande java chip frap. and that one was filled to the top and filled with whip cream. She brought me home a half filled coffee that I paid 5 plus dollars for. Called and asked for a manager was told the manager was indisposed and asked what she could help with. Told her what happened and she told me that was standard. Never have I ever before ordered a iced latte and it was only half full. Absolutely ridiculous.

    This starbucks is the slowest and most disorganized one by far. I've spent half an hour in their drive thru way too many times, and drinks are often made incorrectly.

    Great store! Came in on my half hour lunch to warm up after working outside all morning. I goofed and ordered at the other Starbucks but Tavian made the moment right and made a drink for me anyway. Thank you will be back to this location for sure!

    Honestly one of the best places I've ever experienced. Kind and upbeat staff, they fill the drinks, and remarkably clean and well kept. My only complaint is that sometimes the music is a bit too loud but on most occasions the music choice make up for that. Truly a 10/10 place

    Went out at 6:30 AM to get my daughter a breakfast treat for her birthday. Julia at the Starbucks has the most warm and welcoming voice on a speaker through the drive-through I’ve ever heard. What a nice personality!

    3 cars in front of us... the vehicle in front of us only received 1 drink. I paid for our 1 drink and waited a good 4 to 5 minutes on top of the 7 to 10 minutes in line for the 3 cars in front of us. I am sure it is difficult milking the cow in the back of the store....

    They were clearly very busy. That did not stop the baristas from making my drinks excellent! It definitely didn't stop the cashier from welcoming me warmly and having a cute conversation ☺️ & it definitely isn't stopping me from leaving 5 stars!     I wish I would of gotten her name to give her credit but I’m in love with caramel brûlée!! But now that the season ended I was looking to get something similar and the barista who was working helped me come up with different ways to reinvent it even though it was close to closing time, she was giving me all her attention 😊 She was amazing!! I felt bad for taking up her time but she made sure I left there satisfied with my drink💞

    Couldn’t get a simple name straight on a simple order—typical for this chain of massively overpriced beverages. A nice patio, but no receptacle for trash. A huge waste of money but a nice spot to sit and talk if that’s your plan.

    Closed before closing time. Supposed to work till 8:30, 8:26 - drive up not working, 8:28 - came by the window, girl saw us and quickly run off sight and turned off the lights. If you claim it is open till 8:30 it has to be open till 8:30. Not the first time happening. But today will be last time coming to this location.

    I dont like how you all close the place so EARLY. It’s 8:00PM and you close at 8:30PM, and when we went to go check it’s marked as “OPEN”. Yet it’s CLOSED, unfair. you guys need to work on the time!

    Never really understood the hype here. Food is sub par and wayyy over priced. Decent spot for a quick public meeting if you need one, especially if the weather is nice, as the patio is pretty quiet for the area. Beyond the "atmosphere", the service is fine (if not a bit slow), but like every other Starbucks I've ever been through, there's no shortage of people in line willing and ready to spend there hard earned dollars on "meh" food and "just ok" cups of coffee...

    I was waiting in line 5:38 pm when it was my turn to order, the cashier name is lysly told me that I can no longer be attended because they close in 4 minutes 6:00 pm minutes later a person came out who could no longer be attended because It was already closed. I explained to him that I was on line waiting for a long time ago. I think they should make sure that there are no cars to be able to close Very bad service my 3 double chocolaty chip creme frappuccino I got it very badly I am very upset

    I rarely go to Starbucks. $5+ for coffee isnt an everyday ideal thing for me. BUT...on a rare occasion when I want to treat myself (single mom), I do get to go. Of all the starbucks i have gone to, this one has probably the best experience EVERYTIME. The baristas are very knowledgeable and SUPER friendly. Always smiling and just completely sweet. This starbucks makes me want to spend $5+ on coffee a day just because how great I feel when I leave there. Keep up the great work. 👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍

    Every time I go here it is really slow or something is wrong with my order. Most times it’s both. Today I went really slow and I got regular milk instead of almond milk. On the sticker it said almond milk and that is not what is in my cup. I cannot have that much milk so I had to toss my drink away as well as I paid for the almond milk. This is not the first time this has happened.

    I'm a local dog walker and I stop here from time to time to pick up a drink on my way to or from walks; I even stop when I'm on the way to the farm I ride at as I take Route 47 to get to the farm. It's nice that I don't need to go out of my way to find a Starbucks when I need a pick me up. I'm so happy this place opened up and that it's on my route to getting to the places that I need to get to!

    I was in line for over 40 minutes. The person in Front of me they said your order is free. Then I was very kind even after waiting 40 minutes then she made me pay. I waited to see if the person behind me paid and she gave it to them for free. I don’t mind paying but that was not right. I waited just as long as the others. I could see if I said something mean but I would never do that. I understand they are doing the best they can. I just don’t understand why she did that to me. I always go to this location never saw her before but I know everyone else and I am always kind to everyone . I believe treat others the way you would like to be treated. I am just disappointed! She was very rude and loud.

    Absolutely amazing customer service! While all the employees have to wear face masks for social distancing reasons, this new store used it as a positive. Every employee has a polaroid picture of them attached to their aprons so you can see who is serving you. I found this to be really meaningful, and unique, from a customer’s perspective. So, people of Huntley, if you want a great cup of coffee with an even greater experience then this is the place to be.

    A lot of people in the drive thru, so we went in. They messed up my order 3 times. I asked for a Venti cappuccino, they gave me a frappuccino (ok misunderstood), then they gave me the wrong size coffee. I told the lady this is not a venti and she said "fine I'll do another one" I told her, "no worries" she was nice to give me a extra shot. So, they were nice.
