Alright, I grant that I had a somewhat complicated order, but I'm still mad, mostly because I'm still hungry, which is because THE PERSON WHO MADE MY SANDWICH ROBBED ME OF ALL MY DELICIOUS INSIDE BREAD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I ordered a Vito, after trying to order the giant club equivalent but without ham and a couple other things, the kid at the drive through said "just get a Vito, it's the same" Okay. So I get home, I have like four pieces of salami, a lot of lettuce, and NO BREAD. Which is not what I ordered at the window. My order also took literally ten minutes to make. In college I would place my order and have it delivered in ten minutes or less, why is it the same amount of time when I'm SITTING AT THE WINDOW LOOKING AT THE EMPLOYEES. And no, it was not busy. Like I said, I wouldn't be so so SO mad if I wasn't LITERALLY STARVING. But now I've eaten my wrong sandwich and now am I not only still hungry, I'm also MAD AS A HORNET.

Will be calling corporate and requesting they have this location shut down or management changed. Every single time I come to this location they either are closed when they are supposed to be open for example go there a 1pm and they are closed. Or like today show up pull in drive thru and wait in like get to the speaker “we’re out of bread try again later” like I’ve never actually been able to order here because they are either closed or there’s something wrong. Every other locstion is perfectly fine. Shut the place down and fire the owner/ management

Horrible food and I love Jimmy John's. Never going back to this location. My bread was hard. Order the veggie no avocado spread which made the sandwich very dry. Spending almost $50 and almost every single sandwich had something missing. Sad

Honestly at this point just close this location. Everytime I try to get food here and drive here they are closed during there normal buissness hours for some idiotic reason. Today as I was pulling into drive thru guy taped a sign on drive thru menu saying closed for lunch and only open 3-9… terriblely ran.

Quick, friendly service in drive thru. Easy to order, unlike all the decisions you have to make at Subway. Good sandwiches, but need to add some add some kick. I add my own horseradish or stone-ground mustard. Good rewards program.

Delivery area doesn't extend 5 minutes beyond walls of store, run by idiots

Just was there & experienced Customer Appreciation Day...HUGE line (we were all the way back by the drive thru speaker) but it went FAST! In the door in 12mins..CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC! They were VERY FRIENDLY & I WAS IMPRESSED HOW WELL THE EXPERIENCE WENT!! PLENTY OF STAFF & THEY WERE ALL ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! Once in the door, ONLY AN ADDITIONAL 4 mins. WOW!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Our order was incorrect and when I called the restaurant they offered to deliver the correct sandwich to us even though we’re outside their delivery area. 13 minutes later the new order arrived and they even threw in a cookie. The manager Brandon was so kind and apologetic. Thank you Jimmy John’s!

This Location doesn't care about the customer. I placed a catering order and when i got it all of the sandwiches were wrong. They had to remake them. This took 20min because they only had two people doing it when there was four other people standing around and watching them do it. Then after i go the order Some of the sandwiches didn't have any meat on it. Also when i was there to pick up my order I ordered just a simple ham and cheese slim. they never made that sandwich in the 20min i was waiting for them to remake the catering order. So now i had to wait for that.

The wait time is horrible. These guys have no idea what they're doing. Go to the other one instead

Not the end of the world but JJ's in Huntley would not deliver to south end part of Del Webb's Sun City. About 2 miles from the location of their shop. Struck me as odd...

Quick and good everytime

Love Jimmy John's but this location was not the best. It's run by high school kids, at least at the time I was there during rush hour. Some were off work hanging out handing papers and homework to those working across the counter. I asked for a veggie sandwich and didn't even get lettuce or tomatoes on mine. The poor kid at the register seemed so undertrained he was just trying to hold on until his shift ended.

Not feeling good and had a taste for my favorite sandwich. Why are they closed at 3pm on a Saturday? This location is always closed with no notice. Very frustrating

Was pretty loyal to this location for a while but after the 3rd time in a row of coming here to grab sandwiches (at pretty normal times) for my family only to find them closed. If you check online, it says they're open til 9pm Saturday's....i was here at 5:30pm. I guess im the fool for trying a 3rd time here? Good luck in the restaurant biz if you plan on closing @ 3pm on a Saturday.

Placed an online order for pick up through the app, waiting in the drive through for 30 min there was only one car ahead of me this entire time. If i didn’t pre order my sandwich and wasn’t stuck in line i would have driven off. absolutely ridiculous how long it took. Once i finally got my food it was soggy and not done as i asked. not so freaky fast.

When it's open it's great but they have new hours that shaved about 5 business hours off the day.

Store is useless who closes for Saturdays and when they are open most of the time they don't deliver

The most absolute garbage location. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru after already placing my order ahead on the app. When I finally pulled up no apology or explanation was offered so I asked why the wait was so long, I was told that they ran out of Turkey 😐 All this waiting just to open a soggy sandwich that was soaked through the wrapper and the bread was practically RAW. Seems like they could have at least baked the bread with all that extra time they had. Now I’m out $30 and I'm starving.

11:15 on a Monday and no one is answering the phone. They’re supposed to be open at 10:30! If you’ve decided to be closed on Mondays, you should at least update your hours!!!!!!!

Corporate office needs to be aware this location is making sandwiches with old bread, hard as a rock. Bought two sandwiches both were made with burnt hard bread, made the sandwiches disgusting to eat. Hardly any meat in the sandwiches also. Order taker through the drive thru was in a hurry and unfriendly. Not returning to this location.

Person working window in Huntley can't count back change. The bill was 14.22 I gave then 25.00, they said I gave them 24.00, I gave them 1 more dollar, they gave me back 5 dollars. Have does this add up? I know I gave them 25.00 in the first place.

So gross old meat no flavor never going back their again and it was 35 dollars for three sandwiches stay away from this location

I get a ham and cheese slim and I have to argue with the sandwich maker to get fresh mayo, instead they want to give me mayo packets that are room temperature and whole knows how old!
