Waited almost 6 months for an appointment and saw Dr Khan. Very average appointment. Was told I needed tests. No one followed up from clinic so I booked my own with an independent testing service. Received a voicemail a week later saying you missed your testing appointment (which I had no idea about) and was then charged over $100 on credit card, without permission, for the test I didn’t have. I had to call Huntsville hospital medical records and billing services and spend an hour trying to get my money back. Each department saying it wasn’t their mistake and forwarding my calls. A month later my money was refunded. Thankyou. Waited another 3 months for follow up with Dr Khan and was called 4 days before my appointment and told it was a ‘sick clinic day’ so I needed to be rescheduled. Huh?? Then received two automated phone calls and 3 text messages to confirm the appointment that they tried to cancel. On the day of the appointment I called the office and was given a completely different excuse for cancelling again. It’s obvious they don’t have any coherent scheduling systems in place and staff training is abysmal. If you are moving to Huntsville or new to the area avoid the incompetence and find another facility where they actually care about people’s health and provide adequate services.

I have been trying to establish care with this practice ,due to my GP closing without notice. I have set new patient appointments and unfortunately have had family emergencies that prevented me from making it to the appointments. I did not have time to reschedule both, but one I did reschedule. During a time of crisis a Dr.'s appointment is the LAST thing on my mind ESPECIALLY when it comes to the death of a family member.. As a result I have been BARRED from establishing care due to missing 2 appointments. I asked was there anything I could do to fix this, and I met a dead end. So, I have had to utilize the Urgent care properties of this location, I've been seen 3 times in 3 months for THE SAME ISSUE, and I will be going back in the morning due to the same issue reoccurring, and has not let up in any capacity.. I really feel that there has to be something that can be done.. I'm having to be seen over and over again for the same issue and having to pay the same $35 copay, I'm not being offered follow-ups by the doctor at all. This is so frustrating.

The staff was great but the Dr. Rakhshanda Khan I saw on Fri the 12th was the most horrible woman I've ever met she was rude and didn't care about my well being She has been there since Dec and if she keeps it up She will be out of a job, and has not right Try in to care of anyone!!! She made me feel like my life didn't matter or my health, And I'm Disabled to add to all of this,And who let's a patient leave with a blood pressure of 150/100 and having fever, high pulse and I have all the paperwork to prove it!!! That is unheard of, I was in that much pain and was so uncomfortable and the anxiety of being there,

I've been a patient for some years now doctor very nice, problems with personal really bad no return calls half the time no one answering the phone it gets better I have to get referrals to my heart doctor and my vascular doctor to see them apparently no one answering phones especially after leaving messages so every year I have to pay out of pocket for needed twice a year heart ab vascular testing but no one to send the referral I can't see my specialist doctors. This morning I was turned away needing urgent attention . Going on eighteen years sixteen surgeries no medication completely out the excuse not to see me because I drove a hour one way an so sick while driving not able to eat in weeks no appetite lose over fourty pounds now seven hours later I have found no new doctor looks like I'll be looking at crestwood for a doctor as much as I hate profits over care. Sorry - minus five stars

I am so glad that I found this location, and my health care provider! The reception desk is quick and helpful, the front desk staff is great. They are also incredibly helpful and on point when I call and need help, have a question, or need a message passed on to my team. I see Kandess Anderson, and she is absolutely the best. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, address them in a way that is useful to me personally (not one size fits all answers), and gives me honest feedback even if it's not what I particularly want to hear. She is kind, non judgemental, very thorough, and professional. She and her team are also very quick in their responses to my calls and questions about blood work and things of that nature. Twice, I've had to make an urgent appointment and although my doc wasn't available, they got me in quickly with other staff who were also kind, capable, and competent. I feel lucky to have found this office and their phenomenon staff! (Oh, wait times are quite reasonable. Not perfect, but no Dr office is.)

My husband became a new patient with Dr Allada in 2017. He is healthy and just wanted to establish a primary care physician near the new home we built. First, before allowing a "checkup" the practice required a "new Patient" visit which was not covered by insurance (Tricare). Second, there was no follow-up from the practice after this visit. In Oct 2020, my husband decided that he should be seen, just to screen for any conditions (he is now 61 and retired just over 10 years from the military). When trying to make a routine appointment, the practice said "He is no longer a patient since it has been three years" Even though he has a Huntsville Hospital profile. Then they said "Dr Allada is no longer accepting new patients" GRRRR What kind of service organization does not follow up, does not help and talks to people like you are doing them a favor to spend your money there. VERY UNHAPPY.

Dr. ALLADA is a great doctor and extremely helpful. However they must do something with administrative protocol. The phone rings and rings and no answer from front desk. Then I leave a message for assistant before 4 pm. No call back. When arriving at front desk they need to acknowledge you even if with other customer. Hello, I will be with you in a minute. Patients dont want to stand and wait especially if they have pain in leg, foot, ankle. The blood, xray and urine test today was the best. Very fast and efficient. This was done upstairs! The last point is if you purposely take an early appointment at 8 am then you should not have to wait until 8:30. It is my time also. Most hospitals are similar. They need to reengineer their administrative operations which is what I do as a consultant. Look at all customer and administrative activity. Technology still behind also. We dont need all of this writing and writing. Just give me a handprint or fingerprint and get me in within 10 minutes of my appointment time.

I have been using them for a while. Every time I get any test done no one ever gives me a call back. The only way I ever know anything is by looking at my patient portal. Even whenever I call and request a call back for more detailed information, no one will return my call. This has been ongoing, and I plan to no longer use Them as a primary care.
