Worst
decision
for
a
Valentine’s
dinner.
Waited
45
minutes
for
a
table
in
a
dining
room
half
full.
Heard
the
Host
tell
others
behind
us
1
hour
wait
due
to
shortage
in
cooks…not
a
shortage
in
wait
staff…plenty
of
them..just
hardly
ever
came
out
of
the
back…I
guess
they
were
cooking
too.
Once
we
got
seated
and
ordered
our
food
it
took
almost
45
minutes
again
to
get
our
food.
By
this
time,
starving,
so
would’ve
eaten
about
anything.
The
Queso
tasted
scorched,
my
OldTimer’s
bun
was
so
dried
out
it
crumbled
to
pieces
when
I
bit
in
to
it.
The
fries
you
could
tell
were
cooked
in
old
oil
and
sat
under
a
heat
lamp
for
a
while.
My
Fiancé’s
steak
was
burnt
and
her
broccoli
tips
were
burned
and
dried
out…we
heard
a
lady
at
the
table
next
to
us
say
the
same
about
her
order
and
sent
it
back…it
took
about
20
more
minutes
to
replace
her
food.
I
usually
love
Chili’s
but,
this
was
not
only
the
worst
experience
I’ve
ever
had
at
Chili’s
but,
one
of
the
worst
restaurant
experiences
ever.
If
you
are
the
owner
reading
this…I
would
be
embarrassed.
I’ve
owned
a
restaurant
before…and
I
watched
your
host
turn
probably
$500-$1000
worth
of
customers
away
in
minutes…and
while
he
took
people’s
names
down
and
told
them
he
would
call
them
when
a
table
opened…when
they
finally
came
back
it
was
“OH,
sorry,
I
thought
you
left
so
I
scratched
your
name
off
the
list…sorry,
the
wait
will
still
be
about
an
hour.”
Running
a
restaurant
like
this….you
won’t
last
much
longer.
