We had a lunch for three here and were not impressed. The facility was fairly clean but not spotless. I’m not sure if our server was a trainee or just not very well trained. Her demeanor was dismissive and she missed items on our order. Both the appetizers and the entrees were 50/50 one (whole seared trout) was well presented and tasted great. The other fish tacos (daily special) was just average. The appetizers we had were described as “pan seared” dumplings which were not seared but looked boiled instead and had no flavor. The baked cheese appetizer was delicious and looked great. Very likely I would not go back to this location. I have had better experiences at other locations but that was several years ago. What a great establishment! The food was amazing and so was the staff. They were attentive and accommodating. A mistake was made with my girlfriends order and they went above and beyond to correct it. I highly recommend you give this place a try. We started with the Imperial dip. It was delicous. We both got tenderloins, shrimp, scallops and she got a lobster tail. Both me and my girlfriends meals were prepared perfectly. We finished with a lava cake. The sea food and steak was cooked perfectly. Those scallops were melt in the mouth good.

Delicious meal. Mahi Mahi fish with five shrimp and sides of coleslaw and garlic mashed potatoes. The combination was excellent. Service was slow, they said a server was sent home, but the food was worth the wait. Topped the fish and shrimp with mango salsa. The potato and coleslaw portions could be bigger but the fish and shrimp were right on.

Dining here today might be our last for a while. My wife froze it was so cold inside. Our waitress was apparently new first day. She never introduced herself. She got our order wrong on so many levels. In fact, another waitress brought out our meal to us. I wish we could have tipped her. We both ordered the bang bang shrimp. It seems smaller in size and larger in price. We were asked if we wanted bread but never got it. We finally had to ask 2 different people for the bread we ordered. The original waitress replied when we told her, “I’ll just go grab some”. Whoever is the manager needs to be fired because this poor girl is “willing” to work and is not properly trained. I really don’t think she knew what to do. Terrible experience all around. The table had spots on it when we sat down, so not clean. If you go, take a winter coat!

The food here is phenomenal! The Salmon was tender & flaky perfection, the steak was MW & again PERFECTLY cooked. The mac-n-cheese was Soooo good, the seasonal green beans were sooooo yummy! We are visiting from OREGON & love this place. When we walked in we wondered if we were dressed correctly because the environment was so nice but upon looking around at other customers we were dressed just fine 🤣

We've been going here since they opened. It used to have a wonderful ambiance, great food, and we never had a bad meal. Now? The place is obviously in need of up-keep. The seats in the booths are ragged and torn with bits of naugahyde peeling off, tables bowing in the middle, and just a general air of disrepair. The seating hostess had to be coaxed into doing her job, even though the place was nearly empty. All of the great dishes they used to have like the fresh sashimi tuna? Off the menu. It appears that Bonefish has gone the route of nothing made fresh at the restaurant. Now so many chains have everything "produced" in a central "kitchen", frozen and shipped. They heat up the prefab packages and dress it up on a plate. The entrees were adequate - but at those prices - it should be better than adequate. Our server was very nice, attentive, and really was the one saving grace of the meal. (Well, the bang-bang shrimp are still good.)

I can't give anymore than this. The service was slow the server said she had only been there 2 months, you had to repeat yourself several times for her too understand. It was our monthly business dinner there were 4 people it took at least 15 minutes to get our cocktails then server or bartender forget to put the olives in the martinis we asked for those took another drink for him to get those 25 mins later. 3 of the 4 ordered the same Sea Bass 2 of the 3 was the size of a small tuna steak (meaning flat and round) the other Sea Bass was good size and plump moist, flaky ours however was flat and dry. The other CO worker order the pork chops and Mac and cheese we had to ask for it 2 times they brought out the Mac and cheese with bacon she didn't want the bacon in hers then when it does come out it's COLD. I ordered another martini the server brings out 2 mine and the other CO worker she didn't order one. Then when the food was brought out we had to ask that our empty glasses and empty plates be removed so that our food plates had an area to be placed, the person that brought out the food did a heavy sigh like it was not her job too remove the dirty dishes from our table she was not or server. We had a reservation 5:30 4ppl the table beside us I did over hear they had to ask for several things as well. I should have took my cue from the table across the isle when she sent her Sea Bass back even before we ordered. Then we ordered a key lime pie to go for a spouse gets back to the office it was a coconut cake. It took us 2 years to talk our boss into going to Bonefish and the experience was not worth it and he said we will not be going there again

We normally always celebrate mother's birthday here. We will be looking for something else next time. Our server was scattered but he was training someone (which normally helps due to having more health. Now the new guy was amazing. Our server was the issue) He spilled drinks across the table to refill them. He had to be reminded 6 times for bread which he never brought. (We asked someone else for it to go. ) our salads were wrong. Overall it was just a lackluster experience. I'm disappointed as we use to love this place.

Had the 3 piece fish and chips and the food was good and hot, friendly waitress Denise wait on us she was really friendly. Nice atmosphere first time going I will be back.

Enjoyed the Baja Scallops & Shrimp 🍤 Scampi over 😋 linguini. Bang Bang Shrimp appetizers . Wait staff were professional and courteous .Highly recommended 👌.

This has become one of my favorite restaurants. Went on a Monday afternoon when it usually isn't busy, but graduations and Christmas really upped the attendance. Our server/waitress was really fun. Denise had been there all day, and while she was very busy, she took the time with each group. We had the best time with her taking care of us. We don't get out much, so we don't dine and dash. We spend a couple of hours every time we get a chance that usually has a bottle of wine involved, a great dinner, and great service. Thanks, Denise, for taking the time with us to make our dining experience great.

I have never been disappointed with Bonefish, especially the bang bang shrimp. We moved to Texas a couple of years ago and have to eat here every time we come home for a visit. Last time, we ate from the lunch menu, the taco combo and an entree sized house salad. The hearts of palm really add to the salad.

We had a great experience dining at Bonefish Grill at this Huntsville location. The employees were professional and attentive. Food was delicious and served at the reasonable pace. It was a great spot for a family/friends gathering meal. 10/10 would recommend his place!

Excellent experience, great staff! We had a large group with reservations no waiting. Delicious food. I will be returning for the fish and chips next time.

Pros- Adonis was great we had a very large party of 15. Drinks were always filled plenty of bread very patient and polite. Very orderly manner in taking our orders. Constantly checking on us. Cons-when you make a reservation in advance you should not have to wait for tables to be set up. Food was good not great, steak had no seasoning on it. Not marking them off the list just expect more. Thank goodness for Adonis

Absolutely amazing place to eat. We have not had one food item that wasnt unbelievable. The bang bang shrimp can be eaten for every meal it is soooooo good.

My first time at Bonefish Grill. We love seafood. We didn't know what to expect. We experienced stellar service from our server Ty and the food was scrumptious. Order a smoked old fashioned if you want a drink. I recommend two of them. We will definitely be back! Ty explained the menu and was very attentive and informative. We had questions since it was our first time. I think we're going to be coming back frequently.

Sierra B. (Huntsville AL) consistently provides outstanding, friendly and professional service! We made her aware of my wife’s food allergies once (several years ago) and she has ALWAYS remembered what foods my wife can and cannot consume. She knows our ‘usual’ orders and provides “safe” suggestions when new items are available. Thank you, Sierra, for the great service and for keeping my wife safe while eating out. Bonefish Huntsville is our “Go-To” restaurant primarily due to Sierra’s attention to detail, her ability to remember my wife’s food allergies, and her unwavering friendly attitude. My wife and I can both confidently say that Sierra has never had a bad day at work, from our perspective. We always look forward to having dinner ‘with’ Sierra.

We were here to celebrate/ surprise our mom for her milestone birthday. I had called a week or so prior to book. The lady I spoke with said no problem, she had us down. When we arrived the restaurant had nothing on their books for us. It was very embarrassing as we asked our guest to arrive early to be a surprise. They were able to get us accommodated but we just barely got situated before our mother got there. I should have called earlier that day to confirm but when you have confirmation that you are on the books you take their word. Either way it goes our mother was happy and at the end of the day that is all that matters.

I’m from out of town, and was recommended to go here by a friend. At first glance it reminded me of a restaurant I’m accustomed to back in Texas. I came with 2 other coworkers. We were seated and greeted promptly. We ordered our food. Everyone’s food came out in a timely manner, but my entire plate was cold. I waited for the waitress to return so they could fix my plate. She came back, apologized, and said that she would make it right. About 5 minutes later, she comes back and says, “They out my fish in the grill longer, gave me fresh asparagus, and a hot plate”. So my fish tasted like rubber. I won’t be coming back here.
