Terrible. After driving 9 hours, we pulled in the parking lot and called the front desk to ask room availability, which he said there was, but to wait 20 minutes for his computer to "audit". So we waited, we go in, and after waiting another 20 minutes he says his computer can't book us a room. So after sitting for another hour, we now don't have a place to sleep tonight, still 10 hours from home. Thanks for the great experience. Fix your "computer system" or give the front desk the power to do his job and prove it, I'll change my review, until then, dont trust them.

Worst hotel service I have ever received. My wife and I had just left our wedding and we booked to stay the night of so we could get some rest before our long trip to start our honeymoon. We got there at 12:30am and sat at the front desk for an hour and nobody was there or came to check on us. I called the front desk number 5 times to try and get someone’s attention. Still no one answered. My wife’s feet were sore so she went to sit down. However, I was about 5 more minutes away of waiting to just get up and leave or walk back there to the back and look for someone myself. I would like to add in I tried to check in online but that was not working for me for some reason. When someone finally came out and checked us in, I mentioned that we had been waiting for an hour and all we were offered was a free snack from the snack room. This will be my first and last time staying at this “4 star hotel”. Would love to speak to management about this and receive some type of refund, whether it be partial or full. We wouldn’t have waited that long ANYWHERE else. Hope someone reaches out to me. My name is the same as my Google profile name on the booking.

This is probably one of the cleanest, best located and best equipped hotel in Huntsville. I will will.stay at this location every chance I can while staying in Huntsville. The hotel is clean and well decorated with modern decor. The staff is kind courteous and highly professional. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is located in the middle of great restaurants and attraction. Well worth the money.

My issue as much as I paid for my room I expect housekeeping and free water. The rooms are aesthetically appealing but my bathroom was not clean like sanitized. Housekeeping didn't come so we had to call and get towels. The parking is free if you don't mind walking otherwise valet. Next time I'll stay at Element next door, and I'm sure a better experience for cheaper. Huge disappointment. This was my birthday trip. .ugh

I've been here twice in the past couple of months for work, and both times were great. Staff was terrific. Very convenient to get to. The breakfast was very good, much beyond your typical hotel breakfast. The rooms were very quiet at night, which I feel is unheard of in a hotel.

This hotel is run down and needs major room updates. Bathroom tiles were dirty. - Hotel lobby and elevators were old feeling and musty. - Starbucks only had 1 person working causing long lines in the morning. - Beds are small, much smaller then even double beds. Was worried about my daughter rolling off. - AC never seemed to make room super cold. - our room key battery died one night when we came back late and had to wait for tech to come change it, making my kids super annoyed sitting in the hallways of hotel. Overall not a good experience for staying at Westin at $350/n rate. Would not return. Only Pro: hotel staff was friendly.

I had a reservation on 9/17-9/18 to celebrate my birthday. Prior to checking in, I spoke with an associate and confirmed my requests for a feather-free room and a microwave was fulfilled (as I know they are not guaranteed). I was told I would have both these things. When I checked in, there was no microwave. I asked the two ladies at the front desk about this and they said they don’t provide microwaves in the rooms and I could use the microwave that is shared by the entire hotel. CRAZY! I then called customer service and put in a complaint ticket for this. The front desk refused to refund my money. I left about 3 hours after checking in as I had no way to eat due to dietary restrictions. Eventually, after continually pressing the issue, the front desk manager offered a 50% refund because they “could no longer sell the room” since I stayed 3 hours. CRAZY AGAIN! I accepted but contacted someone over her, Jonathan Crowe, who refunded the rest of my money. Essentially, I was lied to but eventually it was made right. Won’t be staying at a Marriott again, and especially not the Westin Huntsville.

Overall this hotel was a disappointment. After checking in and about to leave we had the pleasure of meeting a worker by the name Deontay. His drive and amazing customer service made this trip for us. He was accommodating, full of knowledge and very personable. He is the epitome of customer service. Other staff seemed overwhelmed and lacking support. For 200+$ a night i would expect to see more employees as the waits were usually longer than desired.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you are in the Huntsville area; great vibe and atmosphere located in a great shopping area. Upon my arrival Mrs. Crystal, Dee and Tatyana were absolutely fantastic; awesome customer service served with a fantastic attitude. The room was clean, housekeeping was great with ensuring we had plenty of towels each day. You get all the bang for your buck! I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Huntsville.

We held our son's rehearsal dinner at the Westin and let me start by saying that the venue is beautiful and the staff we interacted with was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to help us make sure the room was set up in time and that everything as far as decor, was just as we requested. The food, however, was a different story. It was not worth what we paid. Food that should have been hot (prime rib) was warm at best, and the salmon and cod were cold even though they were in pans with burners underneath. The chicken was dry and tough and most of the dishes lacked any real flavor. The desserts and the coffee were the "stars" of the show, unfortunately. For what they charge, the food should have been much better. I would not recommend this venue to anyone with a guest list exceeding 20 people.

The experience has been so relaxing and wonderful. The hotel staff from Ms. Emily in the front desk to Ms. Angelica in the food department have all been so professional, kind and very reliable. Any issue that has come up has quickly been resolved by them with no issues. The rooms have been clean and smelling quite nice. I would highly recommend.

My stay at the Westin was excellent. Everyone was very helpful, especially Deontay. The building could get a little confusing and he made sure I made it to my room without getting lost again, so I really appreciated that.

This was my first time staying at this location. This is a pet friendly hotel, in which, I'm strongly against because I don't care how good you clean a room I will always think there are flea's and animal hair in the bed. The location is great for walking right out of the front entrance and right over to Bridge Street for shopping and dining. We were here for a concert at the Orion which is a very short drive. The staff when we checked in was not very helpful or friendly, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, however there is a Starbucks in the main lobby. Overall I would not stay here again based on my preferences.

Unfortunately, I’ve given this hotel time after time to make what went wrong during our stay right. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned (right) 3 times after being there for 3 days. The worst about our stay was the fact that a housekeeping woman came into my room while we were in our room without knocking or announcing her entrance. A friend of mine staying at the hotel while we were there was given his room key upon checking in and was surprised to find out upon opening the door to his new room that someone else was already occupying that room. Another friend of mine forgot his room key and asked a housekeeping lady in the hall to let him into his room. She did immediately without even verifying it was his room. He could’ve asked for any room to be opened. I did not feel the least bit safe there nor did I feel I had the privacy. A woman at the front desk said she would apply points to my Marriot Bonvoy account to make it right as well as a gentleman named Cameron but neither have. I’ve called the hotel twice requesting to speak with Cameron. I’ve left a voicemail for him both times, and it’s been over 2 weeks now. I’ve not heard anything from them. The gentleman working valet and helping take bags up to rooms was wonderful though. He did go above and beyond to learn our names when we arrived. Brent, the hotel manager, was made aware of the difficulties I was having with my stay too and chose to do nothing. The Westin has been worst hotel stay I’ve ever had for me and my family. It’s a shame, because for what you pay, it should be nice. It’s nicely decorated and the location is great, but the service of the hotel staff is AWFUL.

I must say this stay was extraordinary for me. The stay, the customer service, the pool, the food, the break, and the location. Hope this helps someone in need of a sign to book. Oh, did I mention the view. Well, see it for yourself. Peace comes in many things. This was my sign peace was near.

We live in Decatur Al. & sometimes we travel to the Westin @ Bridge Street located in Huntsville Al. For a night or two just to get away and do a little shopping or catch a movie. Our experience is always great at this location. The gentlemen at the front desk Noah was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the greatest located at the hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub was wonderful not to mention the fitness room. Located at Bridge Street so dinning and shopping is just right outside the hotels front door. We took the grandkids this time just to let them swim and play as well as shop and eat some really good food. I highly suggest this hotel!

The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. I feel there is enough room with a great view. The service is IMPECCABLE! Kind and accommodating! The front desk went above and beyond to help me! There was a mix up with my checkout day and the woman at the front desk was amazing in helping to get that remedied. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to be somewhere you feel safe, comfortable, and completely taken care of! Thank you for such a great stay and truly being so hospitable!

The room and location were fine, but when you book a hotel that offers full room service then says they aren't offering it and to order doordash, it tends to ruin the mood. If we wanted to doorsash, we would have stayed home.

The bed gave a great sleep, room service at night was quick. Enjoyed the outside sitting area has plenty of sitting areas yet private and safe with closed secure grounds. Would stay again would recommend.

My family and I visited the Westin hotel for dinner and was greeted by a young man named Deontay. They way he opened the door for me it made me feel like royalty. He greeted me with a bright smile and he was so courteous. He extended his hospitality to my family as well. He was top tier.

Beautiful building. It was a bit crowded due to a banquet but that's a sign of a great hotel right? Lounge area was open and nice, great bar area, and awesome lawn area. Central to great shopping and dining..... you literally walk out the back door into one of Huntsville's best shopping centers. Once you park, there's no need to drive anywhere. Girls and I enjoyed walking through the shops and ended with dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Check out is at noon. The only downside to the stay was housekeeping knocking at the door at 9 then apologizing. A tactic I think they use to wake you up in hopes that you will remain awake and just get on up and check out. Other than that, the stay was awesome.

This past weekend was our second time staying at the Westin and I will only stay there from now on. The rooms are clean, the pool is great and the staff go above and beyond. The driver, Deonte made our weekend. What a delightful guy. He was the highlight of our stay. He made us laugh and enjoy ourselves the whole weekend. It was so nice to not have to be stressed about rides the whole time. Thanks again Westin!!!

The entire building and rooms of this hotel are beautiful and clean. There are plenty of electrical outlets in convenient locations. I was impressed that towels were provided for three people even though I didn't ask for any extra. Having a good supply of towels is very important to me.

Went with my wife for the Celebrating Romance package advertised on the Bonvoy app. The package was to come with a bottle of champagne and breakfast in the morning. Upon checking in we were told package didn’t come with champagne. Showed the “Manager” the advertisement and he still would not honor it. With that in mind you would think we would have been given at least a room with a view and not without a doubt the worst room in the facility (clock didn’t work, had to call several times to inquire about items requested for our stay finally after 4 1/2 hours they were received). Without a doubt the worst stay at a Westin we have ever experienced. The manager does not seem to understand nor care about customer service. It was interesting to hear from several of the staff the manager apparently has had several issues with customers. In the elevator twice and in the lobby we over heard other customers also complaining about the manager and his inability to understand what good to decent customer service is. Until he leaves, replaced or retrained the Westin in Huntsville is a certain buyer beware.

Room service was great! Room was not. Outlets didn't work. Streaming on the TVs didn't work. Dishes were dirty. Toilet paper keeps falling off. No fresh fruit at breakfast and few other choices. First time we stayed, the service was great and the rooms were better. It's gotten worse each time we've stayed since. We're already booked for our return trip but that will probably be the last time we stay here.

My husband and I stayed Christmas night. It was a lovely property. Housekeeping and staff could have been friendlier. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They were warm and clean. The location was great!!

Great location, great service, overall a great hotel. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Look forward to staying at more Westin's in the future. The element is on the other side of the hotel, element is cool but if the price is close enough for the Westin. Unless you need a kitchen area, then go for the element. Also element at the time I stayed last month did not have Netflix, HBO, etc. Where Westin does.

Great location. Near shopping and restaurants. Hotel has a great bar and restaurant. Gym is above average. Decent size with some good equipment. Room is very clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom setup is a bit odd. Shower door and bathroom door hit each other. Closet is small. I will definitely stay again

If you have a Tesla or other EV do not count on the charger here. It’s a complete nightmare. The charger is located at the very very back of an underground empty long employee scary parking lot. Staff told me I either had to pay $40 for valet or I’d have to actually wait for someone to unlock the garage for me then walk all the way through the garage. You also had to wait for an employee to unlock the charger. Any other four star hotel would have just comped valet for EV drivers to make it easier. But not the Westin! However, my favorite part is how the charger would just stop working so that I barely even got a charge. Do yourself a favor and just charge at the Tesla supercharger. Do not pay the markup for this hotel. Management knows the charger is a problem but don’t seem to care. This charger should not even be listed on the Westin website as an option. It’s dishonest. We chose this hotel because of the charger and planned our charging around it. This picture is where the long walk from the broke down charger begins...

I have stayed at many hotels in the huntsville area over the past few years, this one is definitely my favorite. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, the inside/outside pool make it feel like a resort. The staff were phenomenal; our check in agent, Shayla, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was modern clean and updated. My only complaint is the hot tub was not very hot at all, however the convenient 24hour gym made up for it. One of the nicer Westin's I've stayed at.

I was put in an ADA compliant room so my experience was a bit different from a layout perspective. That aside, my main gripe with the room was that the ac vent had some darkness around it... not sure if it was mold or dust but either way it was gross. Everything else was nice but man a little bit of extra attention to cleaning would be great.

Vinny and Jesse are the best! They took care of my needs despite the busy check in and challenges in parking. They anticipated my needs and provided excellent customer service. Working together all the staff navigated a busy crowd. I appreciate their attention to detail and exceeding expectations. I look forward to my next excellent Marriott stay!

Hotel is very nice and looks great. Went to a wedding there , it was beautiful. However , the bar or any other facility inside it couldn't take a credit card ? They said their system was down for a week ? Really ? This is the Westin Hotel ? How does this happen at a luxury hotel ? Who carries cash like that in today's age ? Lost out on alot of sales due to this I'm sure !

Bed is comfortable, staff is amazing, food in the restaurant is delicious Starbucks coffee on site is great. A little disappointed in the room size since our room at other Marriott chains have always had a separate sitting space but over all a great hotel. You can't beat the view.

We were there for Christmas from Jackson Mississippi. Our room was clean and super nice. The bed was a little hard but other than that we greatly enjoyed staying there and will be back.

The front desk and entrance was very nice. The meeting places was well marked on a board near the entrance. The front desk personnel or very helpful and assisting me find the right meeting hall for my meeting. I had a full bar that looked active and fun. During my meeting there were food and the interviews went well. Afterwards the bar gave us to go boxes to get the food gone and overall it was a great experience
