Went looking for apartments in the area with my wife and we absolutely enjoyed our tour! LaShanna was very friendly, welcoming, fun, respectful and has one of the best positive energies we've ever seen from someone. We left feeling uplifted and smiling ear to ear. 10/10 experience no doubt!

Great place to live quiet and clean. The Maintenance Tech Eddie has a great personality, he's willing to help with any maintenace questions or issues. Ms. Lashanna is the best, she's kind hearted and respectful. If your looking to lease go see her at The Beacon you want regret it.

We decided to take a chance with this apartment community since my classes are starting up early August.. It has been a very pleasant experience so far! I got to meet Miss Eason who is an absolute gem and communicates with you every step of the way! This complex is far nicer than any of the other ones that we've toured in that area. We can't wait to get moved in!!

LaShanna has been exceptional from the very first time I walked into the office. She has a beautiful spirit and was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. My move in date is tomorrow and she’s made this experience a good one.

The staff here is highly dedicated to the needs of the community as well as the tenants. For many reasons I enjoyed walking through the door. First Kena was very lovely and the tour of the apartments was very nice everything looked new . Also the grounds was superb they have a big pool and club house . Lastly the staff appeared to be more than friendly , respectful and kind . Thanks!

Lashanna is an absolute Doll! She’s so sweet and helpful with the whole moving process. I wanted to upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom but wasn’t sure but Lashanna made it so easy to decide! She’s the best!!!!!
