I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone but the professionals at The Masters. I have been a customer for 5 years and have never been disappointed. Customer satisfaction is always their number one concern! I think what I love the most is it feels as though you’re visiting a family versus a business. Pricing is extremely reasonable – they charge by the service your receiving and price does not fluctuate depending on the length of your hair (amount of product, chemical, color, etc., they need to use to get the job done). Whether it takes half an hour or two hours, the price is consistent. They also follow up with the customer to ensure that one is happy with the service received. Update: 2022 Covid, the economy, etc. have taken their toll on everything and this business is no exception. Staff turnover is huge - just like everywhere else. My trusted hairstylist and colorist is gone. Prices have Skyrocketed. It is one of the most expensive places in Huntsville to have your hair done (check out their website). Unfortunately, I will need to discontinue my patronage and find another place - I simply cannot afford it any longer. I will miss this place!

Honestly 2.5 stars. The stylists are very professional but I felt judged from the second I stepped into the consultation. I just didn't feel comfortable moving forward with them.

I had to find a new hair place in my city and actually chose this place because I was home for 2 days before leaving to go out of town on a travel contract. I have definitely found my new hair place and hair gal in Huntsville. Great location, and a fabulous salon. I love my haircut. Everyone there was great. So glad I took a chance and made an appointment.

The salon and staff are great. This is just about my most recent experience with a stylist. I went in asking for red highlights and provided pictures of the style and color I wanted. The stylist said it was something we could do and had the pictures available the entire time to reference. After it was done, I was left with heavily highlighted hair that was magenta - not the subtle dark red I asked for. I was able to schedule a free adjustment the following week and requested the magenta be colored to my natural hair color. The stylist agreed and apologized for the initial appointment. When we were done, my hair was at least 2-3 shades darker than what it originally was when I came in. I assumed the color would fade and decided to wait on posting a review. I'm now 4 weeks out and my hair is still much darker than it originally was. The bleached portions are fading into a dark purple, not red.

My hair stylist moved to The Masters Salon. I wanted to follow her because she does a great job; however, the receptionist at this salon was rude and their policy of "storing" my credit card in their system before I can confirm an appointment is unreasonable. I do not know these people. I do not know their system and its security. Why would I give my credit card number over the phone to a complete stranger for a haircut.

I was impressed with the salon and the helpfulness of it's staff. I was a little shocked at the cost as my current stylist who owns his salon charges $50 and I thought that was steep. He does a great job though. My stylist at the Masters was very nice but I really wasn't pleased with the cut, especially at that price. I will say this; I know it sometimes takes awhile when dealing with a new stylist to establish an understanding of each other so that they are on the same page and the stylist does understand what the client wants. So no harm, no foul. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

I love being a client at The Masters and have been for about 4 years now. My stylist does an amazing job coloring my hair. It is always exactly what I ask for but she already knows exactly what I want majority of the time without me having to tell her because we have acquired such a close relationship by being a client of hers. The staff is all very friendly. They work with you to find the right products that suit your hair best. I recommend them to anyone ! ! !

Amber did a PHEE-NOMINAL job on my color and pixie cut! Brett the owner was very professional, nice, and welcoming! I will definitely be back.
