This Chick-Fil-A location is the best one I have been to so far! Very organized and clean.. Fast service the staff is very friendly, kind and sweet! The food tastes delicious!

Kind of disappointed at the moment… I promised my 4 yo. daughter that I would take her to Chic-Fil-A for dinner tonight. She specifically asked if we could sit inside. Since she was very well behaved today I was determined to give her what she asked for as a small reward. When we arrived the parking lot was very busy, and there was one parking spot left. We parked and went inside to find a packed dining room. This is not out of the ordinary for 6:00pm. However, I quickly realized that someone made a terrible terrible decision to host a bingo game. ( At this hour? Really?) I ordered my food and me, my wife, and daughter proceeded to the dining room to find a table. Unfortunately, every single table was taken, but not by families eating dinner. No… single individuals sitting at tables meant for families of 4-6 with their bingo cards (no food). My daughter ended up leaving with tears in her eyes because we couldn’t eat inside. This infuriated me. Here is my frustration. First of all, an event like this would be hosted to drum up business, but I assure you that this is a very high volume store at 6:00pm. They are not hurting for business. Second, Bingo is a form of gambling, and I was under the impression that Chic-Fil-A is a Christian based company with Christian values. Third, I was not the only person that was not able to eat due to inconsiderate “individuals” hogging up the tables because they might win a free chicken sandwich or something. Lastly, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that this store gets very busy shortly after rush hour everyday, and that might not be the best time to host a bingo game.

I tried the Grilled chicken sandwich and it was tasty. There are no drink refills. I loved the musical setting. Clean place and bathrooms too.

I love me some Chick-fil-A and this location did not disappoint. The organization of the line is on point. I love that a physical person is there to take my order to keep down wait time. The food is always delicious. The service is always a TEN! The parking lot is always clean. The fact that this location is easily accessible and tempting makes it worth it to stop and grab a bite.

Wow Chick-Gil-A use to be one of my favorite spot to grab a bite to eat. Here in Huntsville Alabama every location sends out cold fries out the drive through window. Chick-Gil-A you should do better . There is no reason I should have to travel 5 hours away to receive A+ service. 🤔

They’re usually pretty good, but somehow they forgot the top bun today. How does that even happen? 🤷‍♂️

I hate to say it but this is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. I recently visited Huntsville, Al and stayed at the Drury Hotel. This Chick Fil A was the closest one to the Drury and decided to go there for breakfast. The first time I visited they couldn’t even get my name right and forgot to put napkins or a straw in my bag. I figured they may just have been having an off day so I decided to visit the same location the next morning. The drive through took forever and it appears they did not have enough employees that day. When I got my meal I pulled over to check since the day before it was wrong. I ordered a regular chicken biscuit meal and I noticed they gave me a spicy. I went back in and told them they had gave me the wrong one. The employee gave me a new biscuit and I returned to my vehicle. Opened the new one up and it was another spicy chicken biscuit. So I had to walk back in the second time and finally get what I ordered. Needless to say I didn’t go back to this Chick Fil A my entire trip. So they basically lost out on the entire week that I would have ate breakfast there if the restaurant wasn’t so horrible. Not only was the service lacking quality but the food was also. The chicken minis also tasted if they had been made long before they were served. I was very disappointed since I have never had this issue at any Chick Fil A all over the country. This location shouldn’t even be able to use the franchise since the food and service does not meet the original expectations of the restaurant.

Orders should be checked more thoroughly! Fruit cups should be just that, not a fruit bite! Servings portions should be revisited.

We love their chicken strip and waffle fries. Their lemonade is the best. That's our go to for this place. The order is always correct and the food is always hot. Of course the staff is always polite. Have a blessed day Chick-fil-A!

It's consistent. Consistently good. I don't like being in long double vehicle lines for food but most of the time it moves quickly. Inside is often hectic and hard to get your car back out of the parking lot. And if you use the app, your going to get it that much faster if you know what you want before showing up.

Super busy location, but always good. If you go during lunch I would definitely order ahead. The parking lot is too small for the amount of business they do. Inside is clean with plenty of friendly staff who are pleasure to help you out.

It's a very busy location you have to be mindful of the time that you visit simply do to its tight drive-through. So expect a wait if going at 12:00 pm. Customer service is good and order alwasy are as ordered.

Chick-fil-A never lets me down. This particular location on Wynn/University drive is excellent and handles heavy traffic every day without much of a break. Despite their high demand and heavy load, they always provide food hot and fresh in a timely manner. They are professional and courteous, and they take the time to make sure you have everything you need even in rush hour. It might look like a three-ring-circus behind that counter, but that chaos provides customers good, fresh meals. They're doing great work. Thanks Chick-fil-a!

My wife and I went for a dine in order before work. We ordered when there was 2 other people in the restaurant and 4 cars in the drive thru. A large group came in after us and they received their food first. We waited 20 minutes on a dine in order to where we had to eat in our cars on the way to work. The biscuits I ordered were cold and dry by the time they were delivered to me and my wife’s Chicken Minis had two missing pieces of chicken.

The guy who was going to take our order literally wanted us to go over a curb or hit another car just to be able to take our order. It’s impossible to do a 90 degree turn in a drive-through line💀 then proceeded to talk about us to his coworkers like 7ft in front of us. Could have waited for us to be at least out of sight before talking smack, like any other person would do 🤷🏻‍♀️ Food was good as usual so there’s that at least😂 Any Chick-Fil-A in the area is better than this one though💅🏻

When you have to be out on a rainy day, why not pick up some Chick-fil-A chicken tortilla soup! The only issue I had was it was way too spicy. This has been the issue every time I get this. It's my favorite dish at Chick-fil-A, and I always get it in hopes it won't be too spicy, but recently it's just been way over the top for a fast food place. The flavors are still amazing! I'm still going back, aren't I 🤷‍♀️

Went to the University location today with a good friend of mine and we received excellent costumer service from Alex and Aniaz! They were super friendly and sweet and really made us feel welcomed! We really appreciate you both keep up the great work and thank you for making our experience the best I’ve ever had!

There is something going on recently. Not sure if it's just this chickfila or other's but the quality and amount of chicken given hasn't been nearly as good as in the past. The piece of chicken on my sandwich is tiny

Chick-fil-A is a consistent and dependable place to get good food quickly. The staff are friendly and quick to offer any assistance needed. And if you have children,, it's nice to be able to go to a place with such a wholesome environment.

I come to this location almost every week, on Friday mornings. The place has a busy drive thru, but inside isn't usually too busy. The food is good, hot, and served quickly. Their dining room is clean, the condiment stand is neat and clean, and the staff is, as always, a pleasure to work with, a "My Pleasure" always on their lips. I love this location, and will be going back regularly!

CFA is a good restaurant but this location is so slow. You place a mobile order, arrive yo the store and still have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes before your food is ready. Defeats the purpose of a mobile order.

Bruh, we ordered a soup and didn’t get it, the sandwiches were smaller than the ones served at my high school. They must’ve used baby chickens or something because they were SMALL. Like obese chicken nuggets. Pretty disappointing although I will still enjoy the lords chicken.

It's Chick-fil-A, great staff and great food. Only drawback is of course packed on lunchtime and dinner time, so best advice would be to order online and pick up in store. (You could get it at the parking spot deliver to you but those might be full as well)

Good, like you expect out of any Chick-fil-A visit. Check your bag before you leave though, because I have had things forgotten at this location multiple times. Sometimes it's small things, like sauce, but once it was a whole salad.

Great customer service the parking lot is designed to go around the building to make it easier for parking I was just there for a doordash pickup

I ordered sweet tea and when I got it, it was unsweetened so I walked back in and asked for a cup of sweetened tea. They yet again gave me another unsweetened tea and did not give me my sauces that I asked for. Just drive to parkway place it’s worth the extra mile

Average quality Chick-fil-A. Super busy around lunch and dinner, but they keep the lines moving pretty quickly. As always, the service is great and the food is pretty good.

I always order on the app! They do a great job and wonderful customer service. The order is correct every time! And even when the lines are long the longest I’ve ever had to wait is 15 minutes from start to finish! They are wonderful! Keep up the good work!

My experience was mediocre. The man that took my order was polite and friendly (which is what I expect from Chick-fil-A). The fries were cold with a burnt brown color looking like prunes. The nuggets were fairly hot but lacked a crunchy coating. What saved my experience was the sandwich I received. The sandwich was so hot and crispy (perfect). I would go again; however, I not be ordering fries again.

Chick-fil-A Madison will make you waffle fries during breakfast hours. This place just doesn't care, so don't ask. I could get it if I were asking for something complex, but it's literally just dropping them in the fryer! You wanna go in and eat? Cool - the issue is all of the parking spots are marked as curbside only. I guess they expect you to walk from down the street to get some of God's chicken - because you sure aren't getting waffle fries before 10:30AM!

This Chick-fil-A location is one of the best and now oldest ones in Huntsville. They provide consistently fresh food and exceptional customer service. Every time we have visited our fries have been hot and freshly made. I can’t say this about the other locations in town. They offer over a dozen curbside pick up parking spots as well as a relatively new double drive thru. When you enter, you must first circle the building to enter the drive thru. For a faster ordering experience, place your order using the mobile app and they will then check you in when you arrive. I highly recommend using the Chick-fil-A app as you can earn rewards like free food. After your visit, they occasionally extend the opportunity to complete a survey for a free sandwich that can be done and redeemed through the app. Make sure to request the condiments. If you place a pickup order for inside there is a pickup shelf they will place your order on when ready and there is a nice waiting area with couches directly across from it.
