Great food. Jamaican jerk chicken wrap is huge, spicy, and so so good. Everything tastes fresh. I love the smoothies too.

Took 30 minutes to get my food and smoothie and ended up with half an avocado in the middle of the smoothie. In their defense, the smoothie has avocado in it, but something tells me this isn’t how it is supposed to be served.

I was in town for a wedding and was craving a smoothie. I ordered the mango monsoon and added kale/spinach. It was so good and refreshing! But to be honest, I have never really had a bad experience at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They always serve quality smoothies.

*If you wish to be disrespected, then this is the place for you.* The customer service here is absolutely horrific. Today, I called to make an order and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and the phone gave me the busy signal, which meant the phone was off the hook for much longer after I hung up. I eventually got through and when I answered I said hi good morning, are you guys busy right now? Her response: What would you like to order? I said "hi, are you guys busy right now," just in case she didn't hear my question the first time. She responded after a long pause "are you planning to order?" I said "Yes I am, I'm just wondering if its busy". She said, after another long pause and rather annoyingly, "no we're not busy do you plan to order orrr..." I was stunned and immediately disconnected the call. I don't spend money where I am disrespected. The attitude stinks here. This is the same person I had a less than pleasant experience with thrice before today, but I kept going back. If management sees this, whoever was on shift on Mon Apr 11 around 12:30, she's the person that I spoke with. I'm disappointed because I eat healthily and this spot is just a minute drive from my house. Grossly disappointed. I notice a similar review just a month ago, so this tells me that management doesn't plan on fixing this problem. Stop sending people to a contact us page on your website if clearly no changes are happening.

I have been coming to this tropical smoothie location for a few years now. And just this past 2 weeks has been the worst service I’ve had since the opening. On Wednesday 11/02/2022 I walked in to place my order. The cashier say what you want and then says anything thing else you want? With the expression on her face and voice tone. Like She didn't want to be there.. I don't know if she plan on getting a promotion or raise. She does not deserve. I didn't even ask for a military discount because the way she was representing the franchise she work for (UNACCEPTABLE AND UNAPPRECIATED)!!!!!!!

Service was ok. Smoothie was ok too. Parking can be hard to find. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this tropical smoothie location for a few years now. And just this past week has been the worst service I’ve had since the opening. On Wednesday 07/20/2022 I placed a mobile order at 7:15am and went to pick the order up at 7:25am. When I got there, they’re were closed and no one was in the building even though the hours on the door, google, Facebook, and the mobile app said they opened at 7am. I tried calling the storing and it took over 30 minutes to finally get someone on the phone to try and cancel my order and to get back my money. The employee who answered the phone said that she had just got there and there wasn’t any way she could cancel my order. Instead the employee took down my name so I could come back later in the week to get my smoothie and flatbread. Well come around on Friday(07/22/2022) around lunch time I was finally able to go back to the store to try and to get my order again. But by the time I stood in line and waited for my smoothie and flatbread after it took them 35 minutes to make both of them. Which has been the longest I’ve ever had to wait for them to make anything. I hope management is aware of the situation that their employees aren’t showing up to work on time or they need to fix their hours to open later in the day since they don’t want to come in that early. All I can say is at least they made everything correctly and I hope they can fix their internal issues going on within their business.

This place is the smoothie spot in Huntsville/Madison area. Gary, Marcus and Stevesha really know how to provide world class customer service. I’ll definitely be back to see what else they have to offer.

This place has nice people that work there, but their food prep is absolutely terrible. I've ordered from here on several different occasions and have been disappointed in a new way each time. The only thing consistent is that the smoothies are decent. The chicken chorizo quesadilla I ordered recently had no chicken and was missing one of the cheeses as well. Every turkey bacon ranch sandwich I've gotten from this place has also been sad in its own way. Soggy bread, semi-old tomatoes, etc. Go for the smoothies to this particular location and nothing else

Let me just say, I usually go to this location and never had a bad experience. But....tonight 01/08/24 at 6pm my husband and I came to order like we usually do. We walked in the door one gentleman looked at us and rolled his eyes as he walked to the register. Everytime we ordered something he acted like we were bothering him. Then he could not hear us, he mumbled and stated there was no kaleslaw. There were no chips except jalepeno. Got our order wrong. Now mind you there were no other customers in the lobby. Now the evening before on 1/07/24 when we came in to order the place was extremely busy, there was plenty of food and no exasperated workers for having customers. It was great as always.

Tried to order through doordash. I kept getting told Tropical wasn't accepting orders. I go in the establishment to order. I place my order, the cashier is unable to break a $100 bill. No smoothie for me and I won't be back due to such a headache.

Listen I understand they are short staffed but lawd they take forever. I still go because the smoothies are so so good.

Very friendly staff and awesome smoothies, this is my new favorite smoothie place. I had an issue with their mobile app and the lady assisted me with using the coupon. 5/5 stars!

Every single time I order from here they put chicken in my cheese quesadilla. I don’t eat meat. A few times, it a mistake. Every single time, it’s ridiculous. Especially when i’m ordering from Doordash or grubhub. It is not a mistake on my ordering, they just don’t care enough to look at my order. Never eating here again!

Love the food and smoothies. The last time we were here, my wife's order was incorrect but after calling (it was take out), they did have it correct and ready for her when we went back.

I have eaten at a tropical smoothie cafe in Trussville and was very happy with my smoothie there so when I ordered this one I was very upset when I literally received a cup of half blended ice and unbleded oats... My boyfriend had a Chipotle chicken club and it was ok but nothing special. Overall I will not be eating at this tropical smoothie cafe again.

We’ll this was disappointing. I’d previously patronized this place and it was good but this go round was a disaster. The boy behind the check out counter seemed to have a problem serving light skinned customers but had no problems serving dark skinned customers. The girl who made the smoothy over iced it and then filled the cup 2/3s full and dumped the rest in the sink. At $5.50 a cup I expect better. Lastly my wife ordered a quesadilla and it was inedible. Had to drive to another restaurant to get food again.
