I bought a necklace for my husband less than a month ago, it was lil short so they told me that they can extend the necklace and I can pick it up tomorrow which it was fine with me. a week later the necklace broke and I’m pretty sure it was at the spot where they extended it. I went back to see if they can fix it she told me that they did not extend it and have to put a good amount of gold on it and it will cost 45$ “but for you 27$. “ **Also, as a side note we paid for the necklace with our debit card, and that same day received a suspicious charge from “fragrant jewelers” of one cent, which our bank caught as fraudulent. The bank said that if not caught, they would have stolen our money. I asked the lady at Amor if she knew who this “fragrant jeweler” is and she of course had no idea. My opinion, stay away.

Wonderful. Bought our engagement diamond here. Got it larger, better cut, and with more clarity for a lower price than the other guys. Always helpful staff who understand the difficult feelings that go in to big purchases. Never feel pressured by them!

DISHONEST merchant. TERRIBLE customer service. STAY AWAY and save yourself a headache. Boyfriend purchased a bracelet for my bday, when asked about resizing Jasmine informed it was free. When the piece came back we were told there was a “small fee” for the service. No one takes any responsibility for the misinformation, there is no solution (besides us paying it), and the excuses are laughable. Thanks Amore for turning my present sour. 😡😡😡

Better pricing ever seen before, full attention to the customer, own financial sistem, the best if have an idea what u want the can make the jewelry you want. If u use their finances be aware and sure u paid in full in 3 months otherwise will be charge for a lot more.

My husband and I walked in the store just to look and was not looking to purchase. Jasmine helped us and we ended up getting me a new wedding ring and necklace. The customer service was excellent. I'm loving the new purchase. We will be back.

I bought a ring full price cash the ladie said it was going to be ready the next day I called next day she said the guy was at the doctor and it was going to be ready next day I called next day and she said it’s not ready because they run out of gold !!!! Are you serious, she was really incompetent and rude . My fiance got me some beautiful jewelry from this store for Christmas. I needed a different size and wanted to look at the other items he told me about, but the past 3 times that I've gone there during their open hours they have been closed. I have to drive about 25 minutes to get there so it's really Sucked. He told me she was very helpful and I want to love them but I can't even wear the jewelry because it doesn't fit

I found a men's nugget ring but wasn't sold on the gold weight. A recommendation was made to increase the amount if gold. I was unsure but was 100% wrong. It us beautiful and the weight is perfect. What a jewel place I found. Thank you.
