So first room when we got to it was this here; door wide open. Well I'm not walking into that bad idea so we go get front desk guy. He goes in, AC and TV are gone. Room next to it is condemned (which is impressive with daily cleaning crew going through each room..... allegedly.....) he gives us a new room and we go in. Not in it 5 seconds before I'm killing roaches. If you can, I'd probably try to avoid this place. Super sketch... Edit for response to owner; Nah dude, I don't complain about much, you have rooms that have been condemned... your hotel is bad. Face the facts dude, if you can manage to get a room condemned your building is bad.

I have no idea as to how this place is still running. I definitely didn't check in. Booked my reservation on snaptravel, check in time was 1:00pm was told to wait till 3:00pm in a rude manner. I went up to the receptionist and told him I had a reservation and all I got was I can't help you now come back at 3. Last time I checked it was a hotel not a restaurant with a breakfast, lunch and dinner time frame. That aside, the lobby had a nasty stench of what I don't know, the couches for receiving guest shouldn't even be existing at the location at all. I felt so uncomfortable at what I saw at the reception that I wasn't willing to see what the rooms would look like. I understand the hotel is cheap but the level of comfort and quality the hotel lacks is not worth the price.

This location truly is America's Best Value. Pops stayed two weeks while his place was being remodeled. The rooms are huge! It's right off the Loop, so traveling anywhere in DFW is easy from here. You can't beat it!

One star is being generous. Deserves zero stars. Trashy, rude female workers, constantly reeks of cigs, everything is rusty & broken, cockroaches, etc. Best value my arse. Maybe if it was under $50/night, but nope. Next to no amenities b/c everything is under remodeling. Pool is filthy, rooms as well. Stains & rust everywhere. Folks smoking all around you & smell seeps in thru door.

It's in dire need of some refreshing. Be prepared to be in the boonies. There is not much around. Mostly quiet and safe. I had problems with wifi and the TV. The staff did what they could to make amends.

When we got to this hotel, the staff was very friendly. I had got a truckload of stuff out of the car. But, when we got into the room... It was very dirty: Pizza boxes, floor wasn't mopped or vacuumed, didn't have clean sheets on the bed, and a dirty blanket was in the corner of the room. I had to go to the front desk and request a new room, pack up all of our stuff and move it to another room. We originally got there around 9am, but with all the confusion, and no one helping us move all of our stuff to the new room, we ended up staying up till past midnight getting everything into the other room.

Americas best , more like americas worst. Roaches and all types of bugs around, Bedspread was giving very much hospital mixed with motel 6 vibes. The sink and tub was dirty. Housekeepers were nice but clearly don’t know hot to clean properly and the towels were also still dirty and smelled. The room stunk really bad. I PAID for late checkout and was still kicked out early with my 2 kids after driving 17 hours and they threatened to call the cops on me and I didn’t do anything nor bother anyone the entire stay. Don’t go

We stayed 3 nights there. I had reserved a non smoking room but we were put in a smoking one. When I asked the clerk to swap room he pretended this room was a non smoking one - all none smoking room have a Non Smoking sticker on the door, which was not the case for ours!- Yet he accepted to put us in another room- even given us the choice between 2 !- we chose the one facing the pool. BUT... To make things short, the floor was not clean - just walking bare footed made my feet turn black!- I found a roach in the fridge and the towels were just a disaster, seemed like they hadn't been washed for ages, full of stains.... The clerk admitted this was disgusting and told me to go and ask Papi- a guy in charge with the laundry who doesn't speak a word of English- for new towels. And so he gave me clean ones. Everything is rusty there and we can hardly see in the room. The 2 ice dispensers are out of order but it's not mentioned.Yet considering the state of maintenance of these 2,I guess it's better they didn't work....not sure I would have brought ice!!! Trash is not emptied everyday and so there are bags of trash next to the trash containers ,recks of cigs everywhere on the floor and dirty towels on the floor in the corridors. The AC worked but was very noisy, quite convenient to cover the noise of some neighbors tough! When looking at the cleanliness of the mattresses around the pool and of the hotel,we didn't dare swimming in! One good point though: the clerks were friendly.Yet I had the impression they were making fun of me pretending the room was not a smoking room and the towels were surprisingly dirty! I will not stay there ever! (I've posted photos on Tripadvisor and Google because I'm sure they gonna say I'm a liar, like they generally do if u have read carefully the reviews! ). I'm not very picky concerning cleanliness but this time that was too much! Even the bare minimum was not respected and this is definitely disrespectfull !!!!

There was blood on the shower curtain. HAIRS EVERYWHERE. Called for new sheets and they brought them right away. because ours had a lot of body fluids And hair. I am definitely not going back. The towels where the bath mats they didn't give us full size towels in to of that they were so dirty and had hairs from someone else also.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night to go to the Rodeo in Fortworth. Easy check in, very comfortable beds with clean linnen, nice big screen tv, coffee maker and shampoo for the showers - all we ask for really. There were stains here and there, sure, but nothing that was an issue. Overall a good value place to stay!

Worst hotel. Professional scammers. Just because someone has others help carry their belongings in to their room should not mean you boot people out. Secondly, they were not smoking because if that were the case your maintenance man would have confirmed that and he did not. Third, the girl you accused of not being allowed there has NEVER stayed at your property. You falsely accuse people of things and yet your motel is less than par. Everytime I've had to unfortunately stay at your business, I e always had to clean it because using a wet rag and wiping things down unfortunately is not the same as disinfecting. Not only that but I'm sure that the same rag used to clean the bathroom is used to clean everything else.Food or drinks on the walls in unacceptable. Nasty handprints on doors are unacceptable and so are dirty light switches,tv remotes, and room phone. Dirty tables, refrigerator are unacceptable. Before you start assuming everyone is up to no good perhaps you should bring your facilities standards up. As I've stayed in much nicer motels and they were nowhere near as rude as you. I'm talking about the fat guy who wears glasses that took over 20 minutes to check me in and then demand I leave not even 20 seconds after I walk into my room.

Decent 2 star hotel with weekly rates available. My main issue with the place is that they are supposed to stop charging you taxes on your room after 30 or more consecutive days, but they have refused. I believe they may well be keeping that money. The staff here is pretty nice and generally accommodating but the taxes I shouldn't have to pay takes $100+ from my pocket per month - deal breaker

This place is horrible. There, I said it. The check-in guy was friendly and the bed and floorboards were nice--that's about it. Bathroom counter was dirty, bathroom walls had dark spots, lampshades were old. The worst part was that 90% of my water came out of the faucet instead of the showerhead. Add that the drain was plugged and I had to wait 30 seconds for the water to drain for like 10 seconds of showering, the 10% of the water coming out of the showerhead anyways. There's a reason why this place is so cheap--and it isn't because it's a bargain. You will get what you pay for, unfortunately, in this case.

Not bad for the price. Stayed 2 weeks. No issues, we even asked for a change of sheets, only because I have a 17 month old, nice place clean, it’s not the ritz but for a decent price it’s clean, much better than other places.

My recent stay at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites in Ft. Worth Hurst was unfortunately riddled with numerous disappointments that significantly detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues with the room that hindered my ability to enjoy a comfortable stay. Firstly, the television was not functioning properly, despite my attempts to rectify the situation by informing the staff. The lack of a working TV limited my entertainment options and added frustration to my visit. Moreover, the absence of basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator was surprising and inconvenient. These amenities are typically expected in hotel rooms, especially for guests who may have specific dietary requirements or preferences. The oversight in providing these facilities diminished the convenience and comfort of the accommodations. Additionally, the room was lacking in cleanliness and organization, as there were no trash cans provided. This made waste disposal challenging and compromised the overall hygiene of the space. Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that the door peephole was installed backwards, raising concerns about privacy and security. It was disconcerting to think that my privacy may have been compromised during my stay. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the wrongful charge of a pet fee for my service dog, even though she was not present with me at the moment. This disregard for the rights of individuals with disabilities and the misapplication of fees was highly disappointing and unacceptable. The culmination of these issues led to a point where I felt compelled to make a police report, underscoring the severity of the situation and the need for immediate attention from management. In summary, my stay at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites in Ft. Worth Hurst fell far below expectations. I sincerely hope that management addresses these concerns promptly and implements measures to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

We stayed here for the first time on Sept23. We stayed here because I thought Priceline’s express deal was going to put us in another hotel. I always stay at hotels in the area when my ten year old daughter has soccer games. I was quite pleased with the hotel. I have no complaints, they were very friendly. Plenty of room for a full size bed. My only complaint would be there was a password on the WiFi which we were not given. I assume they do not off wi-do to customers.

Creepy manager watches your every move creeping around corners and in camera. He wanted to cancel my online reservation with Priceline because I would not tell him who was in my car. It was my minor daughter and after I paid and signed paperwork, I brought my minor daughter inside and he said I already saw her. His name is Rick. This was about 6 months ago, but today I got this review request. do not stay unless you know how to handle strange and rude!! Hotel managers.. He has a desk clerk but micro manages and stands right there the whole time

I absolutely love this place here I have been to countless hotel and motels before. And one main thing I can truly say you should never judge a book by its cover!! I absolutely love it !!!!!! Even though it may looka bit off-putting on the outside. That's because it just gives this place some history and character! But on the inside it looks appealing and changing for the good. And the check -in gentleman Mr. Sean has really blown me away. He has been over-the-top considerably nice, and a genuine article. But the afternoon employees are rude. They need to re-educated in mannerism and hospitality. Even after working outside in the heat from sun up until late afternoon. Have some decent compassion and let people cool down at least. Your inside a A/C environment building. Because if I really was trying to get a free night. I would've gone above your head but didn't. But instead paid for a extra night even though I felt undercutted.

Saw a roach as soon as I entered the room. Desk manager made it a point to talk to me about crime like I care only here to sleep and go to work the next morning. Reading the reviews I can say people aren’t lying. I won’t ever stay here again.

If I could give them less than this for stars I would. I stayed in this room for 2 nights. The first night the bed had body fluid stains on it, so we asked for new sheets she brought them and left them at the door, they were dingy but cleaner. I asked for something like Lysol to disinfect the bed she said they don’t use that they only use the cleaning spray that’s used for the toilet and tables, so then I changed the sheets and layed down after a long day woke up with bites all over my body ( both arms, both legs, back, chest, both shoulders, both hands, and ankles). Our towels were also extremely dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed in forever. We asked for more towels the ones they brought were a little better but not much, we ended up going to get our own towels the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The only reason we stayed the second day is because we couldn’t get any type of refund.

I’ve been to quite a few budget hotels in the area and this is by far my favourite. The rooms are bigger than most I’ve seen, and it’s nice to go out and do the things I need to do and come back to a tidied up room with fresh sheets. The pool is also big for a budget place. I do wish they had on-site laundry facilities, the place is big enough I can’t imagine why they don’t. And the Wi-Fi is really spotty. But it’s still my favourite, despite the Wi-Fi and lack of laundry facilities.

Very underrated hotel , not the most modern but I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last week or so & have had no problems checking in & the rooms are decent of course could be updated & cleaned a bit but you can definitely sleep comfortably with no issues with bugs or anything. Definitely would recommend for a night or 2 of sleep

This motel has to be one of the worst motels ive ever stayed in. You really get for what you pay. The room had a bag covering the smoke detector, the bathroom had barely been cleaned. The room smelt like must. I wouldnt be surprised if these rooms get rented out by the hour. The front desk guy was complaining about house keeping and how they had been slacking, as everyone was calling to get their sheets changed.

If you really have no other option and very little money then this is the best to at least have a roof over your head. My husband and I moved here out of state and stayed for about a month and a half while working and getting familiar with the area. In the time we had to switch rooms twice because of plumbing issues not in our room, but supposedly it needed us to move too. Very inconvenient when we have unpacked and tied to make it out little room home, but not only did I pay one day early for the week as always, but the didn't even let us know until he went down to ask a question and the didn't even have an exact date of when they would have to move us again. Could be Saturday, Sunday or even Monday I was told when I went to talk to them about the inconvenience that causes, I'm 7 months pregnant and can barely help my husband lift and move things and staff won't help. Then we were told by the guy up front that it would be something that every two weeks we need to reassign a room. I have been paying week by week one day early not to constantly be moved around. The room it's self is again not even worth what you pay for it. The little refrigerator barely fits anything and doesn't even keep cool. The bathroom is old and rusty looking, the whole rooms that we stayed in just look old and worn out. The staff is nice but not a word of English I could at least communicate with the cleaning staff in Spanish but the office has one guy Shawn who speaks English and can understand. The parking lot is horrible and neighbors are sketchy looking let alone is smells of pure marijuana as you walk past rooms. We found another hotel that is a studio style with a kitchen and full fridge down by the major shopping center for about $40 more a week and definitely worth it.
