So good!! I love Thai food and this place was perfect. The service was super fast as well! We got the curry puffs which I absolutely loved and the shrimp blankets were yummy as well. We like to try the panang curry everywhere we go and this one was amazing. Everything else we ordered was good too! And of course the mango sticky rice was the perfect way to finish off the meal. I will definitely be back, this could be my new favorite Thai place!

The food is good, we have been to this location several times. The service is mediocre at best but we don’t typically sweat that. Poor service becomes an issue when we are hit with a 20% gratuity on a family of 5 2 adults with 3 kids. We are extremely low maintenance and we consistently tip well in spite of the service. The only thing the server did was take the order bring the food and refill my water once when we were done eating. She felt she had earned an $18 tip for bare minimum service, and we were taxed for that on the ticket as well.

Best Thai within 100 miles! I get Pad kee Mao level 2 with chicken, with the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer. I could drink the peanut sauce that comes with the spring rolls, love to drizzle the leftover on my noodles. I eat here at least once a month. Dining room is the only reason for 4 star rating, but the food is so good that atmosphere doesn't matter.

Thai Thip, a Thai food restaurant located in Hurst, was a spur of the moment dinner decision that ended up being the best part of our entire day! Their Google ratings, a 4.6 at the time of this review, is very well earned! In fact, we’d easily give them more than 5 stars if that was an option! Menu Options: Their vast menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, specialty dishes, noodle dishes, curries, fried rice, desserts, sides, and a children’s menu. Their beverages include both hot and Boba teas. Dietary Restrictions: Their menu was easily customizable to the dietary needs of vegetarians and vegans with the regular menu having multiple options for both groups. Most entrees allow the customer to choose their protein from tofu, beef, chicken, pork or seafood. Our order: I ordered the Mixed Vegetable Delight which was a multitude of fresh vegetables in a sweet and savory brown sauce that was served with an enormous pile of white rice. My husband ordered one of their house specialties - the Spicy Basil Duck which also arrived with fresh veggies and an enormous pile of rice. Pros: EASILY the best Thai food we’ve ever had! The service was awesome, the plating was beautiful and we’re already planning our return in the next couple of weeks! Cons: It was so spectacular that I can’t think of a single thing to complain about! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You’ll be blown away like we were.

I got the green curry with chicken and vegetables and spring rolls. I enjoyed the spring rolls as I always do. The curry and chicken was not as good as another place I've been to recently, but it was alright. The chicken seemed a little overcooked and rubbery and the vegetables very very al dente. One of the vegetables was eggplant, which should always be cooked all the way - it was barely cooked, still crunchy. You can eat it undercooked but for some people (me) it will cause bowel upset. The rice was also overcooked and waterboarded. The spice level was good, but the flavor didn't seem as authentic and from real spices as others I've had. It was okay though. Service was very friendly. Took a long time for the food to come out, but I never mind slowness if the food is good. Could have been better at this place though. So far, my favorite place to go is Bangkok near Keller, TX. Never been disappointed there.

This is easily my new favorite restaurant. The customer service is top notch and their attention to detail(especially to go orders) is fantastic. The spicy edamame, crab rangoons and mango sticky rice are the best of the best 👍 As for entrees, they give you so much food and everything is always fresh. I’m sure I will end up as a regular here!

My food was ready when I arrived and was fresh and hot. I ordered the chicken egg rolls and basil fried rice w/shrimp. Great flavor and the spice was on point! Definitely recommend and will be back

Nestled between a church and a dry cleaners lies one of DFW's hidden gems, Thai Thip. In an area where cheap Asian cuisine is ubiquitous, Thai Thip delivers perfectly executed Southeast Asian staples at a reasonable price point. Having chewed my way through most of the menu, nothing is a miss and the stand outs are truly that, outstanding. The high points: Pad Thai, Pad see ew, and Thai peanut deliver flavors of a far away place, reflecting the staff's passion to share a taste of home. If you are looking for a place to see and be seen, don't come here, you will be disappointed. If you're looking for a beguiling, beautiful dining experience that will shift your expectations of what this style of food can be, then stop reading and head to the mid cities.

After a 4 hours drive. Stopped by THAI THIP hoping for a good Thai food but sadly disappointed. A simple dish of Chicken basil turned up mediocre at best. Strong taste of fish and oyster sauce dominate this dish. Although the restaurant was empty at 3:30 pm, the waitress/ owner? rushed you to place an order. This restaurant requires a major update in both menus and ambiance.

This place is a hidden gem in the mid-cities. Great flavor and presentation. We had the cashew chicken and the pad Thai.

We had dinner here tonight and it was really good. My husband had the Tom yum soup and it was so fresh and served hot. I’m going back next week to have it again. It was that good. For entrees, I had the green curry, level 2, with chicken, and my Husband had the asparagus vegetable entree, no meat. Both dishes were delicious, served hot and fresh tasting. We were craving a big mix of fresh vegetables and we got what we wanted. We brought a bottle of wine, no problem, got glasses and ice water right away. This is a nice, no frills place to enjoy excellent Thai food

The food was amazing, ordered the Pad Kee Mao with chicken, the staff was super accommodating with removing vegetables (childishly didn't want veggies). This may have been the best Pad Kee Mao I've had due to the spice blend they use ok the noodles.

We absolutely love Thai Thip! It’s BYOB which makes it even better. The spring rolls are always so fresh and the steamed dumplings have a great flavor. We love the pad thai, panang curry with salmon, asparagus delight with salmon, and pad kee mao.

Never judge a book by its cover! I reluctantly entered this restaurant, as was told it was very good. And indeed the food is exceptional, so is the service! The owner comes to the table with his tablet and a big smile to get your order. Not long after, amazing tastes appear on the table, we started with a Tom Kha, very delicious, followed by a Pad Thai with shrimps - wow! - and a yellow curry. Pad Thai is my Thai test dish, to test if I like the Thai restaurant, and this far exceeded my expectations. The place doesn’t look too welcoming, hence my opening comment, from the outside appearance to the interiors. All a bit cold, including the blasting air conditioning, while there were 40 degrees Fahrenheit outside. And so much styrofoam and plastic straws :(

Got the Pad Thai chicken spice level 2. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was casual nothing fancy (which is perfectly fine with me). Food came out in 5-8 minutes. Super hot, extremely flavorful, and lots of texture. I will definitely be back. Enjoyable little place.
