I needed a room ASAP for personal reasons and they honored my Diamond 48-hour guarantee. Tom with the front desk was awesome. I really felt welcomed here and Tom was a big reason for that. The room was great and I have zero complaints. Thanks again, you really took good care of me.

Comfortable and quiet. Off the beaten path just the right amount. The staff has always treated me so kindly and accommodating to the extreme! Today I had a beer in the lobby after classes all day. Completely needed that, thank you. The breakfast is pretty standard hotel compliment, but you can tell how much the cook cares about the food, cleanliness, and presentation. My rooms have all been clean and comfortable. Never out of sorts, at all. This little hotel is booked solid pretty regularly, so book early. Thanks for letting me stay with you.

This hotel was relatively cheap, but it had first class experiences. Free breakfast - it alternated, there was sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, omelets, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cereal - plus coffee or tea available all day in the lobby. The TV was quite large, and came with regular channels as well as Netflix, Tubi, and Showtime. The indoor pool has 24 hour access. The bed was comfortable and large (like 2 feet of space between me and my husband). It's located right across the street from the police department, so safety was NOT an issue. All around a great experience!

The hotel itself was good and had all the essentials you need for a weekend stay (breakfast, fitness/gym, internet, temperature control, good water pressure, cleanliness). However, the female clerk (with the nose ring) needs to be more attentive and friendly. She seemed bothered when asked with questions, and was constantly on her phone even as she was checking guests in. The hotel was also not stocked up with snacks (no sodas, waters, juices). As a Hilton Honors Member, I was not greeted properly or given the complimentary waters or courtesy. The location is good, but its a good distance from the Arlington Area (AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Six Flags). Was a good, not great, experience.

Excellent stay at this Hampton Inn! We had previously stayed another Hampton Inn in TX and it had been quite disappointing. We decided to give it one more try and were amazed by this one! Clean, spacious, and friendly people! Our son loved the Texas waffle and our dog enjoyed his stay too😊 We did get double charged for the pet fee which was a little hassle but my husband thankfully noticed it on our credit card charges and they reversed it. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The couch and chair in our room reeked of urine. I only figured it out after my son, wife, and I was already in it. Our clothes, his blanket, and pillow from home smell horrible. I go downstairs to complain to the young lady and say that the room should be refunded. She did offer to change our room, but we had to be up in 6 hours and would take too long to pack up and unpack again. At least the beds were clean. I got a call right after from the manager accusing me of threatening the desk clerk, which I did not. He called me a liar saying they spent 2.5 million on renovations, and it most certainly did not smell like urine. I welcomed him to come up and take a whiff, but he was at home. Very unprofessional! He welcomed me to leave the hotel. Also, google is incorrect. No hotel shuttle.

Be careful! My truck was stolen from their parking lot on Feb 17. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but I was parked near the front of the building, under a light, and you could see my truck through the window while standing at the front desk. The owner was empathetic and helpful, but the only camera is at the entrance so I would love to see more surveillance added to the exterior of the hotel. Also, I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had a problem. This is the first time it was under construction and my truck was stolen. Coincidence? Maybe.

I love this Hampton Inn. The rooms are nice and clean. The front desk staff is awesome, especially Chasity, she is professional, friendly and hospitable. The cookies they bake for the guest in the evening are amazing. I would recommend this hotel over many others in the area.

Young women at front desk was more interested in looking at her phone, than helping customers! None of the live channels in our room worked. The only thing we could watch was showtime.

The hotel hosted a party one evening during our stay. The banquet room was located right beside our room on the first floor. They had food catered and live music. We couldn't sleep. It took an hour to get them to stop. They allowed the attendees of the party to take most of the parking spots, which meant that hotel guests didn't have a place to park. We had to park at the other hotel beside the one we were staying at, clear on the other side. This was not right. The housekeeping staff replenished our towels each day but never cleaned the room or made the beds. The breakfast each morning was good. I didn't like how they charged the room. They initially put a hold on my account for the total of the 4 days. On the morning I checked out, the front desk informed me thar I was good to go and had no balance. It wasn't until 3 days later that my debit card was charged. According to our bank statement, the funds had already been taken out. They decided to run the total 3 days later from our account. This was very frustrating. Not happy with this hotel.

This is one of the nicer Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Very clean and the staff is top notch. The hotel manager Cheryl was very helpful on parking my truck very pleasant personality. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Nice, clean hotel. Rooms was comfortable and up-to-date. The only knock is that most modern rooms now have options for Internet TV (e.g. Netflix) and the TV offers casting, but it wasn't setup. Amenities such as the pool and patio were great, comfortable places to lounge for the evening. Breakfast was mostly standard fare, but well done, clean, and the staff kept it stocked well.

It was really disappointing to find out that the hotel is in a major renovation. The pool is being renovated. My son needs a pool for some of the therapy he's getting this week, but nothing said the hotel is under a major renovation. I would have booked somewhere else if I had the chance.

Worst hotel. Stay away. Took 1 hour for check in and then got a room with cricket in it and cricket sound. Guy at the desk said its normal in this weather and said its kind of a bug which jumps too to make me feel better (lol). He did change the room though.

This was my first stay at any Hampton hotel and I must admit that I'm surprisingly pleased! Great hotel in a great location. The hotel staff were very pleasant, the gym was very functional, and the breakfast gave you many options before getting your day started. I'd book here again without hesitation.

We checked out not long ago and this hotel was so lovely and affordable! Stayed with family. Chassidy, (not sure how to spell her name so please pardon) the receptionist, was so welcoming and kind. The rest of staff was very accommodating as well. Crib was delivered upon request even though we checked in near midnight. The room and hotel were very clean. Some renovation was going on (surprisingly wasn’t disturbing and hardly even noticed). The AC in the room can get pretty loud. We felt safe staying there overall. Breakfast was just okay in my opinion but there were restaurants pretty close by in case you want a change. The pool was closed sadly due to renovations. Overall, we would stay again!

This was an amazing experience! The kind ladies at the counter were so helpful with check-in. The location is supreme, with a convenience store and In-and-Out burger place (among other eateries) located within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, with biscuits and gravy, sausage, omlettetes, etc. being served throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Staying here was a highlight of our vacation!

Dirty and worn out. If you want the stay at a hotel that has a casino, party house feel this is for you. The music on the lobby speakers and all the hallways is blaring annoying pop music drivel non stop so having a peaceful quiet meal is a no go. Air conditioners are worn out and my first room did not even have an one that worked. If the system works expect it to sound like a diesel generator and be on 24/7 as it cannot keep up with the insane heat of Texas. The breakfast is at least nice. Door handles and locks are worn out and have trouble opening and closing and your can see that door frames are chipped and worn out. Do you enjoy the outdoors? Well your room will sound like the forest as well: giant crickets are everywhere and will chirp all night while your AC grinds away. I felt like I was sleeping in a military tent next to a tank. One more note, the front desk attendants need to learn what customer service is: listening to your earbuds and watching TicTock while giving and emotionless stare to a customer who asks for some silverware is a no-go. Oh and maybe you should go get the silverware yourself rather than make the customer go get it from the kitchen. Clearly the attendants are the typical GenZ quiet quitter parasites. The manager of the hotel is nice but clearly this property needs to hire some better workers. I'll pass this hotel next time.

I really recommend this hotel. The lobby is really beautiful, clean and smelled really good. The check in experience was fast and nice. The room was clean…and I mean clean! The white sheets and comforters were perfect. The a/c worked great. The tv was new, big, very good quality (image), the microwave needs an upgrade but at least for me wasn’t a big deal because it worked for heating what I needed to heat. The pool was recently renovated. The water temperature was perfect, even my kid with special needs (that likes swimming pools but not all of them) had a blast. Breakfast was different every day. Very good breakfast. They had hot coffee at the lobby at all times (I drink coffee several times a day, even before bedtime). The lady at the front desk named Chastity was so nice, her customer service deserves recognition. All the cleaning ladies were nice. The bathroom had big bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner set at the shower walls and it was so much better and convenient than the tiny bottles some hotels have and there was enough for me and my family for the whole stay. There was also the same system with hand soap and lotion outside the shower. So, if you’re staying here you won’t need to carry a million bottles of toiletries. The area were is located is EXCELLENT! And this is very important for us. There are so many hotels in the area and some of them are in terrible areas and you notice when it’s too late. This time we needed to be exactly in this area but next time we need to be in the Dallas area we’ll try to stay there even if we have to drive a little bit more.

Mike or whatever his name is, the manager, is a real jackass and hung up the phone on someone respectfully inquiring about the LARGE job posting they have on the billboard outside. I hope mike has the day he deserves.

It was okay. Lobby ac not working properly, tried to go in the pool and it smelled and looked cloudy. My kids were disappointed about that. The ac in the rooms is pretty loud and walls are pretty thin. We could hear the employees getting breakfast ready beneath us and slamming of doors was so loud.

Just don’t! Stay at Holiday Inn directly next door! Everything is so much better there! We have stayed at Holiday Inn a few times and decided we would try a different hotel. The reviews online were good so we thought eh, why not?! Terrible idea! They’re doing renovations on the 4th floor. They didn’t tell us upon checking in to make sure the noise from 830am to 5pm would be a problem. We had to find out the hard way….my kiddo was trying to take a nap and it sounded like we were in the same room with a table saw and drill along with sounding like someone was going to fall through the ceiling. Called the front office and was pretty much told sorry about your bad luck but it’ll be going on until at least 4. Every day I had to drive around and have my kid take a nap in her car seat, which we all know is not the same as a nap in bed. The breakfast was just eh, nothing fancy and the scrambled eggs had water standing in them, gross! They didn’t have a business center as stated online. There were no computers or printers. I saw a picture that looked as if they have a snack time, they only serve a few wines and canned beer. The pool was indoor and with the Texas heat and all the chlorine it was hard to breathe or see in there! I’m just saying….don’t do it! Just don’t!

We arrived to our room late after a concert. To our surprise, there was no working lights/electrical plugs in the room. Thankfully the phone, plugs, and lights in the restroom worked. We called down to the front desk to notify them and the man said he’d be up after checking in a guest. Hours passed and nothing. The next morning we went to the front desk after eating breakfast and again were told that maintenance would fix it. We ended up leaving for lunch and when we came back the lights still were out. We called a final time and we noticed we had lights after coming back from a night out. We’ve been Hilton honors members since 2020 and haven’t had issues like this in the past. It wasn’t the most pleasant experience.

We stayed here for a seminar last weekend and neither of us got more than a few hours sleep the 2 nights we were there. The beds are so hard, and the king size bed had only 3 fluffy pillows but needed 4 because they went completely flat when you lay on them. Luckily I had a pillow in the car. The refrigerator was sticky so everytime you opened it one side would slide out. We had to pull pretty hard to open the door causing all of the drinks to come flying out. Otherwise the room was pretty clean. The hallways need dehumidifiers to get rid of the dank smell. Honestly had we not paid $156/ night I guess it's not that bad, but we've stayed at many different places and that's a bit overpriced for the room we stayed in.

Even in the middle of the night, the service was amazing. We got marooned by an airline. They were a little to far for a shuttle, but we had a friend to give us a ride. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff amazing.

Micheal, the GM, Was pleasant and great to talk to while he checked in our baseball team. The lobby was great for the boys to eat their pizza as a group. They enjoyed the patio and the pool. Breakfast was a hit! The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Towels weren't refreshed beds weren't made. I had to notify them there weren't any snacks in my room and then they weren't refreshedthe next day. I paid for premium. The floor wasn't vaccumed during the stay. The trash wasn't emptied. The weird part is they brought in new paper cups and chose not to address the previously mentioned items. I had to walk through the lobby to use the pool. Apparently, you have to use the digital key to enter from the hall within the hotel. Who's taking their phone to the pool? One of the elevators also "malfunctioned" while there and in the restroom downstairs a toilet that had water overflowing onto the floor. I let the front desk personnel know about the toilet but nothing came of it. Lots of minor cosmetic flaws and breakfast was lackluster. I didn't even bother with breakfast my second day there. Overall, the stay was okay. It was quiet and the common areas were clean. The location is good for exploring the area and staff is polite.

I booked this hotel because I was attending a Women's conference in Dallas Fort Worth. I'm an independent travel agent and was so pleased to get an amazing price I paid just $81 a night, for such a large room (2 Queen beds non smoking suite) food was excellent! The staff went above and beyond and the hotel was top notch! It has recently been refurbished and you can tell! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again! The only reason why I haven't given it a 5 star rating is because I noticed this weird plastic thing stuck on the bathtub, so cleanliness I would say was a 4/5, everything else was superb!
