I just want to come on here and thank the person who helped clean my rings. They were dull and not shiny but the guy changed that & cleaned them well! Im impressed! Blake was very helpful and had a great attitude! He did a very good job! THANK YOU BLAKE :)

I have spent a good amount of money at this store over 5 years not counting what my wife has spent, but after being over charged for a repair I am not sure I’ll be back except for warranty check ins. 135.00 charge for a simple silver ring on a bracelet could cost you alot more in lost revenue. I have plans on buying my wife’s Christmas present at a competitor this year unless someone reaches out.

I would just like to say that I am extremely happy and glad that I chose Jared Jewelers! Lorna, welcomed me and assisted me wonderfully in choosing my first pair of diamond earrings. I was very pleased with her service to me, and without a doubt will be delighted to go back in the near future!

M'Resha is amazing. She educated me about diamonds and helped pick the perfect ring for my wife. They have a quick turn around in getting my wife's ring back when it needed to be resized. I can't go to another jeweler and get that type of service.

I have visited this location multiple times and each time I am more disappointed. A year and a half ago me and my wife went to this location to have a specialty rang. Played 14 year anniversary. We gave this location five months to get it correct and they screwed it up each time. Granted they did give me discounts however, my tag watch that I purchased from this location. Somehow mysteriously got water under the Crystal. When I went asked the person that was there told me I had to pay 7995 to service to watch. After doing some digging then I saw my yeti that I had purchased and it’s like they don’t care. I can’t stand dealing with Jared’s in hurst Texas. This is the worst location of Jared‘s ever, I totally would not recommend doing business with this location or anyone at the store. March 21, 2023.

I've been coming to Jared since 2007. We used to use the Hulen location but their service isn't as great as the Hurst location. We love this location. I recommend it 5 stars all across the board and request Angelina while you're there.

The store is pristine and all the workers are kind respectful, and very knowledgeable with their jewelry. Lorna was amazing in helping me find the perfect engagement ring, made sure to keep me updated, and made the experience so much better! I'll definitely be coming back for the wedding bands.

Today at Jared I shopped with Angelina and Carlos, they were very welcoming and assisted me with all my needs! The two of them went above and beyond to ensure I found the PERFECT DIAMONDS!! I recommend to everyone thinking about something new in their collection to speak with one of them!!! I got the best of both worlds as they worked as a TEAM TO HELP ME!! I’ve been to many jewelry stores and agents often compete for the sale but not these two veteran employees!

Several years ago I designed a ring and this Jared location made the ring, and they did a phenomenal job. We were recently back for cleaning and inspection and the staff are still amazing! I highly recommend this Jared location as they genuinely care about the customer.

Incredible customer service! M'Resha was beyond knowledgeable and actually taught my wife and I something. I loved the fact that we felt like she took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for. She never pushed us into buying something she was not absolutely in love with.
