Went to see this property on a Sunday as suggested by my friends. The local bar, close to the property itself is a turn off, and also raises concerns on security and safety especially for women in the near future. One wouldn't want to see a bunch of drunkards and filth, the moment you step out of the property. The property might be good, but so should be the surrounding area.

We visited this project and liked the whole concept of Independent type of apartments without common walls. Areas surrounding this place is quite developed with lots of other projects nearby. Lots of greenery around also . Strategically located between E- City , Sarjapur and Outer Ring Road . Looking forward for a good home for me and my family .

Located in residential place to close proximity to e-city and Sarjapur with all essential items like market and shops. Construction quality is good and both blocks will be handed over in a span of 12 month. Floor plan is good with many amenities to offer. But price is little high.

Recently buy 2 bhk Flat in Evershine and i can say its good project and area to invest . Thanks Bhaskar and Raju for all the support and smooth agreement. Happy to be a family of evershine 😊😊

Booked a flat here. Very nice project with spacious flats and all essential amenities. Construction quality is very good. Location wise its still developing. Builders and marketing team are very customer friendly and to the point.(No beating around the bush). They will explain each and every details very clearly and will execute the process smoothly.[Quite happy with their services till now] Overall very happy with the project.😊
