The people who are running this "buisness" are cons!! Booked a hotel room in December of 2021, arrived and stated computer systems and phones were stolen so I could not stay there due to being unable to confirm my reservation and I had to contact the booking agency I booked through to get my money back. Well 4 months later and they still are not replying to the agency to cancel the reservation. They took my money immediately once booked and I have yet to get it back. Definitely going to report this to the BBB! DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOMS HERE! The place is all run down with broken windows! I give ZERO STARS!!

I have to say a 2 thumbs up. Since this hotel has been recently updated and new management has taken over. Me and my family have had an excellent experience with my extended stay here. The new management is extremely helpful they made us feel like family literally going over and above there responsibility as staff. We have stayed in a 2 room suite with a kitchenette and a small livingroom very clean and cozy the theme seemed to remind me of a minnesota cabin almost but it was adorable and comfortable. The room was extremely affordable compared to the high prices for other hotels in the area. The new management has done a great job turning this place into a great and safe place. I have to say stay here!! We love it!!!

I arrived with a pre-paid, guaranteed room and was told they over booked and couldn't have a room. I was a woman forced to spend the night in my car in an unfamiliar town. Clientele in the parking lot was questionable. Not sure if it was a safe location, possibly better off sleeping in my car

The new management team is amazing! Super friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are totally revamped, comfy/clean and the cost is unbeatable. You will not find a comparable room for double the price. We always enjoy our stay. It is a home away from home. I wish I could give it more stars!

Rooms are remodeled very nice clean. Just because something on the outside doesn't look nice doesn't mean that the Inside isn't. Very nice place to stay. Management is very nice and helpful.

New management was very helpful in helping me choose the right room. Ayde and Oscar offered us a convenient rate and were very polite. We had the cottage with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen and living/eating area. Very clean. Will definitely come back.

I had reserved and prepaid for a room for two nights. When we arrived, we were turned away because they said all their rooms were already booked. They would not contact Travelocity to get our refund, but said it was our responsibility to contact them. Travelocity needed to get their confirmation that we did not get our room, but they called twice and did not get an answer. I have called numerous times, left multiple messages and still no refund. Stay away from this place!
