Ordered take out(delivery wasn’t available) I know its labor day but Im pretty positive my pizza was taken off the buffet and thrown in a box. There is absolutely no way this pizza was freshly cooked in the 30 minute wait time. (I was 5 minutes early for pick up as well) Asked for extra pickles on my bacon cheeseburger pizza and there was actually barely any on it. Ordered a two piece all white(which is an extra charge) meat chicken meal and got one breast and one wing. This isn't the first time I’ve had poor food from this pizza ranch but its probably the worst Ive had via take out. I usually have good luck with the buffet but I usually go right at 11:45am for lunch. I recommend people try buffet at peak hours if you absolutely have to have pizza ranch, but if you really want good pizza head across town for some Jimmy’s pizza. They even have excellent chicken now.

I ordered some chicken, potatoes wedges, and green beans at 7:09pm on Friday night, at the time it had an estimated delivery time of 7:54pm and was confirmed in my email confirmation. I ended up getting a call at 7:34pm informing us that they didn’t have potato wedges and asked if we would like something else, so we agreed on waffle fries instead. 8:20pm rolls around and we still don’t have our food. I call the store at 8:28, more than 30 minutes from when we were expecting our delivery, and we’re told the driver is just heading out the door with our food. No explanation as to why the order took so long. Finally at 8:40 the food shows up on our door step. We’re getting our food out, pretty hangry at this point, and we get so mad about the waffle fries we received. The wedges were $7.99, price for waffle fries is $5.99. That would’ve been okay if we received extra to make up the difference and for the inconvenience of not having the wedges. We received a balled up pile of 12 waffle fries. 12 fries for $8?? Absolutely ridiculous. We waited an hour and a half for food just to be disappointed

Update: still an awesome PR location. The pizza crust tonight was probably the best we've ever had. Lots of pizza options, the salad And chicken bars were stocked, and everything was fresh and delicious. Great job, team! Tuesday nights kids 12 and under eat free, so it was an even better value. They also have a large arcade that the kids love playing in after we're done eating. Awesome experience all around 👍

We came in a Sunday right after opening, by 11:15 am. I must say that I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everyone’s shoes squeaked as they were sticking to the floor. The carpet walking in was definitely not vacuumed before opening along with the area in front of the fountain drinks. It was disgusting! One plus was the lettuce for once wasn’t brown and gross looking. The place needs a thorough cleaning!

I love other pizza ranch locations; this one is not 1 of top ten. They had pizza sure, maybe my issue was that I visited between lunch and dinner;food was a little less hot than expected. Entryway carpet looks like it was reused out of grandmas attic/ could use a shampooing. I saw cactus pizza but no blueberry dessert pizza. I also couldn't find soups and pizza ranches usually serve that. Three Restrooms available, normal size, had soap and auto-matic water faucets. The girl bussing dishes did a good job coming to get the used plates. Thin, brunette, teenager other than her the staff wasn't "busting there humps". The ice cream dishes are hilarious; maybe two spoons worth. They have a arcade/ fun zone, looks like a typical pizza ranch one. Price charged based upon family of two. The temperature inside was comfortable inside for this time of year (august) The people in my group liked that you can request a type of pizza made if you don't see it available, but that took at least half hour plus before it was baked and cut. I am glad to share my experience here and I hope that future clients and my next visit will have a bit more freshly cooked foods.

The service here was amazing, and the fried chicken was moist and delicious! I would definitely recommend coming here! The employees were great. They had a thicker crust pizza tonight, and it was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while!

The pizza crust was fantastic! We put in a request for a couple dessert pizzas, and they had them out for us in around 5 minutes. The store manager was super friendly, and I didn’t see staff sitting around once.

Did I really HAVE to even give it a star?? You would think with the complaints that they'd maybe shape up if they want the big tips from city folk but it's bumpkin town here, male employees are sharing half a brain cell on work, female employees do nothing but gossip to mask their own vanity, there is garbage on the floor & near empty platters on the buffet, maybe one platter had an actual half of pizza & they will wait until its way past cold & refuse to put out a fresh pan of any type of pizza. Then they want to "talk about the issue to see how we can make up for it" is basically someone telling you you're SOL on the phone, no refund, wouldn't come back anyways but damn. Start listening to your paying customers & maybe yall will avoid refunds or a possible lawsuit because I'm pretty sure your people in the back are working with no gloves or hairnets

My girlfriend and I went yesterday for lunch and my experience at this location was not what we wanted for our lunch out. Absolutely none of the pizzas were hot out of all of them ONE was warm going cold. The chicken I felt was overcooked and didn't taste very well. And lastly the employee was complaining out loud to another employee, while the other employee walked away the one complaining kept getting louder. The problem with this is it was by our table. Very unprofessional. I'll probably continue taking our business to the pizza ranch in Monticello
