    My food and service was great but the arrogant manager berated my server for his pants during service angered me. The poor kid had a cut on his eye I wish would got his name. He was wonderful. Great gluten-free pancakes. Here's my point. What good was it going to do making comments about his pants (which looked fine) in front of guests. Making this poor kid self conscious in the middle of service. Hey he showed up obviously not already having the best day. Be thankful. I'm sorry you have obvious control issues.

    Came in today on Thanksgiving as my first choice was closed. I was bummed as it’s my birthday and I’m all alone in a different state. Well.. I’m glad I came here today. James was my server and I think he knew something may be off with me. He suggested some great blueberry pancakes and I did the combo. The food was amazing asking with the blueberry syrup that James also suggested. Great staff!!!

    Service was terrifyingly bad, there was no one person taking control of the restaurant. No decisions being made, just a lonely cook making delicious food, he was the only one working in the whole place. Yet everything remained clean. I give the cook 100 stars thank you, everyone else, YOUR FIRED!!

    The restaurant is very clean great food and all the servers are excellent. Expect good service anytime you go all the servers were wonderful and management there is Great 👍🏻

    i used to enjoy IHOP and then they come up with this stupid no orders over the phone, pls use our app they said. But when you go to the app you are unable to customize your order. Who has time to stand in the store waiting for 20 plus minutes for someone to even acknowledge you there nevermind sit around and have to wait on your food that is now sitting in the window getting cold because the servers are to busy talking about their night before. Never again worst service ever.

    I ordered the Colorado and they made it for me without dairy. It was delicious and the staff allowed us to enjoy our time there.

    Went for supper. Tables, floor, everything was dirty. We were given 2 'clean' coffee cups, but one had lipstick on it. We were immediately given a "half pot" of coffee, per our waitress with the statement she would bring us more when it was ready. She did, but I found the "1/2 pot" comment sketchy. Did it belong to another customer before us? I don't know. The place was not busy. It looked like there was plenty of staff. I'm not sure what they were all busy with, but cleaning was not on the horizon. When we were seated at the booth, my son put his arms on the table, right into sticky syrup that we did not see at first. Food was good, but I'm pretty sure I won't be returning.

    Did a call in order, picked it up, got home and it was not our order. Called them back and they would bring the right one. Checked it before leaving, didn't have the funny face. Called them again, they did offer free drinks, so we got 3, they brought the funny face out, he told us about one container that was under a heat lamp, it looked melted, the toast inside was more burnt than good, I'll bet none of them would have eaten it !!!

    Food was great, and a very good value, with kids eating free with adult meal. Would be 5 star review if they service was decent. Our server was totally lacking. Another server gave us great service, even though it wasn't her table. The server that gave good service avoided a lower star rating.

    We had a wonderful waitress. She was very attentive to our needs. Made sure our drinks were always full. The food was very good I had chicken fried steak breakfast. It was excellent Definitely recommend for a good meal.

    Food was good and the restaurant was clean. But the lack of employees made asking for drink refills and napkins nearly impossible. Had to get up, walk behind the counter for napkins, and a pepsi refill after waiting 10 mins after asking the server for these items.

    my mom found a star face pimple patch in her food and when asked about it, the manager said it was a sprinkle without even checking to see what it was. he would not take responsibility for the pimple patch which is unprofessional and just plain gross. he claimed that he had no clue where it came from. he was unprofessional and the cooks are disgusting. don’t eat there unless you want a side of pimple patches with your pancakes! someone needs to call the health department to shut them down!! y’all need to learn how to maintain a healthy, clean and professional business. that is just disgusting.

    I’m from GA. Every place I’ve been to in Kansas has been nothing but wonderful, except here. Our server was Taylor and she was super sweet but the manager was the exact opposite. We found a star shaped pimple sticker in the pancakes we ordered. When we brought it to Taylor’s attention, she said she’d let the manager know. She then told us the manager stated that it was a sprinkle and didn’t even bother to come check. Eventually, he came to the table and he was ill-mannered and refused to take any kind of responsibility. First question he asked was, “Sooooo did we have a question here?” He had an excuse as to why he wasn’t able to come speak to us and twisted his words when asked about the situation. We didn’t feel comfortable eating any of the food and left. Please be cautious about what you’re eating.

    I do not like that they will not take orders over the phone. Instead of just taking the order over the phone, they make you go online. You can’t even order eggs by themselves online. They also don’t have notes, or a comment section regarding your order. So you can’t say “no butter”, or “extra syrup” for example. I would say they definitely need to fix their online ordering system if they want it to be easy for guests. The elderly doesn’t know that much about technology to be able to do the online ordering. I don’t see what’s so hard about taking the order over the phone. It’s quicker for the guest, and you can actually tell them in detail what you want. Also, they send you a message that states that you need to tell them when your on the way, but make you download the IHOP app to do so making it even more difficult for the customer, and wasting their time. Isn’t the point of going out to get food is for the convenience? Totally not convenient. They said my order would be ready at 6:06. They sent a message saying they know we’re here, and then sent another message saying their packing up our order. So we waited an extra 20 minutes there waiting for our food. Don’t tell a customer it will be ready at that time if it isn’t. A customer will more then likely get there on time, because they don’t want there food to sit and get cold. Hopefully the food will taste good.

    I used to love Ihop but last time I went the food was pretty mediocre 😕 I was surprised. Maybe I'll give them another try and have a better review for ya☺️

    Why have they stopped serving toast AND hasbrowns with an omelet? With the prices you'd think both would come with the meal. Also I asked if they had a hoppy hour menu and she had no idea what I was referring to. It's right there on the website. Likely won't return to this IHOP unless the food is free.

    Service was good our waiter was really attentive. Food was not the best. My son got the sirloin tips and eggs and it tasted like the meat was cooked in maple syrup. I got the poblano omelette and it was either the poblano cream they put on there or the eggs that had a slimy mouth feel to it. The only person that ate most of his food was my husband he had chicken fried steak and eggs.

    The service was Amazing! Better than usual even!!! We Always have good service, but yesterday it was exceptional. The Food was All Very Very Good Too! We were very happy with our brunch! One of our families Favorite places to eat. Everyone leaves Stuffed and Happy!!!🙂

    First place I've ever been to where they waited to see how many customers they were gonna have, to call in a crew to serve and fix it. Some food was hot and parts were cold. Dishes were dirty. I do love ihop but not sure I'd try this one again.

    So last night I went in with my date and Jaylen was our server. She did an outstanding job. My date couldn't really speak English and Jaylen was completely patient with her and they were able to understand each other. Great job. We both had a good time

    Sometimes it takes a while to get your order but I have to admit some of the people I go there with refuse to wait to be seated and will sit at a dirty table making it hard for the staff to know if you already ordered or not especially during shift chance but the food is always delicious and they actually have chocolate cake now that is out of this world amazing

    It was good, the server was nice, but it wasn't.... Idk anything outstanding as far as IHOP goes. Sorry, the best part really was the service, 5 stars for you, and the food was not bad, my chicken fried steak was a little undercooked and not very warm, my son's food was good, ham was a little dry, it was edible, IDW to be mean I hardly ever say under 4 stars but, all you do is breakfast food and so it should have been better and I've had better from you and other IHOPs please take this constructively, I did not complain so how would you know right... That's on me, and again the server was excellent.

    No waitress came to wait on us. Got the attention of the hostess and she took our order, we came close to leaving. Never really had a regular waitress, the young man who brought our food looked like he worked in the kitchen.

    My brother and his wife ordered food for us this morning. They had left out a brunch burger he had ordered. When he called to ask about it, they put him on hold for ten minutes. He got transferred to two different people who had no idea what was going on. Having to explain to each person why he was calling. He got one apology and drove back to the restaurant. When he got there multiple people told him they didn't know what was going on. He explained that he called and they said his food would be made. They saw his receipt and still said they had to make it. No one apologized in person for the mistake and he had to wait an additional ten minutes for his food. It is sad that such an establishment couldn't apologize or make it right.

    Poor and slow service when they were not busy My French toast came cold and partly frozen. They offered to microwave again ?? Their French toast comes frozen not fresh and they just microwave their French toast Very unhappy For the cost of their food and it's not even freashly made . Disappointed Plus they charged me for the cold/frozen toast They would not take it off when I brought to their attention , so I ordered something different and still charged me for both orders The manager was rude

    Never had good service at this restaurant. The lack of coordination, lack of drive by service members although very respectful to service members as I've been one myself, and know what you deal with in the industry. Unfortunate. Also the price point for such simple dishes is starting to be a bit ridiculous especially with how much they pay their employees in relevance it's not worth it to me

    Just to be clear. Kids eat Free does not include $2.79-ish kids drink. The Kids Burger only comes with Applesauce and not Fries. Fries are $2.25-ish extra. Manager said that all burgers are cooked Medium. Burger pictured is not even Medium. I told her that Kids Meals should all be Well. No response except for restating previous iHop guidelines on burger cooking. No adjustment or consideration. After wait staff checked all information above, no correct information was passed on to us. No worries, time after time of saying we won't be back, this is another Hutchinson restaurant we won't be returning to, officially.

    Four stars only because of how long the wait was. The food was the best I’ve ever had at an ihop. Steak tips all the way! They now have gluten free pancakes!!! And the wait today nov 5 was much better! Today November 24th is amazing. I am here at 10 our waitress is wonderful in fact the whole staff is awesome. There was a cute old man here and they treated him like family one even walked him back to his car. Up to five stars for this experience. The mornings are like a different world!!

    Had a great waitress she took good care of me and the other tables she had. Believe her name was Sheena. Food was fresh and hot coffee was very good. Overall a great job by the entire staff.

    We always enjoy IHOP. Tonight was no exception. The food came quickly and was good. Our server, David S, was great! He was friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work!

    We went after the earlier church survive. We had 2 adults and a one year old. We got there about 10:45. We were seated right away with no wait. It was decently busy, but there were lots of empty tables. We knew it was going to take a little longer, we expected this. After we were seated it took 5 minutes before our waitress came over. It happens, we weren’t mad. We got drinks and it was roughly 11:00 before we ordered. Our daughter was hungry and was a little cranky. They seated a person next to us about the time we ordered. They promptly got his order in and he got his food, a to go order, and paid before we got our food. While we waited our 30 minutes our waitress ignored us completely. She didn’t ask if we needed refills (we had almost 2 empty cups), she didn’t update us on our food, didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t ask if we needed anything. Our daughter started throwing a fit. She is 1 and had been just sitting for 45 minutes at this point. Finally at around 11:30 we got our food. Our waitress said “I’m sorry. Our morning cooks are slow with afternoon food.” We both ordered lunch, but we got our daughter a breakfast plate. Had anybody told us that in our 30 minute wait, we would have been okay. And we could have requested that our daughter’s food came out before ours so that we can begin feeding her. They had multiple to go orders out as we waited. The manager paced around but didn’t acknowledge us or really anybody. After we got our food, our waitress took forever to get our check and didn’t offer a to go box or any refills during our meal. It took another 10 minutes to just pay and leave. They were rude, slow, unprofessional and inconsiderate .
