My husband, son, and I were kicked out of the store yesterday by a disgruntled employee. When we asked why, she said, “Don’t act like you don’t know.” I told her we planned to buy something for $100 and she said, “Yeah right. Leave. I’ll call the cops.” No explanation offered. The owner, Cindy, has our names and number but has not reached out. This employee still works at the store. We called today and it was her who answered. My husband is black and our son is biracial. Not a good look.

Visited this shop with my wife, and son to pick up a few Christmas gifts. We were greeted with rudeness by a raspy voiced woman, who awkwardly followed around the shop. We were later harassed and abruptly kicked out without so much as an explanation. When asked why we had to leave, the hoarse voice woman responded ,“I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone”. She then cursed at us and informed us that she would be calling the police if we didn’t leave. That type of language in front of a child is simply unacceptable. We promptly reported this behavior to the mall supervisor, and were told that the owner had been notified. However it seems racism, and discrimination seems to go unpunished at all levels of this establishment. Avoid if you can! Would rate lower if I could 🤷🏾‍♂️

i went in there today just looking around and she told me i’m not the type of person that’s supposed to be in there. guessing it was because of how i looked. she never gave me a explanation. and she followed me around the store acting like i was stealing or something i don’t know. . don’t recommend going in there at all.

The employee was less than inviting. She seemed annoyed that she had customers and waited until we were out of her store and nearly three stores away before coming out and hollering at us to come back and read her sign regarding leaving our bags at the front of the store before we shop. The entire interaction was highly unprofessional and I don’t foresee myself returning.

By far the least professional employee I’ve ever interacted with. If I tried to act like that at my job I’d find myself quickly let go.

The staff that was working, was very unfriendly. Upon arriving, I was looking at their Funko pop collection. She asked if I needed help finding anything in which I said no. She then said you aren’t taking pictures of anything are you? And I responded no. A few minutes later, two other kids around my age, walked in And Were browsing the store. She then got on the phone I’m assuming to call the owner and said yeah, there’s three of them they’re shoplifting. I was in the very front of the store. Meanwhile these two people I don’t even know were in the very back of the store. I had my hands together, holding my hands in front of my Chest. I heard her say you aren’t slick to me and which I said excuse me. I will never go into again, nor will I ever buy anything from that store. They’re extremely rude and I can’t believe I got accused of shoplifting. I experienced extremely rude staff, and it looks like I’m not the only one who has.

The two women working today (one was even the manager) were rude and unprofessional. After reading other people's reviews, it seems this is typical behavior. I won't be back.

I had a great experience and was sad to see it was closed just a few days after being there. Hoping it reopens or someone does something with all the beautiful glass in there!
