    Fire everyone who answers your phones and get competent staff. Do you know how hard it is for a person in crisis to reach out for help? Then to be met with rude people who don't care and don't want to help? The rings you have to jump through just to be seen is asinine. Nothing but people who make you feel like your best isn't good enough, and you don't deserve/need the help. Every single time I've ever tried to call I've received a bad attitude and they have no idea what they are doing. It got so bad i nearly quit trying to get the help i needed. And I'm not alone, everyone I've talked to says the same thing, that the process of trying to call and get help makes them want to go take a long walk off a short dock. The final straw was when you guys messed up my med appointment and i had to fight and argue for half an hour just to talk to someone an hour after my appointment just so i could get a refill because they messed up the appointment time. I will never be back. I will crawl into the darkness and accept the bitter solitude of the void before i ever deal with this horrible organization again. You should all be ashamed. You're hurting more people than you are helping. Absolutely horrible. I hope you lose your licensing and can never operate again.

    This place sucks especially there front desk people who answer the phone. They are rude. Had a lady answer the phone stating it was her first day back and was interrupting me the whole time. Didn’t let me talk at all. I did what the therapist I saw told me to do. Only to not get seen by a medication professional. I will not be getting any help because of them. All she did was yell at me through the phone. I thought this was a place to get help with your mental health…… that was the first and last time I ever go to horizon mental health. I hope she gets fired. Waste of time and gas.

    In my opinion and in the opinion of therapists that used to work here this is not the place to would go if you are seeking therapy unless you have no other option. There is a reason their therapists are having a mass exodus and that they don't have enough staff to allow even their most critical of patients more than 1 appointment per month. They obviously treat their therapists like garbage and that is reflected in the quality of care they give. Psychiatry, though? Amazing. I have been seeing Sierra Wallace as my medication provider and it has been fantastic. I am soon moving out of state and her care is one of the few things I will miss. Can't comment on in-patient as I have not had the need.

    Deserves no stars I'm not usually one to write reviews. But my experience with the billing side is horrendous. The services I received was in September of 2022, I didnt receive a bill until December of 2022, which was due 12/13/22 I called 12/12/22 asking for a small extension cause I was waiting on some money to come it. The lady said they had put my account into pre-collections. What? First of all I didnt know I had a bill until 2 weeks ago but the lady said they took me out of pre-collections and gave me till 12/23/22 to make arrangements. I called to pay the bill 12/19/22. She said it was still in pre-collections but put a note in and I paid the bill in full. It is now 12/20/22 and I received a notice that the collections has been sent. So all in that to say within a three week period I received my bill for the services then got sent to collections after I had paid the bill. Bad business practice and just money hungry business practice. A business meant to assist people with psychological issues. My suggestion go else where!

    Will be retracting my services. I Couldnt get through to anyone for 3 days. i would call during business hours and there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I showed up to my appointment just to be told that my appointment had been cancelled due to provider calling in sick. i had recieved no call or anything. I understood. I rescheduled. Then the same week (2days after) i get a call from them saying my sons appointment had to be cancelled because his provider called in sick.... I dont know whats going on over there but its very unorganized and will most likely be taking my family's needs else where.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Patient care is secondary from getting as much money from Medicaid as they possibly can. There are other places to go to get good care. The whole structure of their business is terrible and they do not treat you as a customer. If you are needing a nurse to call you back because of a problem, good luck with that. If you are in crisis please seek another mental health center. I promise you, you will get better care somewhere else.

    I was told they are currently understaffed due to moving their employees to other new programs they've started, therefore I've found that trying to schedule an appointment is not convenient. I had to wait a week before meeting my therapist for the first time, not a big deal, but then I needed to reschedule the date because of a conflicting schedule. I was hoping to get an appointment during that same week I was to first met my counselor. Instead I would have to wait an additional week before I can be seen. I decided to cancel my appointment and not reschedule. I will look into a different company that isn't so booked up and understaffed.

    This place has the biggest hassle. You have to do 20 appointments before you get to see therepist. Had to wait twice for 30 min at appointment time. Very disorganized.
