I spent FIVE months dealing with every department under the sun trying to have my billing dispute resolved to no avail. Dr. Lower should be ashamed of herself for gauging a patient like that for a service she failed to provide.

    Front desk greeted me with morning attitude, nurse taking vitals also greeted me with morning attitude, doctor had the worst bedside manner, luckily the nurse giving allergy shots was pleasant!

    I will not be returning to Dr. Lower’s office after what we experienced today. First off, she’s very difficult to schedule an appointment with and it takes months to get in. I had an appointment set for October, but they called me to rescheduled because the doctor was going to be out of town on the day we had already scheduled. The next available appointment was for 2 months later in December. Fast forward to today, when I had the new appointment for my son. My husband took off work and I took my 1.5 yr old son out of daycare to travel 45 minutes to come to our appointment. My son got carsick on the car ride there and threw up all over his clothes. We had to strip him down and clean him up and change him while in the parking lot. I called the office to let them know what was happening and that I would be 15 minutes late. When we finally managed to get him cleaned up enough to come inside, we were rudely told by the front desk that we were late and needed to reschedule. She refused to believe that I called to let them know and said no one relayed the information to her that we were going to be late. Why would I make that up? I even had the call in my phone and showed her. Even after telling her everything that happened, they still would not see my son and made us turn around and drive 45 minutes back home with our car sick son. Despicable customer service and they should be ashamed of the way they treat their patients.

    I unjustly gave this clinic a premature one-star review. I initially had some trouble getting my kiddo in to be seen for some serious seasonal allergies. This branch of medicine being more specialized than I originally understood, I griped about the long wait to get an appointment. When we finally got an appointment, the staff was friendly and professional (even if they fumbled the ball a bit when we had our first round of follow-ups). Since we received our treatment plan, pain though it may have been to make the drive, I cannot say how pleased I have been with the outcome. We receive my kiddo's medication in the mail as needed, receive injections of said medication locally, and my kiddo's symptoms have been reduced in a way that borders on life-altering. I was wrong to judge on first impressions, and I've never been so happy to modify a review as such. This is a great healthcare provider, and I highly recommend.

    Front desk wasn’t the friendliness and doctor had horrible bed side manner. it is impossible to get any information if you’re calling.

    Best allergy clinic we have been to. Very nice staff and good customer service. Dr. L also answered all of our questions and wanted to come to a conclusion. Definitely recommend her!
