dont rent from them overpriced ! my roommate is still waiting on if hse can move in with me. They told her They Dont have time for her. Refuse all our calls, refuse anything to do with either of us. you get told one thing, then another. once in the contract, no matter what hppends to you, you must live there for at least 5 months for you move out. then you have to pay an ouragous amount to move out.

I had to change my review, it was very nice and quite when we moved, but then everything changed, duty carpet in the building, smells to cigarrate, other tenants smoke in their units and stinks, too noisy, and too expensive for the way the apartments are kept.. nice building from the outside, just walk carefully because then you get dog poop in your shoes, pool, jacuzzi and gym are nice and community room, and off course great maintenance guys,, no issues with them.. West is great! however, it seems that once you are in, they do not care any more.. we requested several times to changed us to different unit, always on time with rent and our request was never granted, and there was apartments available, our carpet we were told upon move in that it was going to be changed (by the assistant manager) and never did, they say it was never planned to changed the carpet. unless you can not find anywhere else to leave this will be your last option, I will not go back there at all

I had a friend living with her boyfriend for 6 at Deer park for 6 months and he was in a a really bad accident that killed him. When she got back from the hospital saying her final goodbye to him the manager at deer park had her greeted with cops and had her removed after they had verbally said that she could live their. She lived their for 6 months with him and now she is homeless because of these awful people that manage these apartments!! These people have no morals or values what so ever, and their over priced!

A friend of mine was assured he would be approved here. He did the application and paid a $40 app fee plus a $200 holding fee. This was the beginning of August. He was denied. He and I both called at least 50+ times and left messages requesting his holding fee to be refunded. I guess they felt they could keep it because we lived out of state. It took almost 3 months to get to back and they only gave it back because we were in Minnesota and threatened to come into the office and throw a fit.

It used to a nice place to rent from with a outside swimming pool, weight room. Sauna needs some work and updating. Apartments need updating. Brand New apartments next to Kwik Trip lower price

It used to be a good place when Janice and Wes were there. Since they left new management is TERRIBLE. Management makes pond scum look appealing. Management even higher up is very unprofessional. You can smoke in the apartments which is great for smokers but not so great for a non smoker living next to a smoker. It’s 2023 you can’t smoke anywhere inside but you can at deer park apartments…weird. They do not address noise complaints. I would NOT recommend goldmark properties to anyone. Avoid at all costs. The only people that are good fit to live at goldmark properties are smokers and loud people with noisy dogs who don’t want to pick up dog poop. All good tenants should look elsewhere. The one star is for the maintenance guys the only decent people there now.

I can't express how much I appreciate living at Deer Park and GoldMark! There's so many things that I enjoy about this place but I'm living in in Deer Park appreciate everybody that works so hard to do what they can do on the premises of the property. They all do outstanding jobs and They try they're very best to get to everybody! I can say sometimes they're really busy they're more willing to help out even if they are! They do outstanding and I wanted to note that you need to call in if you have any problem and they're willing to go out of their way to help you if you just ask I realize that some people it's really hard to ask for help but they are willing to help out! Also I signed another lease with them because they are easy to get along with and the offices are on the premises which is nice but there's not any other properties like. So that's why I gave them a five-star

I have never had any issues with Deer Park, even going through issues to remove an ex roommate off the lease, they were very helpful and understanding of the situation and reassured me that everything will be okay! Wes is super informative and always likes to ensure we are satisfied with any questions we may need answered or any concerns! There are many amenities included too like: Pool, Gym, Sauna, and hot tub. I highly recommend Deer Park as a residence to live in!!
