I do not recommend going here for care, not even urgent care. I brought my daughter in to the ER and she was currently having a seizure (she's never had them before). The receptionist got an attitude with me and my husband because we said we needed to see a doctor right away. It was like she was being bothered for doing her job. The nurse was so FRICKEN slow, WHILE my baby was currently convulsing! finally, the doctor took about 5-10 minutes to service us!! there was a reason we went to the ER. They all just acted burden with our presence and were very rude. The doctor told us to go home and give her fluids........IT WAS A SEIZURE!!! please please please do not go to this hospital if you want caring, nice, prompt people to help you. Me and My husband did have to file a formal complaint.

Dr Black was rude, unprofessional, and cold. I was open, honest, and vulnerable. I was a new client. I trusted her with my care. Never again. Never had a problem with my previous psychiatrist, I adored and admired her, most importantly I trusted her. I am happy for her, she retired.

I went from Dr. Nichols who was an AMAZING Dr. to Dr. Black who should not have a license to practice with mental health patients. I have NEVER been talked to so rudely by any Dr. in my life! If you would like to feel like you are less then what you already are then see her!! Absolutely uncalled for and completely unprofessional! I will be working with her supervisor and the clinic to stop her from treating patients the way she treated me!

Please please patiently, make sure you read the notes the person you saw typed out after you left. I’m fighting now to get my whole appointment deleted, there is so much wrong in his notes, something’s I never said. He can’t even spell. I’ll never go back again to this place. I may end up getting a lawyer!!!!!

I’ve been seen here for many years and have had several services completed. I moved to Brainerd and Travel 2 hours one way to see my psychiatrist. Telehealth has made this easier yet I’d still drive if I had to. I highly recommend!!

Shocked reading negative comments about Dr. Black. Yes, Stacy Nichols was truly amazing & surely one that can never be replaced, but she also had decades of experience. Dr. Black has been kind, helpful & excellent at understanding my medication needs that coordinate with having multiple sclerosis. She’s compassionate and offers good feedback when needed. This clinic has been excellent at returning messages and calling in meds. No complaints.

Was super nervous going to therapy for the first time. Jen is fantastic and made me feel very comfortable, front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
