May I ask how long the lettuce was sitting out because brown lettuce on both of my micchickens is not ok. I think that this could be a health violation because contaminated food is nasty especially if its rotten. Thanks McDonald's employes for keeping your food so good and rotten. Saturday April 7 2018 night shift crew thanks. Last couple pics how delicious does rotten lettuce look I took 1 bite and puked I might call corporate on this because this is just desgusting. I've eaten here so many time but that looks like a lost customer if I come I'll be showing these pictures everytime just to make sure I can be satisfied as a customer and not complain.

Parker was the best worker. Parker was working really hard and his technique was amazing

My daughter was driving my wife's car broke down in the drive thru. The employees helped push the car off to the side of the parking lot and told my daughter she had 72 hrs to have it moved. We went back less than 24 hrs later to move it and it was towed. It has been 3 weeks of us contacting the store and Corp. Of being told we will be called back. We barely had the money fix it. Now the car has a $150 impound fee and daily fees. My wife has been walking to work in MN since. This week the avg temp is 35 degrees and it will only be going down in temp from now on. It's been weeks and there has been no notification, no apologies, and no resolution.

Worst place to go in Hutchinson mn they. Do not care about their customers. They allowed their employees to play with toy guns. They did absolutely nothing when I told them about it. They said that they would talk to him, and that's all they can do. They cannot do anything because they were off the clock. They ruined a kid's six-year-old birthday.

Ordered food inside on the touch screen display. Many options to customize your order. Clean environment, and friendly staff Food was good, fries were ok, could be more fresh. But were not horrible. The wait wasn’t long. Plenty of seating options. A staff was respectful and helped someone interested in applying for a job, and directed then to a bulletin board with information on how to apply online.

Service is always incredible. It’s hard to believe the ages of them. Sometimes they’re more responsible, harder working and more respectful than a majority of the adults I know.

Service was fast, I wish they would put some condiments on their chicken sandwich.

Dude threw my food at me! Didn’t check if it was the right order! Didn’t give me the right order! Order a large fry and got half of it full!!if you don’t want to work there the don’t come to work but do not make people pay for your lack of interest in the job! Macdonalds is t cheap like it used to me! Make sure people get the right things! And if you are in a rush don’t put the kid I drive thru who can’t handle a rush. No nakins no straw!! All the tables were dirty. Fries cold. Employee spilled our drink but they just set the cup back up and walked away with our saying sorry or checking if the food was wet.

Very poor quality. Too much chit chat and not focusing on their jobs. Our food came out with the box open and the sandwich not only fell out of the box but also all over the floor of the car. When going into have them remake the sandwich anyone going through drive thru gets a messy meal that is what the problems is.

They always seem to forget something. For example my grandsons kids meal and my sandwich. I had to go through the drive thru again to get his meal. Didn't realize until I was almost home that my food wasn't in the bag. It wasn't a complicated order. No napkins. I should just be grateful I got a straw for my drink. The service has really gone downhill. Pretty unfortunate.

Absolutely the most uncared-for dine in area. Food on the floor, not one table clean enough to sit in and the floor was gross.
