I go here often. I like this place, some nights they are very slow though.

Use a employee car to Block the 2nd drive through at 1115 on a Saturday then take a order,wait to give it out to the car before they take the next order..31 minutes from when we got in line until we got our food .Definitely not "fast food"..

I met with a client here a week or so ago. My iced caramel latte was good but the mouths of those employees...not so much. Their language was inappropriate.

They made our order correctly, served it quickly, and everything was hot & fresh. Also the customer service skills were on par! We will be back soon because our kids love their food. ;)

It's McDonald's. What can I say that hasn't been said? I know one thing they need to come up with a place in line system because people like to flip out about who's next in line at the drive-thru. Having said that, the ham, egg and cheese McMuffin is still the best food item on the menu. I hope they bring back all day breakfast

Ordered a pancake breakfast with everything didn't get any pancakes. Went back inside and told them. They wanted me to pay again. I said "NO I already paid for it!!!!! Stay away from this place.

I ordered a Filet of fish and a medium coke. They told me to wait had to get some fish out. I waited about 15-20 minutes. They final brought my sandwich but no drink. They went back to get the drink. They brought me diet coke, no ice, not regular coke like I had ordered. I had left before tasting the drink or I would have taken it back. This is bad. McDonalds is not like it use to be.

Too many of these kids/other staff hate their job! It's bad when someone actually is nice, I feel shocked! Food is usually alright for fast food, IF they get it right.... BIG "if'!

I did not spend anything. We waited. Finally made it to the speaker. Was asked to wait a few minutes. 13 minutes later we still were not helped. We had to leave.

Food is not the greatest. Not like it used to be. The customer service is good. The workers are friendly and patient. The restaurant is clean and good for something cheap and quick.

Food is always reliable, service is fast, and the employees are always friendly and accommodating. For being on one of the busiest streets, it's impressive how the employees routinely perform during rushes.

So upsetting when it's 1130 pm and literally hsve sat in drive through for 20 minutes and still 2 cars back. It's Friday night and you can't have enough people to work the busiest time! Not first time either. Hire more people really??!!

I was greeted well at first got my order placed quickly. Then went filled my drink everything was fine till employees going on there break filling drinks while I sat and waited for my food 5 minutes goes by there goes another employee with their own food with an order they placed after me (Where does customer service come first at?) I waited longer and longer watching employees stand there and talk and talk. I waited longer and longer and finally after waiting 20+minutes I got my soggy French fries and 2 mcchickens and as I was leaving they handed me a bag of cookies. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds! H

This place calls itself a fast food restaurant. First of they taking way to long. Also the food is cold . Do not go there is not worth the money at this particular MC Donald's.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Great customer service every time, familiar faces that always greet me with a smile. Fast and fresh food, and they never mess up special instructions. I live out of town and travel to Hutchinson 3 times a week and find myself coming back often because this McDonald’s is exponentially better than the locations where I live. Whatever y’all are doing keep doing it cause you’re the best!

Really the only reason I go to McDonald's is for a mcgriddle and their cheap coffee and drinks. I will say they have improved in my eyes within the last few years and I've noticed myself going more than before

Super slow service. Yes, I understand that everybody is having staffing issues however if someone has a large order that you can't fill quickly then have them Park in one of those slots that you designate for those types of orders.

If you order inside they can't screw up too bad. But I haven't had them get my order right the last 5 times in the drive thru. Either it's miss heard over the mic or we get home and we're missing something. Check your receipts and check your bags before leaving!

Surprised to not see a review about this one , but as I was inside I overheard extremely racist, inappropriate comments towards another employee, multiple times between several workers. How disappointing and disgusting to hear that.

Well I went to get breakfast and they were a little busy, so I wasn’t to worry about any mess ups, but they messed up what I paid for so I paid more than I should have. Which I wasn’t worried about that it was fine, but they decided to give me a refund and only gave me part of what I ordered. Which I was fine with cause free food, but I got home and opened it up and it looks like they manhandled my food.

Had a pretty quick inside order. Employees were nice. Typical McDonald's.

usually a good place to eat... usually not too busy except at lunch on weekdays. i avoid all fast food places during that time though

Sabrina in the drive thru late last night was very polite and professional. Y'all forgot my McDouble so I went back through with my receipt and she gave me free cookies and a McDouble. Thank you, Sabrina

The service was alright, but employees need to be more friendly, smile, and say thank you especially when someone says it to you. I used to work for McDonald's back in 1987-1990, we had to smile and say thank you and you're welcome, and have a nice day, evening. Being kind and friendly doesn't cost anything
