Well cared for park with nice children's play area, a very cheap cafe that opens of a Sunday afternoon with cake / waffles, and a good variety of teas and instant coffee. There's a bowling green open alongside the cafe, and a wide open (but still enclosed) wildflower meadow / field to the rear which is ideal for walking dogs on or off the lead. Highly recommended, it's a little hidden gem in an urban area !

Nice small park tucked away at side of Prescot Cables FC ground. Childrens play equipment and small hill which is used by dog walkers.

A little oasis that takes you back to traditional and simple enjoyment especially for kids and in my case grandkids. Great Easter egg hunt activities on the day I went and tickets go like hot cakes or cross buns. Recommend a trip.

A lovely green space in the middle of town maintained and operated by volunteer Friends of Eaton Street Park and the Town Council. A friendly cafe operates in the summer at weekends and various events held throughout the year. A credit to the town and all the volunteers

Apart from the cafe there is not much going on here, it's by no means a bad thing, it is well kept mostly and is separated from the Knowsley estate by the Prescot Bypass so there is potential to get some interesting birds here, I noticed plenty of Pied Wagtail and a Mistle Thrush but I expect plenty more to pass over from the estate. Not many dog walkers when I visited which is always a plus point in my book, safer place for kids and wildlife.

It's a good place to visit and my granddaughter loves the play area but be careful as it is very popular with dog walkers

👍 Lovely park, very well maintained and clean too. Not 5 stars, because of crowds of scallies on bikes hanging about under the light on the football/basketball court. There's also usually one bloke..sat on his own..on a bench..in the dark. I wonder what he's doing there...
