An absolute joke. The doctor already has your answer before you even tell him your symptomps, that is, if he lets you speak. Whatever you are suffering from is not important here, getting through the phone calls is. I question their competence, and their approach to treat everyone the same, like they know best is something that shouldn't be allowed.

More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment in this ‘medical centre’. Staff look down their nose at you, look annoyed if you ask them a question. Doctors are a disgrace, was once told ‘this is not a dentist’ by a doctor when I had a problem with a lump in my mouth which I initially thought was an abscess and wouldn’t go away with antibiotics, after having to plead with the doctor to check me, it turned out I had the mumps. Doctor thanked me for ‘standing my ground’. I absolutely dread having to go there, from booking the appointment ,which seems impossible , to dealing with the staff who give you a look like they hate you, to dealing with the doctors who seem to be at the bottom of the league in terms knowledge, get better answers off Google.

Not fit for purpose. Can't get an appointment at all by ringing at 8am- 8.45am every morning. When it finally gets through apparently all appointments gone. Something needs to be done if no one is able to access the service

To be honest, I think that this place is a joke. Every time when I try to make an appointment I stay for at least 40 minutes on the phone just to find out they are fully booked, when finally I get the appointment, seems my GP is in a rush and doesn't have enough time to check all my problems, not to say about their medical abilities - they check the internet when you go with a problem. I am an artist, but I think that I could get a job here as well, with the help of the great chatGPT and Google. Oh, and they are really helpful, I required my son's immunizations information, and guess what, it's taking them a few days to provide it, because the lady from reception can't call a nurse to ask it, because is going to consume her precious time, but this is not a problem when the receptionist calls at least 3 times in the GP office during my 5 minutes allocated appointment. Great. If you want to be treated like a nobody, this is the place. So if I would describe this place in 3 words, it will be: unreachable, unknowledgeable, unhelpful. With this in mind, I'm just asking, for what reason are they going on strikes, if they are incapable of doing their job, because let's be honest: this is their job. They chose this job to help people, and they should do it. They should treat people with compassion and respect, and they should have the necessary knowledge on how to treat their patients. And if they can't do it, then they should change their job.

Worst doctors I’ve ever experienced it takes up to 4-5 weeks to get an appointment. They open at 8 and when you call in or phone at that time they’re fully booked up which I don’t understand cause when you go in trying to get a appointment the waiting room is always empty. I wouldn’t even bother with this place it’s disgusting…….

The "doctors" knowledge pretty funny in here. They choose this job to help people, and they should do it. They should treat people with compassion and respect, and they should have the necessary knowledge on how to treat their patients. And if they can't do it, then they should change their job.

The doctors, nurses and staff are great at the practice, when you can actually get an appointment to see them. I had no issues with getting an appointment with the old online consultations, but they have now switched to Patient Access which requires you to book an appointment between the hours of 6 and 9am or you have to come in or call at 8am. It's so frustrating when they put so many barriers in the way just to be seen, as a mum getting my child to school every morning it is near enough impossible for me to be able to meet these time requirements. I think it is ridiculous that I would have to wake up at 6 am just to get an appointment with my doctor. Its so very sad to see the system fail us like this, I feel so sorry for the workers in these practices that have to deal with the brunt of these impractical structural changes.

Almost impossible to get an appointment these days. I started calling at 7:59am and by 8:12am get told that all appointments are gone. 4 days on the run I've been trying to get an appointment! Line is constantly busy. I suspect they leave the phone off the hook

The past year and half this doctors has been amazing throughout my pregnancy, midwife’s were always there to help and provide the right support. The front of desk team on phone and face2face have been so helpful, I work at doctors surgery and can understand the pressure we get and how easy we can be targeted for the issues ongoing in all surgeries across the country. Doctors have resolved all my concerns I’ve had after having the baby and now also in assessing my baby’s health. Thank you.

I came into the surgery last week to accompany my brother to an appointment with Doctor WiJesinghe, The care and compassion shown to my brother, was 2nd to none he went above and beyond to make sure that my brother understood and felt at ease with what was going on and what was being said, he was very professional and very thorough. There was no waiting around for our appointment got booked in and went in more or less on time. It was easy to get an appointment for a face-to-face consultation too unlike some GP practices . Thank you for the help you have given to my brother .

Nice, little practice. Dr Manoj is always happy to help, very professional, kind and polite. Always takes time to deliver best possible care and look at all possible options of treatments. Dr Sumesh is also a very good dr. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, but if you queue in the morning you'll get one.

Attended PPG today which was informative and gave clear insight of how SVHC continues in my opinion to deliver good quality NHS care. The ratio of patients to GP's is unbelievable. Think we all need to remind ourselves that this service and it's delivery is down to how we use it and be mindful of others. We are so fortunate to have good staff who really do have the welfare of patient care at the forefront of all they do. However the staff are human and should not be subject to abuse as they go about their daily duties. Everyone is welcomed to join the PPG and this is a good platform to raise concerns/ideas and do our bit

My husband saw Dr Mo this morning he was brilliant he took the time to read his notes before he saw him he listened to both of us us then explained in detail what was wrong and how he was going to treat it. Throughout he ensured my husband understood everything and was part of the plan of care going forward
