I come here often as its closest to work but past weeks the quality of the food is nowhere near the level of other chipotle. Chicken is always cut massively as if they are trying to purposely make you choke. Rice here is a hit or miss. Most times I come here during afternoons the rice is horrible. Had to skip out just because of how badly it is made.

I frequent chipotle a lot and went to this location because it was on my way home. HUGE mistake. The customer service deserves a 0, they’re so rude and even give you an attitude when you want to make sure everything is in order you made. The cashier or manager I guess it’s Cecilia was not any better. Very bad service and the food was mediocre compared to other chipotles. They got an attitude when I asked if the queso blanco was actually queso blanco. It was yellow and tasted as if it was pulled from those Tostitos yellow cheese cans from the grocery store. Chips were stale and also had a different taste. I will avoid and tell loved ones, friends to avoid this location. If you want the delicious food chipotle offers than make sure to AVOID this location.

Usually I do not leave bad reviews but…I was thoroughly disappointed. Starting off with the Guac - Not seasoned. Rice - Not sure how you manage to mess up rice but they sure did. Came in happy expecting some great usual chipotle.. left with a bad taste in my mouth and a horrible experience. Definitely will never come here again

This is the worst Chipotle food I have ever had. The portions were smaller than ever, the rice feels old, the tomatoes are vinegary and rubbery, the chicken is overly soft and chewy and not in a good way, and everything is soupy. None of us like our meals. I can only hope we don’t get sick. I will reduce to 1 star if we do, as well as report to health agency. This is sad.

I got a bowl from this chipotle location. Everything was smooth. The environment is clean and staff was nice and friendly. I got my food fast and it was made in front of me. I also got some points on my chipotle app for my order. Overall good experience but they were out of lettuce and guacamole. 4⭐️

Best chipotle ever! There always seems to be a line but it moves quickly.generous with their portions. Never change.

No smiles, no greatings, bad attitude, one scoop of food with your serving got a attitude when asked for more rice. I wasn't happy with my service.

I ordered a chicken bowl at 9:10 PM. And the meat was raw and gave me a whole stomach virus ..... I had to call out a work for the past 4 days. Because I've been throwing up and It feels like I have diarrhea. I've literally pooped 7 times in the past two days and it's been water . I honestly feel terrible. Having a stomach virus because of salmonella is the worst feeling that anyone can have. It is debilitating and it dehydrates you like if it's not summer time already. I almost feel like my love for chipotle has faded with the pain that I've had with this raw chicken infection. What's crazy is that they had this whole like dirty lettuce thing couple years ago and I had actually stopped going to them for a couple months and when I felt like the fear of getting infected with dirty lettuce was away I went back to them but as of right now I feel like I don't ever need to go back to Chipotle cuz like how do you have raw chicken. The chicken that I got after 9:00 p.m. was absolutely chewy and I honestly spit it out because I couldn't swallow it and I still got a whole stomach virus and I'm now in the hospital for this terrible infection.

The service was poor, the employees was doing more talking to each other than serving the customers!. Then when it came to paying for my order, the Cashier was rude. And just slid me my food to me like she was in a rush to go so where!.

Delivery order was incorrect two in a row. First time missing 2 chip and a whole bowl. Second time missing 2 chip. If you don’t have chip consider calling me and cancel the order? Why create a situation where you lost money, I don’t get my food and delivery person lost tip because of the refund? The food is also super watery, what did your guys do to it ????

Cashier was blatantly rude to me over some salad dressing. And told me NO!! I couldn't have any extra dressing. Just say it's an extra charge, not talk to people like that. Then to charge 1.00 for a drop of dressing a container that is no where near full.. Respect goes along way!

Great service. They can give you a little more meat, not just this one, all of them has cut the portion of meat. They even went up on the price.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Trash and food was everywhere, there was no ice in the ice machine, the employees were rude and cold, and my food was cold, too. I was disappointed :(

Such a bad location they don’t ever answer the phone and they are never right with your order neither so they understand English

Restaurant is always busy, pretty good food. But it's usually pretty messy in the dining space. I would never eat in there.

Food very good!!! But service so bad ,, I have bad experience from starting to the and the line ,,,service,, They don't want to lessen,, I ask for white rice because my son don't eat greens and they should have but is not the problem is not you don't have the problem is how you respond to the guest ,,I have 3 chicken bowls c c c that means is the same but is not the same , Chips and guacamole and I have to ask for my chips because the cashier forgot,,, You can forgot something but you can see when someone don't want to do the job,,,

The person who served my food was very rude..they just threw my food in the bowl and started taking the other person order..and I wasn't finished with my order..I wish I had gotten the name of the boy not man who did that..that was awful..so I won't be going back there again...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

chicken was soft, chewy, and overall inedible. the rice also had a very weird texture. if you’re looking for a consistently good chipotle, do not go to this one!
