This business was much better a few years ago. I don't know if it has changed hands or what. It is very, very, very dirty: the bathrooms, the floors, the tables Etc. The rice was not a good quality rice. The beans appear to be canned beans. The chicken was just okay. It was 5 pm and no one was there. Plenty of time for employees to clean up. The ceiling was leaking water in at least three places. The floor was slick. If it is like this in public view, I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like! I wonder who they have had to bribe to keep their operating license. We will not return here.

Bad costumer service! The lady that took my order was mean not professional at all! We requested to talk to a manager and she said somebody at the store was the manager, which was false. I would like to the manager

This place once used to be great when they first opened but now everything has changed. The customer service changed the food changed it’s just sad. The food taste bad now I ordered macaroni and cheese and the cheese look like it was straight up water just disgusting. When I first arrived no one was at the front. Then I noticed you had to ring a bell in order for them to service you. This place went from pollo oro to pollo garbage.

Way too much salt. Last time it was just the Guacomole this time the ENTIRE bowl was too salty. And the steak was burnt. The Yuca was good. DEMASIADO SAL!!!!!!!

Standard latin cuisine , not the best I have ever had and not the worst. Would eat here again but would not go out of my way to come here or anything like that. Chicken was the best part and even tbat was only of medium quality. Will try again some time in the future and review again.

The chicken had a great flavor after I brought it but I saved half of it for the next day and it had a bitter taste. The horchata is not good. Taste weird. As for the sauces, you literally can combine two sauces in a container to make one. When you ask for extra, they ask you to pay. Good steak and cheese

Place is alright if you want something quick and a lot of food with a 10 buck budget. Not giving it 5 stars since the chicken wasn't all that it was mediocre. It had no seasoning what's so ever. Clean dining area and good service just the food itself could be better.

Delivery is ridiculous, I’d prefer being realistic with delivery time so we don’t go through the hassle of ordering and waiting beyond time stated, it would avoid every ones time in case we decide not to order. The food was soggy, the chicken tasted old as if it was sitting out for a while. The rice & beans was the best. Plantains tasted like they were microwaved. Poor service. I’d recommend either pick up or order Delivery else were.

Sometimes their yuca is very hard to eat but although their food is always great.

This location has gotten bad over time! 3 years ago it was so good but now it’s horrible and who ever packs the food always forgets something I gave up on it.

Waste of money, the food isn’t delicious, oily and very small portion compare to the price you pay.

Great service and good food in a decent environment

The worst Spanish restaurant I’ve been to and I would know cause my fathers a chef. Low pay rate which is really sad. They make enough money to pay their employees. Cashier is very disrespectful and unprofessional and she is a new employee. Gave me the wrong drink that I didnt even ask for asked to change our order or at least our drink and she said no. Steak and shrimp is very burnt it has wayyyy too much condiments. No family discount and a family member is currently working here who they don’t appreciate paying for the hours she works. Salty food. Dirty environment for civil people. Over priced meals. Tables and floors are all dirty. I do not recommend coming here if you do watch how you speak to them & what you order. Have a blessed day, don’t waste your time. Why is the tray broken ?! Why was I served on this tray.
