I had always visited this place until one day I called to say that I would be 5 minutes late and they said you can't do it because the Doctor has to leave at 4 and you have 3 appointments (my 3 daughters) and my appointment was at 3:30 pm . Because the day they made the appointment for my 3 daughters they made a triple appointment at the same time if they know they don't have time. because they couldn't wait 5 minutes and we wait a long time when the Doctors are late. I am glad I already have a different place where to go.

I arrived at 10:30 for my appointment. Was not seen until 11:15. My appointment was very rushed and she did not listen to me. I was still talking and the doctor and the assistant just left the room. I didn't even know they left let alone that my appointment was over. Then they gave me a referral for an oral surgeon and NONE of then were in network with my insurance. I have 5 kids that attend there. I will be transferring them to another practice. I have been in the field for many years and their bedside manner and practices are terrible at best. If possible, I'd just finding another place that treats patients with respecr regardless of insurance status because there is a stark difference in between how they treat self pay/PPO patients vs. state aid patients.

The very Best Dentist I have ever visited. I absolutely Love this Dental office. Very Nice people. The entire staff is Wonderful. I hated going to the dentist. Since coming here I look forward to coming back. The very Best. I would travel long distance if I had to. I will not go anywhere else. Love Love Love them. My dental habits were very poor. I Thank God for allowing me to find them.

The front desk ladies, the ladies who help the dentist and the actual dentist were amazing. They all need a raise. The lady doing the x rays was terrible. She needs training on how to deal with first time kids who aren’t used to x rays. It’s a traumatic experience for adults so it’s even worse for kids.

I enjoy taking my daughter to this facility. The staff are professional and polite and the location is very clean. Even the music is good. It is difficult getting someone on the phone to make an appointment and no one calls you back if you leave a message. Call as soon as they open.

The front desk staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Rama (spell) is about her business and is knowledgeable in her works. She provides detail information as relates to what dental work needs to be done. No, hidden expensive dental work or fees.

First dental place where I actually loved. Dr. Rama is so professional, gentle & informative. The staff is also all so kind. I’d definitely recommend this dentist.

Best hands down. They’re not just trying to take your money and do anything to your teeth. The dentist at this location actually cares she took the time out to mold my tooth the way I felt comfortable and they take DC Medicaid. The best decision anyone could’ve made.

THE WORST DENTIST AND THE WORST DENTAL ASSISTANTS WORK AT THIS OFFICE. BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TEETH. I visited the office throughout the month of Nov. 2023 and seen the same asian male dentist each visit. I had no issues, pain, discomfort before visiting the dentist . Each time I visited the dentist the issue grew progressively worse although, he insisted he was making improvements. First, visit was a cleaning and x-ray. He said, I had a cavity that needed to be filled. Next visit, he filled the cavity. I returned to the same dentist a week later due to pain and bleeding while flossing around the tooth. During that visit he said my gums were just irritated and the solution would be a prescription mouth wash. It is now been 1 month since my first visit with the dentist and the pain has not subsided. I can’t chew without discomfort, I can’t floss without pain to my teeth and swelling to my gums with bleeding. My tooth seems to be chipped as well cutting my tongue when it touches. I have never in my life experienced such issues with my teeth and gums before visiting this dentist. Each visit the dentist insist there is nothing wrong with my teeth and gums. I’m visiting a different dentist office to check and hopefully correct the damage that this dentist caused. The dental assistant of the male Asian dentist is also rude, rough with tools used during cleaning, and caused the interaction to be very unpleasant. The dentist and dental assistant are not helpful and inexperienced with oral care and people skills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE. 0 STARS if I could. The only positives would be the friendly front desk staff and that you can get an appointment quickly BUT now I know it’s due to having such terrible dentist and services that they have many openings.

I am usually not a person that likes going to the dentist but this place makes me feel so warm and welcome. The staff are so nice and my dentist takes her time and is very gentle with teeth.

I’ve been going to this dentist for 7 years and I’ve had a wonderful experience every single time. My 2 kids and I make consecutive appointments together and they get us in and out every time. They are so great with the kids! Very awesome I recommend everyone goes here.

My children have been going to healthy dental for years. The front staff is helpful and very nice. They full our school documents and the dentist is friendly. She talks to the parents and kids and even show them their X-rays. I will continue to go.

I am a bit of a coward regarding dentists because of past unpleasant experiences. However, when I walked in this place I was treated very kindly and the receptionist even came out to explain things to me. Dr. Kim was also very gentle and calm. I felt at ease in spite of being nervous.

I was very happy with the service health dental provided. Friendly staff very professional worked on my needs in a timely manner. Staff was very knowledgeable with information and willing to share information. I would recommend this particular location to my friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Healthy Dental Of Hyattsville, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone with a deep-seated fear of dentists, I was anxious about my appointment, but the friendly and professional front desk staff immediately put me at ease. The doctor and dental assistant was equally professional and kind. They took extra care to ensure my comfort during procedures, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was experiencing any discomfort. Their attention to detail and gentle touch made the entire experience surprisingly pleasant, even for someone with dental phobia like myself. The clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology, further adding to my confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. If you need a dentist, check them out!!!

Good day to all. I just finished my appointments at Healthy Dental. First of all, this was one of the best dental experiences that I have ever had, if not the best. It really started with the appointment set up and speaking with a professional young lady named Jackie. Then upon my arrival this morning, I was greeted by a very welcoming group of office staff and of course Ms. Jackie came to welcome me to my first visit. Very good so far. Checking all the boxes. Then I met the dental / xray tech, Daniel and he was very professional and knowledgable in his duties. The doctor Dr. Kim and Ms. Jackie performed the procedure. Dr. Kim was so understanding of my pain levels that the procedure was completed in no time at all with minimum pain. I am already scheduled to return for my next procedure. So if anyone is looking for a new dental office with an exceptional staff and Doctors, please call Healthy Dental on Queens Chapel Road, Hyattsville, MD. This place is absolutely amazing. I was in so much pain looking to get my tooth pulled not only did I get an appointment as a "New Patient" the same but the absolute care and concern of the staff. Ms. Ashley who works at the front desk is AMAZING she treated me with so much care and respect. I owe this place everything. You will not be disappointed.

My first time at thus dental office. They were very helpful prior to the visit, sent me reminder texts, once a got the staff was super nice, got my x-rays done and my check-up. Every one was super friendly. The office gets a lot of kids and the space has great amenities for them. After the visit they explain to me what where the next steps. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Receptionists are very rude. Apart from the fact that we are paying too much for a service, they treated us badly.. You just lost four Cllients. ….bad bad receptionists. They speak rude to customers which is not great……… hire educated staff. thanks

I arrived 15 minutes late because of a construction I found and got stuck in traffic. I called and no one ever answered. And when I arrived the receptionist didn't want to hand me over. A horrible attitude. He didn't even let me speak. Terrible customer service.
