The worst hotel and all duplicate phone numbers and location un traceable. How come Agoda engaging such lf kind of hotels to register. After paying money and booking confirmation also there the receptionist blindly denied citing non confirmation and non payment from Agoda and asking to directly book by paying double the charges. Third rated lodge and behaviour. If we would have come with family what is the plight of us. Disgusting and pathetic

Worst Experience ever. Rooms are too expensive as compare to the facility they are providing. They took 400₹ extra just by saying that it's a security money, they will return it back while checking out. But in reality they will just pass the comments and will return nothing. Staff behavior was ridiculous. There is no 0 Start ratings otherwise from its 0 Stars only. No Value for Money.

Nice experience with affordable cost and service is Just awesome ❣️. Want to visit again if I planned to trip there.

Worst room, hotel and staff. No hot water, no soap even to wash hand in the toilet.

Rs.1000 Per day for couple room... Thats enough... But short term journalist or travellers can use other rooms or lodges within Rs.450-650/- opposite to Secundarabad Junction...

Absolutely pathetic experience... the management and the staff seem to think that they are doing a favour to the guest by allowing them to stay in the hotel.....I had booked for 4 nights from 25th to 19th April.....on the second day, one guy knocks on the door at 7 am and asks me to pay....I asked them to shift me to an AC room and I would pay the difference.... despite this the management was showing their high handedness and a room was finally alloted to me at 11.30 in the night. Very rude behaviour by the management..... when I told them to put the ac on....i was asked to pay first and only then they would switch on the AC.....as far as the condition of the rooms is concerned.... the attached pics.... are enough to tell the story...no maintenance at all.... condition of the rooms is deplorable.... with the wallpaper hanging off the wall... leaking taps ..I am giving a rating of 1....but they don't even deserve this....it should be actually 0 !!!!!

They didn't give room after booking through online They send us out.Please don't book for Zee residency. They denied the occupancy and didn't return the money also
