**Exceptional Experience: 5/5 Stars** I recently visited Tony and guys nizampet and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, skilled, and attentive. The salon was clean and followed all safety protocols. My haircut and facial were impeccable, and the products used were of high quality. I left feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend Tony and guys for a top-notch salon experience!

Honestly I would not even give them more than 0.5 star, had very bad experience multiple times both with the management and the staff. They don't provide services true to their pricing. I got my hair cut done today and the stylist didn't even provide me with the services pricing list and after the cut which was just a layer cut he was insisting me to pay for the 2nd highest hair cut(which was Rs.1275) which was ridiculous. I had to pay whatever the stylist told and even the management didn't utter a word while I was paying. Facial was done and the massage was pathetic, even the next day or two there was nothing like a facial glow like in any other spa (and they charged around Rs.1800 for the facial) this pricing I mentioned is for the people with membership otherwise it would be even more expensive. Overall experience : A Big No for their Hair and Beauty services especially for ladies. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I believe the good ratings they recieved so far are either fake or by asking/pushing their clients for a google review repeatedly.

Nizampet has very limited branded salons and among them I found Toni & Guy is the best I felt. Their ambience and hospitality is great. I had my service from Ms.Kusum, she is well trained and expertise with the service. Level of pressure for the pedicure massage is as per my need and followed my preference carefully. The only suggestion for pedicure service is salon could have had nude/ neutral shade nail polishes as well, they have only darker shades. But overall I will recommend this salon for others and will definitely revisit for hair services too.

Reshma did an amazing job for my hair cut and blow dry. Very professional and classy service. I definitely recommend her to anyone.

Today went for makeover on Hair and Beard, Charan did a wonderful job, he not only made me look stylish but also received me and took care of me with his sincerity. I loved it and recommend it for everyone to visit this place as you also would have same experience here

Worst service ever. They have unshaped my eyebrows. I clearly said to remove extras but they have cutted half eye brows. To my husband they have trimmed beard and the worst thing is they did not maintained any hygiene and cutted small hair pieces fell in the full body. Worst saloon services. Very careless service.

Very mediocre experience. Have been to other branches but never have I gotten such bad service. The staff were hospitable, but the quality of service was very very poor. Haircut was basic and decent. Nothing exceptional. I've gotten better haircuts for as low as Rs. 100. The beard trim I wanted was exceptionally horrible. So much excess hair everywhere.. My family didn't even believe that I had gotten my beard trimmed. No hairwash was done after the haircut. I think this is the only place I have visited in years which didn't do a hairwash. My wife was being forced to put a review after her session of facial, which she refused because of the service she had received too. The person who did her facial put chemicals in her eyes while applying it to her face. I pretty sure that this place has a 4.9 rating only because they make people give them ratings before they leave their place. Would not recommend to anyone in my life. There is green trends just across the road. Please visit them and save yourself from trouble.

I had my haircut with Faiz for the 1st here. He did an excellent job. He was very patient & friendly. He provided valuable advice & made the hair styling as per my hair. I highly recommend him & will love to have haircut again with him.
