Good Things: Hotel is new and the rooms are spacious enough and clean. Breakfast is ok, toilets are ok. They allow for early check in and late check out with some extra price. I came from overseas and contacted them via WhatsApp and the person is Ravindra. He is polite and gave complete details along with room photos via WhatsApp. Check in is smooth. I took deluxe room for 3 person and price was Rs.3,300/- Areas to Improve: - As we are 3 person, towels inside the room is for 2 only and toiletries given for 1 person. When I ask them only they given additional towel and toiletries. It will be better if they provide before asking based on number of guests in the room. - Found 1 cockroach in the room, better to maintain well by spraying insect killers - Toilets are clean but also need to clean in the corners as there are brownish stains Overall experience is good and comfortable. Even I can prefer this hotel for families. I can try the same hotel again when I revisit Hyderabad
