Had a lovely stay at the hotel. They have provided with everything one needs in the rooms. Rooms are spacious n clean. Staff is very polite. The breakfast was good. Will surely stay again in this hotel. Thank you The Blacony Hotel for making our stay a pleasant one.

The staffs, room, complimentary breakfast and ambience of the hotel were all just superb. They serve South Indian veg buffet from 8-10am. Hotel is family friendly and almost gave us a 4 star luxury experience. Highly recommended place to stay when you want to visit places in and around Hyderabad.

Good hotel in madhapur. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is big, and all amenities are provided. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They provide complementary breakfast if opted for while booking the rooms. Parking is on the street. They provide 1 liter water bottle daily per person. Towels are changed daily. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Staff are courteous and helpful. Smart TV is there which can be set up with the help of the staff.

Superb place to stay. Mr Kiran who was at the reception was very efficient in handling everything. A staff any organisation wud wish to hav in their team. Overall very good place. Breakfast provided also was too good.

We spent three days there for our daughter's US visa appointment. The front desk provided excellent customer service. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a premium family room without any additional charges. The bathrooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious.

We have stayed in the Balcony Hotel for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast have 3 menu items and is really tasty. Hotel staff was genuinely helping the guests with all they can do. I encountered a medical emergency at 3:00 in the night and need some medicine for my 5 years son. Mr. Kiran, who work during night shift, went to the medical store and bring the medicines at night.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days, with my family,the hotel is very good and their service is amazing. The rooms are very neat and spacious the washroom is also very spacious. Definitely i will suggest it to others. And very important very reasonable price also......

Nice hotel ,very spacious. Provides beverages Sanchet along with kettel, so can make tea any time. Provides free dental kit as well. Breakfast is complimentary with lot of options. Service is very good,Cleans room every day . Overall nice hotel to stay. Never want to leave to be honest.

Very decent place with responsive and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet is also good. Rooms and bathroom are large, brand new as of Aug 2023. Everything works, is quiet and peaceful. Can't find a fault, hard as I may try. 25 mins walk to hi tech city metro. Thanks!

How was my two-day stay at the Hotel Balcony? The employees make visitors smile a lot, the services are swift and efficient, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is very decent—not the most opulent, but it's decent. So that's the answer to the question. Although we are paying something like 2,000₹, I don't think there is any space for improvement. Therefore, based on the sum we are paying, I would rate the hotel's entire service as 5 stars. Thank you

Clean and great value hotel. Room was spacious . Services provided were great. Staff was courteous. Breakfast buffet was also good. It was really a good experience for me staying there.

It was a wonderful experience. We stayed as a family in 2 rooms . Rooms were spacious , bathroom was Clean . Kettle and complimentary tea/ coffee kits were provided . Breakfast is buffet breakfast with limited variety but unlimited quantity . Break fast is very tasty and homely with choice of coffee or tea . Rooms were provided with two large cupboards . Air conditioner was working perfectly fine . There were 3-4 charging sockets in a room . Heater is provided in bath room so that bathing at any time of day is hassle free. Altogether a good experience staying at balcony hotel .

Stayed there for 3 days along with my parents. Impeccable service. Did not give us any chance to complain We had booked a single room for 3 people and the room was quite spacious and hygienic. The breakfast served was also good. The only downside is that they do not have any room service facility. Overall, a highly recommendable hotel. 5 stars!

Very nice place to stay. Please don’t expect anything fancy like luxury stays. If you’re looking for budget stay then highly recommend this place. Overall nice experience but suggest hotel to start lunch/dinner facilities also very soon.
