Booked 5 rooms through make my trip. Paid the entire amount on may 10 th itself. Called in the number given in site & informed about late check in on may 20th. But when we reached the place at 10 pm, they said there is no room available. Ladies and kids were in street at midnight. We were forced to find another place & pay again . Never ever visit this horrible place

Bad experience. They are asking extra amount even after booking through App. If we didn't pay extra money at the reception, they are not allocating the room. After arguing he gave me a bathroom sized room right next to the reception. Receptionist is also very rude. Overall a very bad experience. I don't suggest this oyo to anybody. Don't go to this oyo. It's worst experience.
