😐 Worst place for pet lovers and family with pets. There are lot of restrictions. Other than this internal politics in any gated society is common. But best place for feasibility of transportation. Lake view will attract our eye's.

😐 Very nice apartment complex to live. There is no amenities such as Gym, pool or a recreational room. It's been 10 years now and no improvement. Maintenance is good though. I recommend it for families. But don't expect Hi Fi facilities here.
