1. Booked in agoda and saw a lot of good ameneties but receptionist said agoda not linked to hotel, but money was prepaid which went to the hotel. 2. Rude receptionist 3. Posh photos but hotel looked and felt very filthy, not good for family 4. No restaurant, but in 3rd party sites, its mentioned room service is available. Not even tea or coffee is served 5. Positive: room neat and spacious

all the facilities are good, but the toilets must be even more clean i feel. you get water purifier both cold/hot at every floor and veg restaurant in the ground floor

We couldn't stay long. So we didn't bother asking for a change of sheets. It would have been a great experience had there been clean sheets in the rooms. The rest of the room was clean and good. The staff were polite.

This oyo is super good with Nice AC, hot water, nice cleaned rooms, only issue is wifi strength you won't get much wifi strength to the upper floors.

The hotel is very good on most aspects. Room was very good. Room and the furniture is a bit old but properly maintained and was very clean. Bathroom fitiings are new and bathroom was clean. Rooms are very well ventilated with 2 windows. Basic amenities like wifi, lift, geyzer etc work fine. Location is also good, just 1 km from Miyapur metro station. Regarding food, hotel itself does not have a food service but just below it is Udupi upahar restaurant which is very good. Zomato swiggy delivery at room is also available. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. Now the only thing which can be improved are the sheets and towels. Though properly washed, the sheetd and towels have vecome very old and have cloth fibers coming out of them. I feel if they could work on this, this could be one of the best budget hotel.
