My marriage reception was done here. It fits above 500 people and a good place for small family parties and functions. The rent rate is also reasonable. U can make it more highlighted with the decoration set up. Can go for it

Ok pace for community meetings and etc. Small parties do happen but not a very attractive inside. Have parkinng for around 20-40 bike and can park on the road if ao needed but do cause other society commuters a sloght problem while moving through.

This Community hall is in kalyanapuri colony uppal, not a spacious hall but good enough for a crowd of 150 to 200 people, they have a shed on the tarrace, this place also has one dressing room, parking place is also decent can park about 50 to 80 bikes easily, not very far from the main road , this can be further developed to a very good multifunction hall, the wash rooms need to be maintained , everything else was good
