Heart cup used to be good but it’s gone down in the years. It seems like all their energy is going towards the bigger location in Gachibowli. Please note that the inside is only open in the evening so you have no choice but to sit outside. They still bring on good live shows.

Heart Cup is a fantastic restaurant that I have been to many times. I adore the atmosphere and the energy there. The food is really delicious. I've tasted several of their mocktails, and I adore them all. The chicken appetizers and egg schezwan rice are my favorites here. I adore the atmosphere of the entrance and the live music. The coffee here is also something I enjoy.

Lotus stem, Mutton pulao, pasta are good.. sizzlers and chicken starters are bad seems like pre cooked starters and kebabs just heated.. served warm not hot.. they should add bar to the name of the shop along with coffee..

One of the best cafe bars you can visit in Hyderabad. Good vibe and super fast service. I went there with five of my friends. We have ordered our favourite mock tail Casenova with green chillies. One of the best mock tails I have ever tried anywhere. I had three of them. Arabian Nights is also good. Coming to the food, you must try their best dishes - Crispy Corn, cheese balls, Cheese Garlic Bread, Guntur karam chicken kebab and Mustard fish tikka. Butter Garlic Prawns was ok. Overall, it’s a great place to visit with family or friends and enjoy great drinks and food along with live band. Valet parking available.

The food is good as usual. Come early for better seating.They have indoor concerts on weekends. The area Where we sat had some mosquitoes 🦟 ...Other than that good experience... service is little slow..👍

We've been here on a Friday night with friends and we had a forgettable experience. - We reached there by 8:20 PM. We had a prior reservation, still we were offered only a standing table. When we denied, we were offered a table right in the fag end of the room. - Music system to the front was good, but on the back side, it was pathetic. You should install an extra speaker on the backside. - There was no proper AC and we were sweating all over. Despite repeated requests to reduce AC temp, no one cared. - Food was just okayish and not that great. - Valet parking was available. - Outdoor seating had a decent experience and you can smoke outside too. Overall it's a poor experience.

I visited to this kondapur Heart cup for the first time. Yes I loved the place alot. Ambience is the best. Service is also too good. Food taste is one more best part here. And today we heard aarohi band - it was tooooooo good.. best band ever. Thankyou heart cup for inviting aarohi. Here in this heart cup we have wooden chairs with round tables. Very big area. They close by 12.30 am. Valet parking is available. Safe area. Just near by Google office. Washrooms are also super neat. It's a beautiful place. The ambience is good specially in the evenings. Kinda perfect place to sit happily to talk, eat and booze. Staff is good and fast. The only issue was with a bit of mosquitoes in the open space otherwise everything else looked seemlessly perfect for a relaxing evening.

No UPI payments at this place..shame really! The staff won't listen, especially Manoj. Lack of education and etiquette at best. I wouldn't hire that guy even as a office boy, so you need to speak to someone ask for someone else instead. Anyways the place sucks...that was my last outing...eventually one would figure out the place is going south...there are much better places to hang around. I used to be a regular for a out 7 years not anymore based on yesterday's experience!!! Stay away!

I visited this place last night and had a great time. The live music was enjoyable, although there were a bit too many Telugu songs for my taste. The DJ played a mix of Bollywood songs during the one-hour set, which I appreciated. The DJ was fantastic and kept the energy up. One downside was the messy seating arrangements, which made it difficult to find enough space to dance comfortably. However, I was pleased with the friendly and kind staff who provided excellent service throughout the evening. Overall, it was a fun night out, and I'd definitely consider returning in the future.

Ben here with my happily and it was fun!! It has both indoor and outdoor seating and as it was a bit cold , we sat in and the music is lively! The outdoor ambience is also good with little aesthetics involved !! Best place to spend a Friday or weekended nights with friends I you wanna hangout ! The drinks were good and even the food is worth the price ! I ordered affogato here which is my fav dessert !

Food is excellent and the service is good too but wait time gets higher in night. No chairs , need to stand near the high tables and eat. All front rows (entire first half with tables and chairsand U shaped seats - attached pic) shown as attractive seating in pictures are reserved. Supervisor told us that they are booked for 50k bill generating customers after paying the entry fee. Felt cheated regarding this. Can't see the live performance from behind. No space for dance floor.

This was my second crash to this place !! 1- We ordered egg noodles and paneer chilly semi gravy . It was good . 2- Indoors will probably be occupied by a live gig . Bit noisy (Maybe thats an issue on that that with the sound engineer ) . But you will love the vibes there . 3- You can opt for the open space as well where you can enjoy the DJing stuffs . In my prev visit the dj was not good it seems . 4- Overall it was a great visit ..Do try it

A decdnt lounge and bar in Kondapur, beside TCS and Near to Google Office. A cool hangout place on weekends with good drinks, average food and good vibes. The outside bar is also good while the indoor cafe might have entry fees sometimes especially if any events are going on.

Good place for teetotallers and drunkards to hang out together, as there are wide range of drinks available from coffee to rum and whiskey. There’s live music. Band was not so great when I went. Also a sheer disappointment was the amount of mosquitoes. Sitting outdoors is impossible during the nights and sitting indoors is not good when you wanna have a conversation with your company, due to loud music.

Highly disappointed because visited here for brewed/craft beer only to find out that they are not serving it from past few weeks (reason for one less star rating). No issue with food, service and/or ambience. It is very good. Limited parking available too.

I went there on valentine's eve. The food was okaish..,... We ordered three side dishes and 2 main course items. For the main course, we ordered butter naan and butter chicken and butter chicken was full of salt!!!!! Starters were okay not extraordinary!!

Nice place with a nice ambience and good music. One can also watch cricket or any other sports here. They have a good menu. We tried some mocktails- guava one was very good. The place has a small parking outside.

The service is comparatively better during weekdays. Our personal favourite is Spinach cheese rolls. They have happy hours during the daytime(buy 1 get 1;on alcoholic drinks).

We thought we'd give Heart Cup Cafe a try for about an hour, but it turned out to be more enjoyable than we expected, so we stayed longer. The best part was that the food was good! Since it was just the two of us, we had to choose from a limited selection of dishes. We decided on Mustard Fish Tikka and Stir Fried Prawns, and they were quite nice. The flavors were good, and it made our meal a tasty experience. One thing that left us a bit disappointed was that they didn't have any brewed beers available. It would have been nice to enjoy that with our food. The atmosphere at the cafe was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Even though we didn't plan to stay long, the combination of good food and a pleasant environment made us change our minds. Overall, our time at Heart Cup Cafe was a pleasant surprise. It would have been even better with some brewed beers, but the tasty food and cozy atmosphere made up for it.

Went here for Elyzium live music performance, tried different cocktails and starters here. Everything is just so perfect with there music. They have very good sound system really good acoustic engineering in this place every song radiated around the hall. Love spicy starters and cocktails even more 🤤🍸🍹🍷🍻

Well this place has a reputation and it maintains it well. Almost best food, cool service and best atmosphere! I really liked this cafe than others. Go before 6pm and avail Happy hours deal! It's a comfy cozy cafe and being so close to home, makes it easy for me to visit multiple times. They've removed their own brewery, which is sad. I always loved their pizzas but the lemon chicken was amazing this time!

Pretty good descent place within in the IT hub premise. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. outdoor with DJ and inside a live band would be available. Food is descent and not a brewery anymore. Kondapur branch doesn't have them. No dance floor as such but got a small ramp. Good ambience and lighting. Cordial staff.

This place has the best live musical nights in the city with best band - Arohi band. They are just awesome. Talking about food - it was good. Drinks were also fine. Ambience will be appreciated. Overall the place feels like to have a wonderful fun night out.
