Visited this place on Republic Day brunch- the atmosphere, the live band, live counters and food up to the mark..special mention of the Amazing spread of desserts! Wonderful experience..Thanks team Marriott!!!

This restaurant is located in the ground level of the Hyderabad Marriott hotel & convention centre. This is also the place where complimentary breakfast for the hotel guests are served. The ambiance of the place is great. It is also attached to the common swimming pool on one side of the restaurant. The prices are slightly expensive than the neighboring restaurant Bidri. Also the service at Bidri is better than this one. Found out that there is usually a delay in serving food once the order is placed. Even taste wise it could not match Bidri. Having said that, the experience was not that bad at the same time. There are a few evident areas for improvements. Currently there are discounts offered on dining for Zomato Pro/ Gold members. Overall, a decent experience.

The restaurant is very beautiful with nice ambience and warm staff. The Buffet Spread (starters) is good and nice variety . Options for vegetarian are few and that may be a deal breaker . The Main course dinner spread is good and does live upto the std of the name. Overall a good place to have buffet delite for NV lovers .

We went for lunch buffet for our second marriage anniversary. I wanted to talk about the atmosphere trust me it's worth visiting once if you are in Hyderabad, the place is so huge and well maintained. The staff is so grounded and knows how to talk to the customers properly and impress them. We were expecting the food section to be huge with a lot of varieties but it's normal and even the taste was normal but the deserts are very good. The reason we opted for this restaurant is It's a 5 star hotel in the city and the very old one. The price of the buffet is fine and we got a 50% GIRF deal in swiggy dineout. The place is located exactly in the centre of the city with the best view of the hussian Sagar.

Chef Vinayak ensures that the guests are happy not just with restaurant, with the overall Marriot experience. The food quality is almost similar to that of ITC properties.

Very very limited buffet spread for vegetarians..The desserts were very good and satisfying. The service seems to be the worst I have ever experienced in such a 5 star hotel. Looking at the service and hygiene level followed it really seemed to be below standards. Needs a lot of improvement in terms of service. Also recommend increasing the vegetarian spread for the buffets.

The best place for breakfast buffet. Okayish indian breakfast, great english breakfast, desserts' they have, lunch has a good variety. Okra, breakfast timings are 7:30am to 11-11:30am. They'll make you anything and everything you wish to have in your breakfast. Filter coffee is a must try! The staff, chefs everyone here is really professional and humble at the same time. Hygiene is maintained, well sanitized surfaces, amazing taste and world class hospitality service.

Ordered the Non Veg Oriental box via swiggy. Having charged 425 for a box, I received just 3 items that could be eaten satisfactorily. The salad smelt bad. Why would you add three sauces in a plate that has 8 pockets? The noodles were pasty in texture and seemed overcooked. The chicken felt old and stale. The mushrrom and broccoli were bland. Not buying again ever. Please stop selling on Swiggy.

The place is own for its ambience. Richi rich....can have their snacks... But never ever go for a lunch or dining. Flies were wandering over the food they served. Literally high figh prices... unaffordable.. with such a less quantity. Just a show off material.

Been there with my family last night. ABSOLUTE WORST! If you're in Hyderabad, trying different restaurants and you plan on going there, please don't. The food was too bland, no spice or no taste whatsoever. Dinner Buffet was overpriced. 1500/- [per person] (over 7000/- for 4 persons inclusive taxes) And trust me IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY. No wide range of varieties in veg, maybe some in non-veg and same goes with deserts. I'd rather suggest you any other place than this for now. Although the ambience was good. An amazing breakfast place located inside Marriott. They have buffet with almost every breakfast item imaginable. Live counters included all types of dosas, pooris, uthapam, omlettes, waffles, bread and the list goes on. They had all Indian dishes on side which included Hyderabadi Chicken Curry too (This curry paired with Dosa/Vada is a person favourite ❤️). On the other side you had sausages, salads, etc. Tables are available without prior reservation unless you are a large group. The restaurant is adjacent a swimming pool where you have a nice view to click pictures. This is a proper luxury breakfast/brunch experience ❤️

I'd avoid Buffet at at Okra. The fine dining experience is much better I'd say. I was here on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was mostly vacant and the ambience was pretty good. But the food served during buffet was not up to the mark. The dessert was great though tbh.

Been there for breakfast buffet with family. Recommended for starting the day with a great feast, which is healthy. Food quality and taste is well maintained. This is a picture of Eggs Benedict, recommended by Marriott's sous chef, Anvesh(my childhood friend). It was amazing. Hospitality of the staff is commendable.

This place is my new favourite for breakfast. They have buffet option which is absolutely incredible offering a variety of cuisines that includes South Indian, North Indian as well as English breakfast options. And everything in the menu is totally perfect and delectable. Hygiene: They are absolutely serious about this new covid era, they don't allow you to remove your mask even in the buffet area apart from while you are eating😉 They don't allow self serving to avoid multiple audiences touching the cutlery.

I have been ordering food regularly from okra through swiggy for last few months. I like the packaging, trust their safety measures and love the taste of the food but not all. I would like to make few suggestions for the menu in swiggy. If you can add more options of chicken curry in the main course that will be great because right now there are only 2. Also the chicken biryani I did not like. Croissants, Kolkata kathi roll are superb.

Wonderful experience of staying at the Hyderabad Marriott and dining at the Okra restaurant. Enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Chef Vinayak took good care of us and was thoughtful enough to pack us cut fruits for our journey. Very impressive ambience. A positive and healthy atmosphere. Every single person of the staff was very respectful and seemed happy to help. Ideal for family gatherings or dates. Seating area outside of Okra is well maintained. Buffet had a lot of varities and the food was top notch. 4 stars because the price is a little bit on the higher side (₹1300+ taxes for buffet for each person). Would recommend it the price doesn't bother you!

Went for my anniversary dinner and we were early birds at 6:45 considering the night crowd. It was very clean and hygenic and staff were wearing mask. We have opted for buffet and it was a great experience a few times you're pampered a few times no one hears your voice.. Food was delicious except the fish where the feedback was taken and said it will be looked into. Overall it was a good experience.

Very less dishes but the price is still expensive for that amount of money i recommend you to try other places. Staff were humble no doubt. Very disappointing experience just to rejoice our mood staff member ordered for a small red velvet pastry ambiance is not as good as it looks in images. Try buffet at ITC kohinoor or trident they are best in class for ambiance, food varieties, number of dishes and alot more Varieties of desserts. We had breakfast and lunch buffet here during our stay which was included in the staycation package. Both buffet had sufficient variety of dishes and very good taste. Also included items from live counters. Desserts were fantastic. Serving staff are very well behaved and efficient.

Totally disappointed with the food and the varities of food offered in the brunch of 1st Jan 2021. Didn't expect this type of menu from a brand like Marriott. Been to lot of other Mariott branches but Hyderabad Mariott is no where close to other Mariott branches across India. Very disappointed.

This pseudo-poolside restaurant is located inside the Mariott Bonvoy. The pool is on the other side of a glass panelled wall with one entry/exit glass door so you can view the pool without getting splashed on. This however also means you don't get to enjoy the pool breeze within the restaurant. But you can always bring your food outside and sit on one of the several couches surrounding the pool to enjoy the breeze. The prices are high as expected of a restaurant in a 5 star hotel but the taste and the service do match the price. I would recommend taking the buffet if you can and enjoy the most out of it.

This a place for the taste buds of people who don't prefer spicy food. Looking at the reviews and pricing of the restaurant we had high expectations from the buffet, but the food wasn't worth the price at all, tbh the food wasn't even as great as normal restaurant's buffet. The service was fine but the chat counter forgot our order twice and we had to remind them of it. The price per person was 2k for the buffet and keeping in mind this price the food didn't do justice. There was live music. The only food exception was the deserts , the deserts over here were really tasty, could survive on the deserts itself.
