I stayed here for 4 days. Right from the check-in, everything was smooth and professional. I got upgraded to a superior room which had dining table as well. Room was spacious and well maintained. Bathroom was small but clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Breakfast spread was good and the food was tasty. In-room dining had limited options and we didn't like the taste as well. Location of the hotel is awesome. It is at a walkable distance from Consulate and also not very far from main road.

This hotel is closed for almost 2 years now however they have not updated online. I have been trying to contact them and got no response. I had to walk-in to know they are closed, it's pathetic experience for a 5-Star hotel to not update their availability especially in this digital world.

Overall experience was good. Neat and clean place. Breakfast staff were excellent and smiling and so eager to serve. Pritam went out of his way to make us feel comfortable Housekeeping are not serious... even after various complains they didn't make up the room. Housekeeping manager then personally came to apologize

Personally I found this hotel pretty good with just a few exceptions. The reception staff was great, although they kept me waiting for sometime still managed to give me an early check in as soon as they could and I really appreciate it since it was needed after the long journey. Breakfast is great, not as good as Four Points or Taj but good enough. Rooms are awesome. Mattress was good enough. This is the most basic part and it met all the criterias no issues here. The only issue was with room service, it was not prompt enough. There were several instances when I had to call multiple times to get what I wanted. At night, they didn't come to pick dishes after 2 calls. So this is where they can improve. However, since overall their service was so good, I think the above problem was just a one off exception...i hope! Would definitely stay here again if I have to.

Located at the lobby of the Manasarovar - The Fern Hotel in Begumpet this restaurant was primarily meant for the guests of the hotel who stay in and enjoy some good food without going out. But recently they are also marketing it as a casual dining place with a lot of offers on the deal apps like Little and Nearbuy. They have a a lunch buffet which you can get at a steal price of 449 or thereabouts on the apps and that would be a great way to enjoy a weekend or weekday lunch . The place is quiet and feels aloof from the crowded streets though its at the heart of the city. I had the buffet here and it was a nice experience albeit with a little hiccups. Starting with the good things. The corn flake fritters were delicious and so was the fish majestic . The chicken biryani despite being on the buffet was a quite good . One of the good biryanis in buffet i've had recently. The Thai fish curry was delicious too if you love Thai food. The creamy chicken salad was also great. The strawberry souffle was delicious and a welcome change of desserts for me in buffet. The Jalebis , were good , you can always ask them to get it heated . Now some which need improvement, The desserts were sub par barring the jalebis and the strawberry souffle. But the cinnamon cake was really dry though it had the flavors aplenty and The pineapple pastry too wet . The soup could do with a little salt , i eat very less salt and it felt a little unsalted for me so i think that's something which can be looked at . Overall, if you get a deal then its a really fine buffet with lots of options for everyone. And as promised by the chef , the food will get better everyday . Standard size rooms (not really big, but adequate), but small bathroom especially the shower cubicle. Tea maker, hair dryer, electronic safe in the room, but no iron/ironing board. One executive chair & a recliner only for sitting, no separate working desk. No sitting arrangements for dressing mirror. No shaving kit & had to ask for the dental kit. Located in a quiet residential area at the end of a blind lane about 300 mitres from US consulate (which is on the same road & important landmark for asking direction for the hotel) & half Km from main road of Begumpet. So, peaceful (a bit isolated too), but not far from market. Buffet breakfast was good, but dinner was poor in quality, taste & selection of items & variety - very costly too considering the taste, quality & variety. There is a rooftop restaurant too & a swimming pool. Staffs are good. Check in and out were smooth. Sleep quality good. Value for money (at the price at which I got it). Overall good.

This hotel is located very near to the US consulate. I had booked pool facing deluxe room. The room was very clean and spacious with decent furniture and bath. The roof top bar and restaurant has a good ambience. Breakfast and food overall was very tasty. Buffet menu has pretty good variety of cuisines and desserts. Stay was very comfortable

First thing you will notice about the hotel js its amazing staff. Super helpful with a very cheerful attitude. The phrase "over and beyond call of duty" suits them very well. Rooms are big spacious and clean. Food is good. The entire experience is amazing. Would definately choose this hotel next time for my visit. Property and staff way better than Fern Jodhpur.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The hotel is much in the interiors so, we had a quite stay. They helped us with booking a rental car for touring around the city. It took them 40-45 mins to check us in. Food was very average and hotel is quite away from the tourist locations so, we had longer hours of traveling. So overall, a nice hotel!

It's an ecotel hotel in Secunderabad . The entrance is decent with plenty parking space . The rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities like mini fridge , work travel with chair , a lounge sofa with footrest . There was plenty of space to move around in the room. You can easily workout in the room though there is health center in the hotel which is good. The washrooms were well maintained and hygienic. The restaurant is very cosy and there were plenty of options to choose from the buffet . The quality and taste of the food was pretty good. During all meals they serve north Indian , Chinese and the traditional Andhra food as well. Even the dessert spread is pretty good . At any time there were at least 6-7 dessert options. There is swimming pool as well though I couldn't explore it. During my stay I found the staff to be courteous, helpful and very hospitable especially the staff at front desk.

Stay was great, had to wait a bit longer than required at reception while room was getting ready. Bathroom was a bit cramped but overall good. Big spacious room and all necessary amenities were provided.

Great Place for small and large business meets and conferences. Huge area with ample parking space and the location is well secluded from the heavy traffic on the main road

I came here for buussness trip, Staffs are well behaved. Cleaning is on top whether it is room or bathrooms. Equipped with all general essentials. They can include more items in their room dining menu. And also include some Hindi newspapers. Overall it was good experience. I lived here for 15 days and will recommend.

A nice hotel.. With good facilities.. But not upto mark with its 4 star rating.. Carpets are worn out.. They look damn dirty. No shoe shiner in room. Has a look of a very bustling and busy hotel.. With lots of noise in the lobby area.. Noise comes from the adjoining restaurant. If on a budget go for it.. Or else look somewhere else

Better ambience with heritage theme, comfortable stay, sufficient amenities and a convention hall, sufficient parking facilities.

Beautiful place but losing its touch

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star in any capacity. The bathrooms and showers are incredibly dirty, looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned ever. The pool is only open in the morning and after 4pm so the hottest points of the day you can’t even use it. The rooftop bar is only open after 7pm and there is no where else to enjoy the outdoors. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I have visited on 31st Dec at the top buffet, place was really very nice, staff was very cooperative, food was delicious.

The building is just wow but services are just like other hotels... Spa services are good

Hotel staff is very casual. they do not revert on client emails. Also the regional office is also casual in their dealing. Not A professional hotel group.
