Good service, nice calm and quiet location. Food is tasteful and thematic. Buffet spread is great and worthy. The rooms are nice. But not clean enough for the star standards. Equipments and lights in the room need maintenance. Worst part was that the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was non - smoking floor. And there was no effort put to make it smell any better before handing over the room.

Nice hotel. Reasonable rates. Breakfast with a very nominal charge. Service is good but gets a little slow when there are too many guests. The staff is very polite and helpful. Good usable amenities like pool, gym, steam and spa. Water bottles were complimentary. Bar ambience is very nice, but it is expensive and doesn't offer a whole lot of options to eat. Overall a very good hotel but one star less for some of the issues (if I have to nitpick) I observed. - bathroom's shower area drain was not able to drain the water with enough speed - Room's wooden flooring was not being cleaned properly which made our feet dirty - Refrigerator was not cooling effectively

Bathroom maintenance has to improve. The drawer in bathroom was cracked and paints were peeling. The shampoo, body wash they provided was of bad quality, just had good fragrance. It caused dry hair & dry skin. The water gets of the shower space & flooded the entire bathroom which had no space to drain. The glass windows had a lot of bird poop from the outside. Buffet breakfast food was good with various food. But there was a chef who came and asked to give good reviews mentioning his name. I was fine with it. But he was standing beside the table and watching what I was writing, so I went to get my food. He came once again to the table asking if I submitted review which was annoying. I told him I'll do it once I'm done eating. The swimming pool and gym was neat & tidy.

The staff made all the difference in our 12 night stay. There are some really good people working here, (particularly Ajay in the restaurant) who should be encouraged to further their careers in hospitality. The hotel is showing its age and a general spruce up is needed, painting, new linenetc. The food is good but not as spectacular as it was during our previous stay, and it would be great to be able to have a glass of wine with a meal. The competition from a new slick hotel nearby may be enough to push improvements to bring the hotel up to its previous standard. I hope so, it's a lovely place.

The hotel is located in Banjara Hills however the approach road is not that wide. Once you enter the hotel campus it's a great feel. The central lobby has a great view and if you go during December it's decorated is great. The restaurant which also has a open to air sit out area has a great view. It has open live counters along with wide spread of salads and starters. Cost wise it's around ₹ 2400 per person for Sunday Brunch. It has Veg as well and non Veg choices of food available.

I had a pretty nice experience in the hotel. Room sizes are big. The staff is great. Services are very good. Food is awesome. They have a good spread in breakfast and dinner. Yashpal and team took care of the food we requested from the live counter. I recommend buying breakfast and dinner package along with the room else it would be costlier.

Excellent room and service. Lot of help while booking the room from shitanshu. And the check in went seamlessly. I asked for a late check out and was granted and they didn't even call to disturb asking regarding check out. And while i was leaving , it was again completely hassle-free at the reception. Really good experience and will definitely visit again. Also recommend it for everyone who wants a quiet and spacious room stay.

I attended a marriage in this hotel. Wedding hall and other facilities are so so..not looking like 5star. Food is also catered to by the hotel. I don't know it is in-house or otherwise,but it is so sub par, pathetic and so trouble giving. Never had such horrible food. I was told by my relatives whose marriage I attended the food was bad all the three days. God save the people who choose this for their functions.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the Radisson Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The buffet setup was well-organized and impeccably maintained, ensuring freshness throughout my meal. The assortment of freshly baked pastries, bread, and muffins was a perfect way to start the morning. The fresh fruit selection was abundant and visually appealing, providing a healthy and refreshing option. For those looking for a heartier breakfast, the cooked-to-order station stood out as a highlight. The chefs skillfully prepared omelets and other egg dishes, allowing guests to customize their meals according to their preferences. The bacon, sausages, and hash browns were cooked to perfection, and the pancakes were simply divine. In addition to the hot dishes, the continental options were equally impressive. The yogurt bar with various toppings, cereal choices, and a selection of cheeses and cold cuts made it a well-rounded breakfast experience.

Hi, I am currently staying in this hotel. There is no room services provided at all after calling multiple times. We are paying lot of money for one day stay with no services. We paid for extra bedding for which after waiting for 2-3 hours not yet provided. It's been very frustrating for such a reputated hotel behaving in this way. Not at all expected. Totally disappointed. I would have stayed in 3 star hotel rather than staying here.

A wonderful property to stay in and relax. Stayed here for two nights in a business trip. The breakfast spread was wonderful with lot of options. Found the staff very professional and helpful. Only flaw observed was that the nail kit box kept in the bathroom was empty, looked as if it was kept for showcasing. Also, the coffee and tea kits were not refilled for the second day of stay. Otherwise all other services were superb!!

Have stayed there for couple of times in 2018 and 2019. Since then because of pandemic never got to visit again. I think this is the best exec 5 star category hotel in Hyderabad, hands down. The buffet meals are just so delicious that even if I am tired, hardly once I booked in dining, otherwise buffet is the go to option. Rooms are very nice with ample space and mirrors everywhere to give more spacious feel. Have no regret to recommend and stay in this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad.

Been there for business meetings every week. The food is always the same , breakfast. Very small space for breakfast. Taste is good. Conference hall can accommodate 60 people but little crunched which is in the ground floor. Entrance is grand , spacious with an abstract Ganesha sculpture. It's right inside the lane. Sometimes there is a traffic jam.

So thrilled with booking this beautiful hotel. Everything from the massive room and ensuite ( with big tub) it was spotless, quiet and so pretty in how it’s decorated. The lobby, the restaurant and landscaping as well is top notch. The the best part is the amazing staff. I loved them!!

Typical radisson (Scandinavian) interior which can feel a little minimalist and not too comfy, but it’s a matter of taste. However, the staff was extraordinary. The request for a room change was taken care of immediately, they went above and beyond to make sure I get the full experience even after changing rooms last minute. Around the clock room service options for extremely reasonable prices. I was offered help without asking and the front desk staff was just amazing and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely not worth the 8.5k per day room tariff - Terrible checkin experience; even after requesting multiple time for a single bed I was given twin bed. My wife was accompanying me and my request was dealt with “that’s what we have”. The front desk person was really rude and straightaway dealt me like “take it or leave it” - I was also given a smoking room that was smelly - Poorly located (even cab driver was not able to find the hotel) - it’s so called in Banjara Hills but not located in any posh area(not premium real estate for sure) - overpriced - shower wasn’t working - phone wasn’t working ; later repaired All in all I’d recommend go for far better hotels like Hyatt place or others for similar pricing

Excellent service and helpful staff. Hotel is clean and feels like you are in tropics are you drive past the main entrance. Decent pool and great spread of breakfast. Front office manager Sai very helpful and chefs at the restaurant sought feedback constantly and asked for suggestions. Good work team. This is our second stay here and we would love to stay here agaij on our next visit.

Very nice ambience and friendly staffs. Rooms are very nice, quite spacious with an office desk, personal sofa and a sitting area near the window. Complimentary buffet breakfast with several menu options along with active live station was awesome. Staffs at Breakfast area, Mr. Guddu and team are quite eager to help.

We were staying at a Raddison Blu property for first time and had a very good experience. The rooms are really big, where our group of 8 people sat comfortably together. Housekeeping staff very prompt in fulfilling ones requests. The bellboy , the front desk and the restaurant staff , everyone was very courteous and pleasant. Special mention: The food is so good at this hotel that we dropped the idea of going to a highly recommended restaurant Nani's and had all our 3 meals here. The restaurant staff especially JOEL and GUDDU went out of their way to make us feel comfortable ( all senior citizens) and it was always 'can be done sir ' with a smile.

Great hotel. Everything is great. * Breakfast quality and variety is very good. * Room service and cleanliness is also very good. Coming to negatives, there is only one: The room I was alloted had damage in the flooring. Considering they charge 7k+ per night and since Radisson is a reputable name, I didn't expect this. I would advise the hotel management to repair such small damages as they make the brand look bad.

We did not stay at Radison but went there for dinner at Holy Basil! Just Amazing food. Anything you order is great just order it less spicy that what you think you can have. Both the head chef and Sue-chef, re-created our experience of Chinese food that we had enjoyed in Boston, and were craving since we shifted back to India. They even took the names of the dishes we craved for and made them for us the next day with the same taste and ingredients. Very courteous and friendly staff and we’re ready to customize food for our liking and taste. Child friendly. Our 18 month old had lot of fun with Simi. Must try!! :)

Manager Guddu & team was absolutely amazing. Loved the food and was customized as per our needs.The menu featured a delightful fusion of flavors and innovative combinations that left a lasting impression. Whether it was the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, every course was a culinary delight. The use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients added an extra dimension to the overall experience.

Hello I had booked 2 buisness class rooms for 4 adults and i had been here in this place from 3 days.. Rooms were clean except bathrooms it was like okay.. But coming to staff it was terrible especially Mr Vinay, Duty manager of Radisson blu plaza he is ridiculous and completely disrespectful with customers. When we are paying in lakhs for these hotels we demand a good reaponse and respect from hotel staff but this above mentioned guy is disgusting he didnt even know minimum common sense that how to be and what to speak with customers. Kindly replace these kind of staffs and replace with happy faces atleast that would be best in buisness for Radisson. 🙏

During two recent business trips to incredible INDIA, I had the pleasure of staying in August and October this year for several weeks in this excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly, the quality and choise of food is outstanding . I like to mention Varsha, she and her colleagues from the breakfast team with Chef Tarak and Gupdu (I hope I got his name right) offered a perfect start in the day. I also like to mention Satish and Andrew from the houskeeping team, thank for the delicous fruit plate in my room during my stay in August. I appreciate that you have a "Radisson Sustainability Program", you might need to encourage more customers to reduce polutions by less frequency of room service and towel exchanges. Didn’t stayed in Radisson Blu, visited here for breakfast buffet. The buffet did had a varieties of food. Taste wise was good. Chef Yash was cooperative with us in helping us with the menu & the overall the staff was good and approachable too.

Such a soothing stay with very attentive staff at the buffet and desk.The cleanliness , ambience was very good. Chef Tarang gave me a super dosa and mayashree and madhu were so obliging to my requests. Great job!!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Located in a very easy access area. The rooms have a wide area with ample space. Very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety we enjoyed the chai and coffee station which gave us foreigners a good experience. We tried almost all types of rotis and naan’s served at the buffet. Very well organized buffet I would say. We also tried the ground floor bar the last night and it was a good chilled place. We tried two different cocktails and loved it. The Japanese style food we got from the Japanese restaurant was also really fresh and yummy. Our overall stay was satisfactory ❤️

I think this is the place where Rock castle hotel used to be. However the change over is fantastic. The spread in the breakfast buffet is very wide. The items are tasty and made like they should be. The heart warming point is the personal attention paid by the staff. Despite the bad approach road and away from the main road the hotel is brimming with guests of all hew, Videshis out numbering. One of the decent place for food and courtesy

Not that good for a 5 star hotel. Booked it through make my trip. The room was big and spacious. There was patch works on the floor. Bathroom had leak and was smelly. Reported but was not resolved. I think the rooms allotted via make my trip packages are always like this having some issues. Food was the only good thing. Buffet is available.

1) Hospitality In these time, of Corona, all staff members were with mask, though now the situation is under control. Always helpful staff and attentive. Hotal is too clean. 2) Location : Very good, nearby malls and local market, overall at a place where every thing is nearby. 3) Food : My best part. I love the food here. The arrangement of buffets menu is quite good. You’ll find your choice anyways from the menu. And if not Mr. Rohit Singh ( Sous Chef ) and Mr. Aman (Chef), they both are there to help you out with their specialities. Thank Radisson for superb stay.

Mr. Abhisekh at the reception listened very politely to our little problem on first night. He upgraded our room for rest of our stay of 6 nights. We booked with breakfast and dinner, menus are sufficiently elaborate to satisfy taste buds of a lot of people from different cultures.. Serving staffs are very polite. Mr.Bikramjeet was very polite and mention worthy.

Vijayan Srikant Ram in housekeeping made my stay pleasant and comfortable. Many compliments to him for his dedication and worth ethic. The hotel is lucky to have such employees as him. I will highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The Lobby was open and inviting and the rooms were extremely spacious. The prices were fantastic! For breakfast everyday, we were greeted by warm, welcoming faces and the service was excellent. A big shout out to Rubina, Ashok and Krishna for being extremely attentive and making sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to people and hope to come back very soon!

Enjoyed a pleasant evening with friends. Ate stomach full of yummy starters. Tried Japanese, Thai, Italian, Chinese and every dish was spot on. 👌 Head chef there is a friend and we asked him serve his best, we didn't even go through the hassle of choosing from the menu. Lovely music, perfect ambience, tasty food, good people around, quality time and few mosquitoes. What else could I wish for?

We always prefer to stay at Raddison but on this journey it was more better experience at Pune Kharadi and Hyderabd Banjara hills. Staff is very supportive n helpful Our room was upgraded to Business class, we had a frozen parcel to carry on the journey ahead they stored it in their freezer for us. On the breakfast we met Bikramjit a tea special person he served us very nice tea n perfect coffee, all the staff in restaurant and entire premises is very polite n kind

A pleasant environment and well-educated staff make this a pleasant place to visit. A gathering spot for business meetings, family gatherings, and social gatherings. Rooms that have been well-established and are sanitised and clean. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a business class room. On the ground floor, there are a few stalls (garment and jewellery). There's a Japanese and Chinese cousine restaurant that's currently just open for lunch, and you should taste some of the items. Aside from the restaurant, there is a bar where you can order a variety of hot beverages, as well as a buffet where you can find gorgeous photo frames all throughout. Finally, the receptionists have a high level of education.

Decent place to stay. Hassle free transportation arranged by the reception. They are nice & approachable. Followed all safety precautions can see the staff wearing masks all time . Elegantly designed lobby with a water body inside . Expiscicelly very thankful to Mr.Ayub 🤝👋

The hospitality and food is good. I've had a few instances of surprises that I shared with them and they were very receptive of the same. More than anything, this place has a warmth and a positive vibe which I generally don't see anywhere else.

The service was really good. Mine was a last minute decision to book a room for the night, and the reservations team were very helpful and courteous regarding the booking. I had been given a preferences sheet and to my surprise the hotel staff had actually fulfilled it, without any excuses. The front desk was helpful too as I didn’t have to wait too long after the formalities and was shown to my room immediately. The room service was good as they had a specially curated midnight menu. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

It was a short stay , spacious rooms , never expected. Was here to attend a wedding. Great arrangements made . Thanks to the staff especially the frontoffice team they are very helpful given room accordingly to my choice. Manager Ayub was very helpful during the check in process and the whole front office team is taking all the precautions measures that need to be followed. No matter if you planning for business or family trip Radisson is highly recommended.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Hyderabad, This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. High quality rooms and ambience . Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. Thank you to the entire hotel team .. Will recommend to my colleagues!

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it is undoubtedly one the best properties of radisson. The room was very spacious & clean. The housekeeping staff is very polite and prompt in attending to my requests, they even got a pedestal fan at 2 in the night. The breakfast buffet is to kill for !! All in all, it was a great stay. One of the best 5 star stays. Check in & check out was smooth. All the staff members were very courteous and helpful all the time. Front desk staff (forgot the names) were cooperative, especially the cheerful Mark. We had elderly parents & children -completely enjoyed & satisfied. The highlight - Sai Ram and Guddu arranged a surprise birthday cake for my mother. Extremely thankful & grateful. Breakfast buffet served variety good food. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for night. The location is central but that means a lot of traffic around. Hotel itself is at quiet location. They upgraded us to VIP rooms, which were quite big in sizes. Washrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff is polite. Breakfast is very good with many live counters such as Omelet, Dosas, Pancake etc. Pool is nicely maintained and 24*7 gym.

Our stay was good although the room which is an business executive seemed a bit old when it came to furniture and the stuff in bathroom like the hand shower and bath tub etc., seems like they need a replacement. We stayed for 3 days and the first day breakfast was pretty chaos, they seem to be understaffed but from second day the service was good. I would say that food is excellent, we only ordered in room dining and loved every meal. Since we had an infant with us the chef offered to send us kichdi, for which we are thankful. Overall the experience was good.

Wonderful experience. Worth the visit. Calm and serene .. nothing to do for kids though except a kids pool area. Food is fine. Rooms are good. They surprised us with a cake for our anniversary. That felt special. The tamilian manager (forgot his name) deserves all the credit.

Sunday brunch is a variety of Indian, Asian & continental cuisines....The dessert section deserves a five star, it was special for Father's day celebration. Music on the floor is quite relaxing, staffs are courteous & ambience is cool and welcoming. I would like to name their staff Guddu who served us well & made us really comfortable in choosing from their wide spread cuisines. It was really a fine dining. Will come back soon!

Rooms are very spacious. Location is a bit on the interiors with narrow roads. Has multiple restaurants in house with great breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner options are okay and bit on expensive side. Can order from restaurants near by. Very courteous staff and good service overall. Has a ok pool which comes very handy during warm evenings

While I didn’t stay here and I went for a business meeting here, my experience at this hotel was very refreshing. It started from the moment I entered the hotel, the design of the lobby with a fountain and and a great choice of upbeat English music was quite energising. The lobby has a almost 4 storey high ceiling which makes it look you are sitting in the open and yet you are in a closed environment. I was amazed to learn from the Housekeeper there that this property is 10 years old. Complements to the team here for maintaining the property so well.

Very nice place within the city with cool location for stay with family or friends away from city noise. Restaurant, bar and coffee shop , swimming pool etc., with the premises, enough for a long holiday away from home. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and make your stay more special and listen and respond to your needs! Enjoyed my stay! 👍

The rooms were good and big but as compared to the room the bed seemed a bit small. Also, there was no door for the toilet but a partition, seemed a bit odd as to why there was no door for the toilet. Weird. Other than that the service was ok. They could improve on the parking since there's no lift once u park your vehicle. You have walk up again to the reception. Other than that it was not easy to locate the hotel amidst the smaller roads and traffic. Also, the smoking area was just outside the front door, with no proper room or covered area. They can definitely improve on that. All in all i would say they can improve on services and rooms. But the people were super nice and helpful. Staff is good.

We visited this hotel for a family function and were amazed by their service and hospitality. It was a very memorable stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They have an amazing restaurant with a very wide buffet spread in the breakfast. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Had a really pleasant stay! The housekeeping staff, specially Sri Sai and Ranjit, the personnel who took care of my room, are polite and very good at their job! The food is also good. Hotel has all facilities like pool, gym, etc.
