Very over priced property. Need to spend above 1Cr for 2Bhk. Easily get at Rs. 15k at Rent once got OC, I am pretty sure that there will be lot of inventories and investors will struggle to get tenants. This is what happening in all premium gated communities. There won't be any price appreciation for next 10 years. Now a days investing in properties is bad idea.

The apartments are too expensive. You need to shell out 1.2 cr for a 1000 sft carpet area non furnished flat. They are primarily targeting IT employees but with the advantage of work from home Its better to look somewhere else cheaper!

I can give 5 satrs Construction quality, landscape, appartment location very near to main road , access to hospitals, supermarkets, shopping malls . But only draw back is tower to tower gap, internal towers ventilation , flat to flat gap is very less..

Place is very nice. Who is interested for buy flats can go there and buy it

Quality construction with lot of open space. 22 acres and 22 blocks with G+9 is very good.

Property is under construction, huge premise with multiple blocks and choice of flat options of 2 ,3 or bhk flats. Construction quality is really good and finishing work is very nice too.
