The quality of construction is good but, it's been 5 years they been working on this project and still couldn't complete the project, huge loss to buyers of rising lyrics

Very nice society in heart of the city. My sister bought a place there. I liked the layout and build quality.

Construction work is good enough but the work is not done on time due to which the buyers are at loss.

Bit surprised looking at this building being structured for past 10 years and still there is no handover done by the builder . Was here to purchase a flat in 2013 and again visited here i see there is lot of pending work by the builder , units have not been completed till now . No proper elevation still see cement rows and mini gardens its looks totally different from what i see online, the sheds at entrance are still there. Great that people are staying there without proper amenities from builder

Very good construction quality might be delay in handover of the project but no compromise in quality. Have personally done Interior Works for one of my clients in the building. Some draw backs may be the open sewage water flow right next to the building compound wall. Spaces is very well designed may be the final output with the green cover plants on the elevation may reduce the open sewage issue. Overall good project right in the Center of city@ Himmayatnagar
