Pros - Good service. Polite staff. Very patient with customers. Friendly. Good collection of watches. Cons - Parking direction is unclear. Could make it a bit better. They didn't have latest collection of reflex fit bands.

This place is in Jubilee hills, a premium location, next to Pedamma Metro station. It next to Bluestone and Tanishq jewellery showrooms. It is a flagship store of Titan. They are wide range of Titan brands. The collection is huge, starting from sports watches to elegant design watches for gents as well as ladies. The staff is very cooperative, well trained and attentive. The Only issue is they don't have many promotion and offers running. I contacted before coming to the store that helps me get availablity of the product I wanted as a gift for my loved one. The staff (Mr. Aizaz) helped me to get the discount, which I like it. They have gift wrap facility also. The ambience in the store was good. They are following COVID-19 precautionary norms like temperature check and sanitization. Overall it was a good experience.
