We were in Hyderabad for a few days and it was for the new year celebration and we were looking for some nice places to spend on time and have a good dinner. We went to a few cafes, restaurants and pubs but I think this is the best café I came across. It is a very spacious place with a lot of sitting areas. The interiors were open and were very relaxing. The DJ played very nice songs and it was really nice. The food was also good. We went very late to have dinner at around 10 pm, but still, they stretched the closing time of the kitchen as we were around 9 people. The service was really good. Nice parking space and was near to the city so no problem of transport. Cons- The washrooms were dirty as somebody just vomited all over the place, and there was nobody to clean it. Handwash was also missing from the washroom.

The gastronomic encounter, unfortunately, fell short of our expectations, leaving us somewhat disappointed, especially considering the upscale pricing. It is worth emphasizing that not a single item on the menu can be indulged in without spending at least 500 rupees.

A cosy space which played 90s music (which was to our liking) and offered good prices for their food. F&B pricing is pretty good, although food quality is lower-mid on our chart. Service is reasonably quick once you place your order - but getting someone to service your table might take some time.

The place still maintains an oldish charm. It's nice and open, especially during the cooler months of the year. Food was good. The pizza came from Zozos. It was nice. Nachos were decent. The cheese on top wasn't the typical melted cheese used for nachos but regular processed pizza cheese. Veg arabiatta was good, we enjoyed it. Paneer butter masala and rotis were good as well. Mocktails were average, selection is limited and the bar guy was also serving and taking orders. Service was slow as they seemed less on staff. Basics like water and cutlery were missing. No condiments served with food like pizza. Getting the attention of the servers was tough too. However once they came to the table, the servers were nice and friendly.

Good and lively ambiance !! We ordered Street Style Chicken Lollipop and White sauce penne pasta . Both were amazing , beyond your expectation specially the white sauce pasta will bow you down .

Lovely place.Food was decent.If you are somebody who doesn’t like cats like me this is not the place to visit because you literally see them walking around everywhere.It gives you a creepy feeling.

Could have been a bit better, I felt the place needs to be maintained a bit. But food was ok and I tried the chicken chilli, veg fried rice, chicken tangdi.. But the dish that won my heart was white sauce pasta. I loved it. Pina colada was great too. Amazing place to work & chill with friends.

It's very good place to visit...,...... There are alot of options of food and beverages over there ......... We can eat and drink anything we want by its ordering 😉🤪and when we come to drinks so many are there for us .......... And mocktails and cocktails are also available there ...... And starters are very nice here to eat and there are few options for main course ...... But noodles and fried are available ....... And there is good ambience over there to chill with some music and finally you can some good time with your friends..........

Amazing place located at Jubilee hills right beside the cable bridge entrance. You can visit here any time for a mind blowing experience. Delicious food and beautiful ambience. You can chill and hangout with your friends and family while enjoying some live cricket. They also accept Zomato Pro and Dineout which will help you avail some amazing discount on the bill. Overall verdict - Highly recommended.

Been there at odd hours which gave a decent atmosphere feeling. Ambience is good with music being played all over the time. But don't go with the name as we couldn't find more options for coffee. Being a non-alcoholic person, had limited options. Ordered virgin mojito which was below average. Food was good. Got a Little playful company as well.

For those who dont know, the name of the place can be a little misleading. The heart cup coffee is mostly a bar with a side of cofffee and other beverages plus food. The place exhibits a very warm and cozy ambience and a very good place for casual drinking and eating. Although the items of food are certainly limited compared to other places. The drinks are a must try, if you drink. They offer a variety of cocktails, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

The food is good. The ambience is also nice with open air seating also available. One thing which I didn't like that there is no restriction on smoking. On the billing front, they charge 10% service charges by default, which you can get removed. So please be cautious. Also the water bottle is for 50 rs, as if they got the water filled from Gangotri glacier. Overall good.

A good place to chill with friends over drinks only. The twinkle lights and the open area amidst the plants give the space a Goan vibe. We were having a good time until our order was brought to us. I must say that it was extremely disappointing to be served a dish of bhuna masala with penne in the name of Arrabbiata pasta. And it was ridiculously spicy too. When explained the situation to a waitstaff, he seemed to be nonchalant about it. The cafe must review their chef as well as their waitstaff as the food and the service was definitely not worth the money.

Delicious taste and good ambience. Smoking and drinking is a common thing so non smokers may feel some discomfort here. Parking is also an issue on weekends mostly The standup hall is also good. taste is really good of food we tried i.e. Garden Paradise Pizza and Mocha Frappe.

If you wanna have a lively experience, especially if you want relief from those horrible Hindi DJ songs.. this is the place. Pure Telugu songs full of life...

Honestly, this being a first visit despite the plans getting cancelled almost every time, I really had high hopes from Heart Cup Coffee. where I can comfortably say that the restaurant does justice to the Patrons with it's blissful ambiance and chic lights hung over the trees with the tree shade falling over its customers, it does disappoint heavily in terms of service. The problem with vegetarians is that they can only eat at Vegetarian restaurants or restaurants cooking vegetarian food separately whereas Non-vegetarians can practically put their mouths anywhere and everywhere. My issue with this restaurant was that despite providing clear instructions of cooking vegetarian food diligently, the chef sent us a cream made of Egg yolks? This was served along with Garlic Bread which was literally dipping inside the cream . When I asked the server to confirm if it's veg, he checked with the Chef and because the cream had egg, they took it bag and redecorated the plate by just putting the garlic breads in order despite the breads falling in the dip and then when I asked the server to take it back, man that Vasu guy had attitude issues despite me being humble and polite. Well all in all, for a bill of around 7000 bucks, if you can get yourself a place which reeks of cigarette smoke, bad but not terrible service, tortoise slow service but the bill denting your pocket, well be your own judge.

I have been here for the first time and it is definitely one of the happening places around. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They usually have a live band playing outdoor. I absolutely loved the indo Chinese food here. For starters we had chicken 65, peanut masala, ajwaini fish and everything was delicious. They do make some good egg fried rice. They have a nice collection of brewed beers. I highly recommend this place. They have limited options for drinks during the happy hours.

Food & service are great. While paying the bill, please ask them to give bill without service tax. They are simply adding it to the bill and thats not legal So please ask them to remove it and they will do it

A very cool place to hangout with friends or if on a date, however the quality of food needs to be improved. WiFi and Charging ports are available if you have to work.

A lively place with outdoor and indoor dining area with decent seating capacity. The lowly lit rooms add to the ambience of the bar. I personally found the food to be a bit expensive though. But the ambience more than makes up for the expensive food. Overall a good experience awaits anyone who visits this beautifully designed retro themed bar.

High priced if you are looking for a avg priced area and there will be mo happy hours with them. Ambience is good. When I last went there music was a delight. Would suggest not to keep your hopes high about music.

Although taste of food is good, they’ve a poor service and 25% of the menu unavailable. Pretty crowded keeping the pandemic in mind and the sofa mattresses are very dusty. Probably have never been vacuumed in ages.

This place is amazing to hang out. Though there are many new places around, this one still has it's charm. Good music, food and ambience. Pizza is better here than most pizzerias. Also the Manchuria, 65 etc. It isn't too pricy as well. Over all, it's a place we can keep going to.

I took driver to get him a coffee and the staff are really judging us. Though he didn't observe that, I could certainly feel the behaviour change from earlier visits. Never going there again. I'd give 4⭐ if not for that day.

Alfresco seating is the USP of this place. Kudos to their idea of a round table bar surrounding the trunk of the tree. Due to the pandemic, the items in the menu are very limited. However, considering the crowd / guests they should introduce their full / original menu back. The upper deck is closed which makes the lower space crowded hence social distancing is not maintained. AMBIENCE - 5 star FOOD - 4 star (1 star less because the price is on a higher side for certain dishes) BAR - 3 star (Limited or no stocks even on Sundays)

I have been to this place around 2-3 times. The food and ambience was good. Chicken wings were just okay. Had to wait a lot for the waiters to take the orders. There is not much variety of items to choose from the Menu. The best place to sit is round table bar surrounding the trunk of the tree. You can feel the space a bit crowded coz of the less space but social distancing was being maintained.

Really nice affordable place. Menu doesn't have wide variety of items but you can't go wrong with any. Cozy and warm interiors and they serve alcoholic drinks as well. Last but not the least they have valet parking.

This little "hut" type cafe is very pretty.. i did feel it is a bit crowded due to more people and lesser space. I loved the food over there!! Especially the buffalo wings. It was yum! A very good option to hang out with friends..

Good place to come with family or friends or even office colleagues. Food is tasty. Both Veg and non veg. Good that they claim their non veg is purely Halal. Ofcourse prices are high as it is located in Jubilee hills area. The menu is touch free and works via QR code and the waiters take order via a Tab where in its all No-contact. That's quite innovative. Cons The table and chairs seem quite old and worn out. Overall a good experience

The place is just fine. I've been here multiple times. The starters we've ordered aren't that great but good. Harmony was the mocktail I liked. There's no 2 wheeler parking, everytime I visit the place I just park on the pavement. There valet parking but the cars are just on the road side by. Went here on new year, it was quite empty people were just starting to fill in. The tables were not clean and it literally smelt. Asked our friends to meet at other place and left here within 10 minutes of our arrival. Don't get deceived by the pictures!!

Okay okay place. Food wasn't that great. In the sense it wasn't a "wow" experience. Lots of mosquitoes. And prices are on the higher side. Drinks were pathetic. No specific flavor. Even the milk in cold coffee felt adulterated with water.

The coffee was not so great. I haven't tried its food, but i won't recommend this place for a cuppa.

Excellent, unassuming and wonderful find Heart cup coffee @Gandipet. Great variety and fine value tasting menu. Exciting food with high quality presentation, service and inventiveness. A highlight of Heart cup coffee is the weekend *LIVEBAND*. Book to avoid disappointment it’s really worth it.
