This store consists of fresh own baked bakery where curry puff is sooo crunchy and tasty. This bakery consists of baked biscuits, puffs, cakes, pastrys , brownies etc . It was an amazing experience with my family. Escalators are working in good condition and has magnetic property which keeps the trolley stuck to it till the end. Even senior citizens can wander around more hypermarket without any fuss. Happily, no need to wait for lift anymore. Offers are pretty low compared to other local markets. But I recommend to cross check the bill after billing. Once (on 21st March 2019) I purchased four ₹15/- Himalaya Neem Face Wash which was having 50% discount but in the bill it was showing ₹12/-. The discount was not as promised. They promise huge discounts and give little discounts. Beware. It's always better to cross check the bill with respective amounts immediately after billing. Rest all things are fantastic; I mean the staff and products. Free car and bike parking at cellar.

Dhals and serials on the left side after the coming in and beauty products on the right side. 3. You will get chocolates by moving further and masala products on the left. 4. After that you will find icecreams and milk products on the left and Namkeen on the right side. 5.The end of the ground floor contains vegetables included with fruits. 6. A separate area is allocated in the ground floor for getting flesh and meat. 7. On the first floor you will get home appliances and other products like bed sheets, mattresses will be available. 8. U will get plates and other vessels on the same floor. 9. Buckets and mugs also available. 10. Notebooks and other things for students are available. 11. Some electronic products are Also available with headphones. 12. And there are some good dress collections on the first floor for both men and women. Trail room Also available. You can spend a good time over there. But there is one problem that you face while billing it will take more time sometimes when they get network errors and it happens sometimes.

Purchased fish from more. They said it's fresh but after cooking while eating we got to know that it's frozen for long time by its smell and taste. More people should maintain quality. Always greedy things gives bad results and it's damages reputation........

This is one of the old and biggest branches of more.previously it used to be in 3 floors now decreased to 2 floors post covid.. Technically one will find almost everything here includes fruits vegetables and meat. There are some additional diacounta for registered phone numbers.. Sometimes I got that extra diacount.. It is spacious store there minimum gap is maintained person to person.. Everything is orderly and parking is also very huge.. In the ground floor near to the exit. There will be one cou ter for mehendi services also.

At a prime spot in Kothapet, Hyderabad facing highway! Plenty of parking, Very convenient to reach on Metro and bus route. Good range available for daily needs of a common man and Groceries too. Cleanliness - A big room to improve, I guess staff needs to be trained more to service customers. We are frequent shoppers as lives in nearby Vasavi Colony. I noticed staffs significantly reduced as we find representatives rarely if we need any assistance, though not sure the reason is!

Bakery inside gone. Meat area, smells terrible. Most items which were available earlier, no longer exists. I will not be surprised if it closes down in the near future.

A one-stop-shop for most of the things. Many and many groceries obtainable. Electronic devices available - speakers, TV, Microwave oven and even dress materials. A separate section for Fish and meat to buy for non-veg lovers. A little bakery for some regular bakery stuffs- puffs, cakes etc. All in all a perfect place to purchase things.

I had a bitter experience with More Hypermart Kothapet. Staff and Customer service people has rude behavior, they offers targeted coupons-5% on Rs 3000.00 purchase , if you are not doing shopping on this , they do not send digital receipts and rate and review message through whatsup. Products availability was very poor, week to week varies. People who work in the store they do not address customer inquiryies. Very bad culture they have it. Their attitude with customers were very bad. They take it as a personal not an a professional.

My recent visit to More super market left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The level of customer service I encountered was shockingly unapologetic, showcasing a complete disregard for customers' satisfaction. As I made my way towards the vegetable section, I was appalled by the unclean and un-sanitized environment that greeted me. What caught my attention the most was the proximity of the meat section, with its doors exposed, just a few steps away from the fresh produce. This blatant lack of proper hygiene measures is not only unsightly but also raises serious concerns about cross-contamination and the overall safety of the food being offered. A supermarket is expected to maintain certain standards, not just in terms of the quality of products on its shelves but also in terms of customer service and cleanliness. More super market , however, fell short on all fronts during my visit. The guards' unprofessional behavior and the unsanitary conditions near the food sections left a lasting negative impression on me. I was met with guards at the billing section who seemed to be more interested in exerting their authority than in assisting customers. They treated us with disrespect and even made us wait for an extended period without any valid explanation. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in a retail environment that thrives on providing a positive shopping experience. I regret having chosen Aditya Birla More for my shopping needs and will certainly be reconsidering my options in the future. A supermarket's success hinges on its ability to cater to the needs of its customers, and unfortunately, this particular branch failed miserably. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards rectifying these issues to provide a better shopping environment for all customers.

Already branded products with MRP has good offers . But sime unbranded thing small items seems over priced overall great experienve helping staff and good infrastructure.

Mega more to normal more due to pandemic. Most of the segments are reduced and now looks like ordinary supermarket. Kids section and toys are nothing. Better to shift to other location nearby but shall be mega more only. No meaning of mega more with very few options.

The mall has downgraded a lot after COVID. Air conditioning has become poor. Still useful items are available at one place. Best part is availability of ample parking space in the basement.

Spacious floor layout, especially after the redesign. They removed their existing bakery on one end of the floor and stacked eatables there. Very poor redressal system. For a 500 gm peanut pkt which costs ₹60.50, by mistake the counter billing boy ( newly joined on 11/8) charged ₹121( 1 kg price). To refund ₹ 60, their floor manager took close to 30 minutes & was handling customers who came after me. They have a dedicated counter for these refunds/ complaint redressal, but of what use if he doesn't stand there ?
