Excellent hospitality.. If rooms are available then they will allow early check in/out without any concerns unlike other hotels.. great support and cooperation from all staffs.. very good focus on customer satisfaction.. buffet was awesome, very delicious with many options.. Recommended

Most horrible experience. Worst food and service. Suggestion to the management to shut down the restaurant. Chef didn't bother to meet even after calling him. Restaurant manager was clueless. Food was stale and cold. Bar tender didn't even know how to make a simple mocktail. Came to Basera after years with shear disappointment and embarssment in front of our guests.

Food quantity and taste are poor 1. Food: Taste is bad. 'Paneer Tikka Shashlik' is something we found a different in the menu. The dish serves just 4 pieces of paneer with some poorly barbequed pineapple. The barbequed pineapple is a poor combination with paneer as it nowhere complements the taste especially when it is not prepared properly. In main course, we ordered Ohri's dal makhani which was good. The other dish, 'mushroom corn masala' was bland. What could be worse than the fact that the vegetable was not well cooked. The gravy and masala could be seen as getting separated from the vegetable, something which happens only when the dish is not well cooked. 2. Service: The service time is usual, i.e. 15-20 mins. However, the staff is not courteous enough. We wanted to order dessert and hence asked for menu. The person attending us simply said, "we have x,y,z in dessert." We requested us that we still need menu as we wanted to see all the options and prices ourself before ordering. Only after requesting him thrice, we were able to get the menu. Further, while we were eating, the person kept the bill on the table even when we did not ask him to prepare which was disrespectful. 3. Ambience: this was the only good thing, the restaurant is themed like an old style 'mehfil' where people used to go, drink and listen to live music. During dinner time, you can enjoy live music.

We went to their newly opened pan Asian restaurant, i.e., Mings court. It was a lovely n vibrant ambiance, which is really awesome. We tried the following dishes Sweet corn chicken soup Hot n sour chicken soup Chicken Taipei Phuket fish Schezwan egg fried rice All the items are really tasty. Special mention to chicken Taipei n phuket fish are just mouth watering. They have a super saver 4 blends mojitos @ 599/- offer running, and we tried Andhra special guava delight Orange basil mojito The service is a little slow, and the staff are really polite. The prices are slightly on a higher side, and it doesn't match with the quantity provided. We have tried their other branch in basheerbagh previously, and they provide an ample quantity for the price they charge.

Basera Banquets hall it is good enough for 50 people. It's interior is little gloomy. Food is good. Parking for car is not much. Staff is good.

There was no buffet served during lunch. Had to pick ala carte. Taste was fine. No Water is served on table though we ordered and waiting for. It is quite evident that they are short staffed and each item takes around 20 + minutes to reach from kitchen. Service can be a lot better. There was no thermal screening at entry. On placards it says our staff is sanitized and wear masks all the time during serving. But their manager himself has mask beneath his month while speaking. While having soup it tasted too spicy and had to wait for almost 10 minutes for water being served. Though food taste was good felt that there needs to be lot more missing "service". Forgot to mention, restroom in the restaurant is pretty bad. No tissue paper

Caution: these folks use sheep instead of goat for all mutton varieties. We booked birthday party and had a bad experience in lot of areas. We had a lunch event and we were asked to vacate stage by 3.30PM. 1) Smoke in hall : We started our event at 12PM and they were cooking the food just beside hall using wooden sticks, and all the smoke was coming in to the hall. Despite multiple requests they didn't stop cooking, at 2PM Photographers stopped the event because they were unable to take photos because smoke is covered and photos are not coming. I have to come down from stage stoping the event and went back side stage and had to request them to stop cooking. 2) Starters were not served: Only one boy was serving the starters, he used to bring 10 bowls having one piece in each bowl they he goes to bring another bunch and comes back after 10mins. They did very cheap tricks, by putting extra small chicken piece and big aloo chip(we ordered kakatiya kodi). 3) Mutton biryani: Before booking hotel here I have tasted 3 times mutton biryani here and always mutton was very hard.. we cant break the piece in with bare hands. we need axe. They promised that they will ensure it will not be repeated during event. Unfortunately its even worst during the event. even rice was not boiled properly. All the guests complained about it. they then boiled for some time but it didn't got any better. Truth is they use either the sheep or beef but definitely not the goat. 4) Fish item in main course: After some time of food started. they stopped serving fish item saying that it is starter item not main course item. which is false. We have to fight a battle to escalate it to manager and serve them in main course as originally it is given to them as main course item. 5) Electrical issues: We have photographer, LED screen and music system running, they don't have enough large sockets, causing last minute tension. 6) Decoration: The current vendor Giridhar is a night mare, After initial discussion we realized he is very low quality decorator. He didn't do any quality decors. The decor we asked he told around 30-40k, which is very basic for bday. We talked to management and paid royalty of 4k and brought outside decorator. As we brought outside decorator, he created enough nuisance by multiple times coming on to stage and going back of stage where they kept their raw materials. Starting from 3PM they kept on irritating to complete the event early. Conclusion: Effectively our event was 2pm to 3.3pm for which we have to go through all several battles and bad quality of food. Only benefit is it's located in city center, and reasonable price. Alternatives: you can consider Moksh banquets at similar pricing. and Yatri nivas where we did 2 functions, but its at premium price.

I Stayed in this Hotel for the First Time. Rooms are very Clean, hygiene properly maintained. If you are willing to Stay nearby Secunderabad, please go for this Hotel. Staff Behaviour very good. Response time is very immediate. At the time of Checkout, I got some emergency work to do. I sat in reception area and did that work. Hotel Management do not disallow me for that even after checkout. Many places you can explore from here. Best thing about this is those songs they play in restaurant , songs are very pleasant

I stayed in this hotel for one week. The staff here is super friendly. They always make sure you are comfortable. Special mention to Mr. Nilambar Kumar, this gentleman is always available and is very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who want comfortable stay and clean stay in Secunderabad.

It is well in the heart of city adjacent to the hotel they maintained a open space which alloted for functions/reception food served is not so tasty specially the welcome drink it is for the first time I saw sprite is served in disposable small glass with some coriander leaves

Basera is one of the oldest hotels in Secunderabad with great staff, perfect ambience and lovely cuisine. The regular Mehfil Bar n Restaurant or the Outswinger Pub keeps the guest happy always with their service, tasty food and neat serving by the staff. One has to be there to experience it, all the love and affection showed by them with great live music in the evenings gives lots of happiness. Be there when you are in Secunderabad.

Basera has q very good name in the hospitality industry in HYD. They serve almost all cuisines as per our choice. Taste and quality is good and the restaurants are maintained very neat. Good place for a group gathering and apart from these they also have rooms to stay at affordable and reasonable prices with all amenities.

We had lunch today at Eatmore and our experience was Not good at all. Several dishes had heaby amount of salt and the Creamy Chicken soup was tasting like milk. We had to return it. Not good at all.

Been here for both the event and ala carte restaurant. Good place and serves good food. But sometimes the live performances get annoying in the night at the restaurant. However, the banquet garden is decent and can accommodate good numbers. The food is good Infact quite good. Both the veg and meat dishes were tasty. Quite rare for a place to serve good food in an event.

I have ordered 4 haleem boxes yesterday and am so disappointed. First of all, the taste was not at all good, it doesn't taste like haleem whatsoever. Secondly, I could see a hair strand in it and while I was trying to remove it, I saw a dead cockroach in the haleem. Pathetic cleanliness by the hotel!!!! Had to throw them all. Never order haleem from this place!

Worst experience. Will never go again. We tried to contact them many times. But they didn't pick up the phone for a month to enquire about their buffet. We went there on 30 th Sunday. In the Indian food restaurant buffet is available during dinner only. The executive took us to some other restaurants and offered to provide all food items. He has shown the empty utensils and said they will be refilled soon. When asked for chicken dry items, he has shown some boards at the buffet place and promised to bring the filled in containers. When we started, he brought one Chinese chicken dry item and one Chinese veg item. That's all. He couldn't fill any of the containers. Finally we asked for the bill. He brought the bill for the full buffet. 735 per head without providing anything. We had to pay the full amount. This is daylight robbery. They don't feel ashamed for charging the full amount without providing anything

This place is below standard . I recently stayed at this hotel and it was disgusting. 1 star rating . When I reported its unhygenic state , I was told that because of COVID the place wasn’t cleaned and maintained . The Owner doesn’t care I was told by the cleaners. They give them no quality to work with for customers. They are open for business , take customers money and provide dirty rooms. The condition of the rooms, the beds, walls with mould, bathroom and toilets were brown with dirt, mirrors had toothpaste marks on it , the white shower Curtin had black mould . White towels had black spots . The beds were dirty and stained . The lift didn’t work consistently and would always breakdown . A huge gap between the flooring of lift and the floor level was covered with a green mat. This is dangerous and could cause serious damage to anyone if someone’s shoe heel or clothing got caught in the gap. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone . See pictures attached .

Accessories mentioned during the booking were not provided by the hotel staff like ironing and all. They were very rude while talking. But rooms are good and chipper.
